提出一种区别于正弦振动的吸附方式——梯形波振动,目的是为小型爬壁机器人提供一种更稳定可靠的负压吸附手段。为了验证梯形波振动比正弦振动可产生更高的负压,从基本的气体状态方程出发,对正弦振动和梯形波振动进行初步的数学建模,推... 提出一种区别于正弦振动的吸附方式——梯形波振动,目的是为小型爬壁机器人提供一种更稳定可靠的负压吸附手段。为了验证梯形波振动比正弦振动可产生更高的负压,从基本的气体状态方程出发,对正弦振动和梯形波振动进行初步的数学建模,推导出吸盘在做正弦振动和梯形波振动时其腔内平均气压值的计算公式。在合理假设的基础上,对正弦振动和梯形波振动进行对比,定义比例K以减小未知参数对吸盘振动吸附的影响。设计新的试验平台以验证梯形波振动的有效性和数学模型的正确性,改进了前期试验中的不足,使获得的数据更加完整。试验结果表明所提出的梯形波振动能够产生比正弦振动更低的平均气压值。试验数据验证了数学模型的正确性。给出了试验误差的原因。 展开更多

研究活性氧化铝经不同温度活化处理后烷烃和环烷烃在其表面上的吸附振动时间τ0和吸附停留时间τ.结果表明,对同一吸附质,活化温度越高,τ0越小,而τ基本不变,它们之间恰符合Frenkel关系式τ=τ0exp(Qi/RT).同系物的lnτ0~Qi... 研究活性氧化铝经不同温度活化处理后烷烃和环烷烃在其表面上的吸附振动时间τ0和吸附停留时间τ.结果表明,对同一吸附质,活化温度越高,τ0越小,而τ基本不变,它们之间恰符合Frenkel关系式τ=τ0exp(Qi/RT).同系物的lnτ0~Qi呈直线关系,活化温度越高,直线越陡,但各温度活化下lnτ0~Qi直线截距几乎聚于一点,即起始吸附点不受活化的影响。τ0随活化温度的变化为一曲线,曲线中存在拐点,拐点的位置相应于移动吸附层.拐点前后τ0的变化分属两种不同的类型。 展开更多

A broadband infrared surface sum frequency generation vibrational spectroscopy (SFG-VS) and an in situ UV excitation setup devoted to studying surface photocatalysis have been constructed. With a home-made compact high vacuum cell, organic contaminants on TiO2 thin film surface prepared by RF magnetron sputtering were in situ removed under 266 nm irradiation in 10 kPa 02 atmosphere. We obtained the methanol spectrum in the CH3 stretching vibration region on TiO2 surface with changing the methanol pressure at room temperature. Features of both molecular and dissociative methanol, methoxy, adsorbed on this surface were resolved. The CH3 symmetric stretching vibration frequency and Fermi resonance of molecular methanol is red-shifted by about 6-8 cm-1 from low to high coverage. Moreover, the recombination of dissociative methanol and H on Surfaces in vacuum was also observed. Our results suggest two equilibria exist: between molecular methanol in the gas phase and that on surfaces, and between molecular methanol and dissociative methanol on surfaces. 展开更多

Honeycomb seals and shunt injection have been proposed to weaken the blade vibration.Honeycombseals,as well as,smooth seals were tested with different seals' clearances and shrouded blades.Theshunt injection was sprayed to the blade tip clearance in the reverse direction of the main flow.Experi-mental results showed that both honeycomb seals and shunt injection had the damping effect for blade vi-bration,and the blade vibration magnitude could be reduced by more than 25 % and 17 %,respectively.When the two methods were adopted synchronously,more than 1/3 of the blade vibration could be re-duced.Consequently,adopting honeycomb seal and superinducing proper shunt injection are two usefulways to minimize vibration of the blade from the viewpoints of avoiding blade rupture and improving therotor stability. 展开更多

The dissociative chemisorption of N_(2) is the rate-limiting step for ammonia synthesis in industry.Here,we investigated the role of initially vibrational excitation and ro-tational excitation of N_(2) for its reactivity on the Fe(111)surface,based on a recently developed six-dimensional potential energy surface.Six-dimensional quantum dynamics study was carried out to investi-gate the effect of vibrational excitation for incidence energy below 1.6 eV,due to sig-nificant quantum effects for this reaction.The effects of vibrational and rotational excitations at high incidence energies were revealed by quasiclassical trajectory calculations.We found that raising the translational energy can enhance the dissociation probability to some extent,however,the vibrational excitation or rotational excitation can promote disso-ciation more efficiently than the same amount of translational energy.This study provides valuable insight into the mode-specific dynamics of this heavy diatom-surface reaction. 展开更多

The C-H stretch vibrational spectra of the trisiloxane superspreading surfactant Silwet L-77 ((CH3)3Si- O-Si(CH3)(C3H6)(OCH2CH2)7-8OCH3)-O-Si(CH3)3) at the air/water interface are measured with the surface Sum Frequency Generation Vibrational Spectroscopy (SFG-VS). The spectra are dominated with the features from the -Si-CH3 groups around 2905 cm^-1 (symmetric stretch or SS mode) and 2957 ^-1 (mostly the asymmetric stretch or AS mode), and with the weak but apparent contribution from the -O-CH2- groups around 2880 ^-1 (symmetric stretch or SS mode). Comparison of the polarization dependent SFG spectra below and above the critical aggregate or micelle concentration (CAC) indicates that the molecular orientation of the C-H related molecular groups remained unchanged at different surface densities of the Silwet L-77 surfactant. The SFG-VS adsorption isotherm suggested that there was no sign of Silwet L-77 bilayer structure formation at the air/water interface. The Gibbs adsorption free energy of the Silwet surfactant to the air/water interface is -42.2±0.8kcal/mol, indicating the unusually strong adsorption ability of the Silwet L-77 superspreading surfactant. 展开更多

The results indicate that the absorption of CH2 on Cu clusters is stronger than the case of CH3. The vibrational frequencies of C-H bonding agree with the experimental results obtained for CH2 and CH3 absorbed on Cu(111). With the increase of cluster size, the softening (Einstein shift) of C-H vibrational modes become stronger. 展开更多
