水平1EHT管内R22、R32、R410a冷凝换热特性实验研究

以R22、R32、R410a为研究对象,研究了其在内径为11.7 mm的水平光滑管及1EHT强化管内的冷凝换热特性。具体实验工况为:冷凝温度43℃,制冷剂循环流量为60-180 kg/(m2s),热流密度10-30 kJ/(m2s),且试验段进、出口制冷剂过热/过冷度为2-3℃... 以R22、R32、R410a为研究对象,研究了其在内径为11.7 mm的水平光滑管及1EHT强化管内的冷凝换热特性。具体实验工况为:冷凝温度43℃,制冷剂循环流量为60-180 kg/(m2s),热流密度10-30 kJ/(m2s),且试验段进、出口制冷剂过热/过冷度为2-3℃。根据实验得出制冷剂在两测试管内的冷凝换热系数,并以此对换热性能进行评价。结果表明:换热系数与质量流量成正比;相比于光滑管,R22、R32、R410a在1EHT强化管换热强化倍率分别是1.75-1.95、1.31-1.39、1.80-1.91,换热面积和换热机制对管内换热的强化有很大影响。在光滑管内,R32的换热系数约为R22、R410a换热系数的1.27-1.34倍,而R22和R410a的换热系数接近;在1EHT强化管内,制冷剂物理性质对传热系数的影响随着质量流量的增加而减弱。 展开更多

为深入探索狭缝通道内沸腾换热机制,对2种不同液体在Z形狭缝通道内的沸腾汽液两相流动展开研究。利用数值模拟和自编程的方法分析汽泡生成、长大和脱离的过程,通过几何重构和界面追踪获取相界面移动和变化对系统内压降以及平均表面换热... 为深入探索狭缝通道内沸腾换热机制,对2种不同液体在Z形狭缝通道内的沸腾汽液两相流动展开研究。利用数值模拟和自编程的方法分析汽泡生成、长大和脱离的过程,通过几何重构和界面追踪获取相界面移动和变化对系统内压降以及平均表面换热系数的影响,计算中考虑了重力、表面张力和黏性的作用。发现液体黏性的不同对汽泡生长方式和汽泡形态产生很大影响,黏性较小的液体产生汽泡的脱离直径较小,汽泡脱离频率高;表面张力和液体黏性对流动沸腾系统压降都具有较大影响;液体比热和沸点的不同导致换热系数有较大差别;结果与实验数据吻合良好,均表明水沸腾换热系数高于乙醇,Z形通道强化换热效果明显。 展开更多

Taking experimental path on disordering AuCuI(AAuCu8A4)composed of A Au8 and ACu4 stem alloy genes as an example, three discoveries and a method were presented. The ability of Au Cu I(AAu Cu8 A4)to keep structure stabilization against changing temperature is attributed to the fact that the AAu8 and ACu4 potential well depths greatly surpass their vibration energies, which leads to the subequilibrium of experimental path. A new atom movement mechanism of AuCuI(AAuACu84)to change structure for suiting variation in temperature is the resonance activating-synchro alternating of alloy genes, which leads to heterogeneous and successive subequilibrium transitions. There exists jumping order degree, which leads to the existence of jumping Tj-temperature and an unexpected so-called "retro-effect" about jumping temperature retrograde shift to lower temperatures upon the increasing heating rate. A set of subequilibrium holographic network path charts were obtained by the experimental mixed enthalpy path method. 展开更多

So, the surface roughness only exerts influence... The surface of capillary wall can be treated to have a periodic microrelief mathematically. The roughness is micro enough compared with the thickness of the liquid film. So, the surface roughness only exerts influence on the adsorptive potential. Macroscopically, the flow field of the liquid film can be considered as that when the rough surface has an equivalent smooth surface, whose position is at the crests of the microrelief. The mechanism of heat transfer is in connection with two resistances: the thermal resistance of the liquid film conduction and the thermal resistance of the interfacial evaporation. The capillary pressure between the two sides of the vapor-liquid interface due to the interfacial curvature and the disjoining pressure owing to the thin liquid film are considered simultaneously. Several micro tubes with different micro rough surfaces are studied. The length of the evaporating interfacial region decreases with the increase of roughness angle and/or the increase of the roughness height. The heat transfer coefficient and the temperature of the vapor-liquid interface will change to fit the constant mass flow rate. 展开更多

The emerging two-terminal memristor with a conductance-adjustable function under external stimulation is considered a strong candidate for use in artificial memory and electronic synapses. However, the stability, uniformity, and power consumption of memristors are still challenging in neuromorphic computing. Here an Au/SnSe/graphene/SiO_(2)/Si memristor was fabricated, incorporating two-dimensional graphene with high thermal conductivity. The device not only exhibits excellent electrical characteristics(e.g., high stability,good uniformity and a high ROFF/RON ratio), but also can implement biological synaptic functions such as paired-pulse facilitation, short-term plasticity and long-term plasticity. Its set and reset power values can be as low as 16.7 and 2.3 nW,respectively. Meanwhile, the resistance switching mechanism for the device, which might be associated with the formation and rupture of a filamentary conducting path consisting of Sn vacancies, was confirmed by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy observations. The proposed device is an excellent candidate for use in high-density storage and lowpower neuromorphic computing applications. 展开更多
