目的探讨经颈内静脉原位导丝法换置中心静脉长期血液透析导管在维持性血液透析(MHD)患者中的应用价值。方法选取近3年在颈内静脉留置的中心静脉长期血液透析导管因功能障碍后,并经颈内静脉原位导丝法换置长期导管,术后及每次透析后均改... 目的探讨经颈内静脉原位导丝法换置中心静脉长期血液透析导管在维持性血液透析(MHD)患者中的应用价值。方法选取近3年在颈内静脉留置的中心静脉长期血液透析导管因功能障碍后,并经颈内静脉原位导丝法换置长期导管,术后及每次透析后均改用尿激酶封管患者16例(原位换置组);选取同期首次经颈内静脉留置中心静脉长期血液透析导管,普通肝素封管患者20例作为对照组;分析两组患者围术期泵控血流量及随访期的反应及开存期率、次开存期率。结果围术期泵控血流量原位换置组高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组比较感染例次/1000导管日0.9%与1.0%,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。原位换置组围术期未发生中重度并发症,12个月开存期率81.2%、次开存期率93.8%;对照组开存期率为65%、次开存期率85%;两组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论颈内静脉原位导丝法换置中心静脉长期血液透析导管,在MHD患者中的使用是安全的、可行的。 展开更多

Achieving optimal alignment in total knee arthroplasty(TKA) is a critical factor in ensuring optimal outcomes and long-term implant survival. Traditionally, mechanical alignment has been favored to achieve neutral postoperative joint alignment. However, contemporary approaches, such as kinematic alignments and hybrid techniques including adjusted mechanical, restricted kinematic, inverse kinematic, and functional alignments, are gaining attention for their ability to restore native joint kinematics and anatomical alignment, potentially leading to enhanced functional outcomes and greater patient satisfaction. The ongoing debate on optimal alignment strategies considers the following factors: long-term implant durability, functional improvement, and resolution of individual anatomical variations. Furthermore, advancements of computer-navigated and robotic-assisted surgery have augmented the precision in implant positioning and objective measurements of soft tissue balance. Despite ongoing debates on balancing implant longevity and functional outcomes, there is an increasing advocacy for personalized alignment strategies that are tailored to individual anatomical variations. This review evaluates the spectrum of various alignment techniques in TKA, including mechanical alignment, patient-specific kinematic approaches, and emerging hybrid methods. Each technique is scrutinized based on its fundamental principles, procedural techniques, inherent advantages, and potential limitations, while identifying significant clinical gaps that underscore the need for further investigation. 展开更多

A new digital watermarking algorithm based on the contourlet transform is proposed to improve the robustness and anti-attack performances of digital watermarking. The algorithm uses the Arnold scrambling technique and the singular value decomposition (SVD) scheme. The Arnold scrambling technique is used to preprocess the watermark, and the SVD scheme is used to find the best suitable hiding points. After the contourlet transform of the carrier image, intermediate frequency sub-bands are decomposed to obtain the singularity values. Then the watermark bits scrambled in the Arnold rules are dispersedly embedded into the selected SVD points. Finally, the inverse contourlet transform is applied to obtain the carrier image with the watermark. In the extraction part, the watermark can be extracted by the semi-blind watermark extracting algorithm. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has better hiding and robustness performances than the traditional contourlet watermarking algorithm and the contourlet watermarking algorithm with SVD. Meanwhile, it has good robustness performances when the embedded watermark is attacked by Gaussian noise, salt- and-pepper noise, multiplicative noise, image scaling and image cutting attacks, etc. while security is ensured. 展开更多

The promoting effect of introducing Zn into nano-ZSM-5 zeolites by conventional impregnation method and isomorphous substitution on the performance of 1-hexene aromatization was investigated. The nano-ZSM-5 zeolite was synthesized by a seed-induced method without organic templates. The Zn-modified nano-ZSM-5 zeolite catalysts, xZ n/HNZ5 and y Zn/Al-HNZ5, were prepared by the conventional impregnation method and isomorphous substitution, respectively. The structure, chemical composition and acidity of the catalysts were characterized by XRD, XRF, N2 adsorption, SEM, NH3-TPD and Py-IR, while the catalytic properties were evaluated at 480 °C and a weight hourly space velocity(WHSV) of 2.0 h-1 in the aromatization procedure of 1-hexene. Compared with xZ n/HNZ5, y Zn/Al-HNZ5 exhibited smaller particles and higher dispersion of Zn species, which led to greater intergranular mesopore and homogeneous acidity distribution. Experimental results indicated that the synergy effect between the Brnsted and Lewis acid sites of the isomorphously substituted nano-ZSM-5 zeolites could significantly increase aromatics yield and improve catalytic stability in the 1-hexene aromatization. 展开更多

It is important to remove the impurities, such as copper and cadmium, from leaching solution in zinc hydrometallurgy. To improve purification efficiency, a replacement-column purification device was proposed and its mass transfer characteristics and purification efficiency were experimentally studied. The results show that purification efficiency increases with the decrease of the zinc powder diameter and decreases with the increase of solution velocity. If appropriate structure and operation parameters are used, it is possible to make purification efficiency more than 99%, but the diameter of zinc powder should be larger than 0.45 mm. For the velocity of 0.05-0.7 cm/s, mass transfer coefficient kc is in the range of 3.94×10-7-2.76×10-6 m/s, and increases with the decrease of zinc powder diameter and the increase of solution velocity. Moreover, it can be derived by mass transfer correlations of Sherwood number:Sh=0.1069Re0.5Sc0.33, for 0.3<Re<6. 展开更多

Characteristics of a number of gates from the set of all generalized Toffoli gates are studied. Any permutation Sn is proved to be generated by a n-cycle 9 and a permutation τ= (ij,ik) together. It shows that any neighboring 2-cycle permutation can be generated by at most two NOT gates without ancilla bit. Based on the above theory, a cascade algorithm for reversible logic gate networks is proposed. This paper studies the spatial concentration distribution and temporal evolution of exhaled and sneezed/coughed droplets within the range of 1.0 to 10.0 μm in an office room with three air distribution methods,including mixing ventilation(MV),displacement ventilation(DV),and under-floor air distribution(UFAD).The simulation results indicate that exhaled droplets with diameters up to 10.0 μm from normal respiration process are uniformly distributed in MV.However,they become trapped at the breathing height by thermal stratifications in DV and UFAD,resulting in a high droplet concentration and an increased exposure risk to other occupants.Sneezed/coughed droplets are more slowly diluted in DV/UFAD than in MV.Low air speed in the breathing zone in DV/UFAD can lead to prolonged human exposure to droplets in the breathing zone. 展开更多

Genetic Differentiation of A and B Chromosomes Between Common Wheat and Wild Emmer as Revealed by RFLP Analysis 被引量:4

To investigate chromosome differentiation of genome A and B between common wheat and wild emmer wheat (Triticum turgidum var. dicoccoides (Koern.) Bowden), the authors conducted a RFLP analysis of the two species using 153 genomic, cDNA and chromosome_specific probes. 75.8% of the probes had detected hybridization polymorphism in at least one of the five restriction enzymes. However, the polymorphic probes were unevenly distributed among different homoeologous groups, between different genomes and in different regions of a single chromosome. Homoeologous group 1 possessed the highest level of polymorphism (96.2%), followed by group 6 and 2 (84.6% and 82.1% respectively). In contrast, only 60%-67% of probes of the other four groups was polymorphic. In most groups the number of probes capable of detecting B chromosome polymorphism was slightly higher than that revealing A chromosome difference (totally 51.8% vs 43.1%). In a single chromosome, RFLP was predominant in the distal region (65.1%) and showed a decreasing trend from the proximal (46.2%) to the pericentric (42.4%) regions. The results suggest that there exists a substantial amount of DNA polymorphism between the A and B chromosomes of common wheat and those of wild emmer wheat, indicating that a considerable degree of genetic differentiation has taken place in the A and B genoms of two species during evolution from wild emmer to common wheat. The extent of the genetic differentiation may vary among different homoeologous groups, between A and B chromosomes and in different regions of individual chromosome. 展开更多

The first is characterized by a high yield and wide adaptation, and the second by its super fiber property. Substitution line in which a pair of intact chromosomes of TM_1 ( G. hirsutum ) were replaced by a pair of homozygous chromosomes of 3_79 ( G. barbadense ) is an excellent material for genetic research and molecular tagging. In this study, substitution line 16 (Sub 16) was used to evaluate the performance of the 16th chromosome in G. barbadense in TM_1 background. The genetic analysis using the major gene plus polygene mixed inheritance model in F 2∶3 family revealed that there might exist 2 QTLs respectively for boll size, lint percentage, lint index, fiber length and the first fruit branch node, 1 QTL for fiber elongation and flowering date, and no QTL for seed index, fiber strength and Micronaire in chromosome 16. However, 9 QTLs (LOD (logarithm of odds)≥3.0) controlling 6 quantitative traits were significantly identified in linkage group of chromosome 16 constructed in (TM_1×3_79) F 2by interval mapping. Among them, 1 QTL for boll size, fiber length, flowering date and fiber elongation could explain 15.2%, 19.7%, 12.1%, and 11.7% phenotypic variance respectively, 2 QTLs for lint index could explain 11.6% and 41.9%, and 3 QTLs for lint percentage could explain 8.7%, 9.6% and 29.2% phenotypic variance respectively. One unlinked SSR marker was associated with one QTL respectively for boll size and flowering date and they could explain 1.60% and 4.63% phenotypic variance. The traits associated significantly with chromosome 16 from Sub 16 were boll weight, lint percentage, lint index, fiber length, fiber elongation and flowering days. 展开更多

Fluorescence spectra of native purple bacterial reaction center (RC) and bacterial pheophytin (Bphe) replaced RCs were obtained from 600 nm to 900 nm with a selective excitation at 597 nm. With the help of measuring the fluorescence from bacterial chlorophyll, bacterial pheophytin and plant pheophytin, the corresponding components in the RCs are classified for fluorescence emission. Results showed that pheophytin substitution influences the composition of fluorescence spectra. Therefore, four, three and two components were obtained from fluorescence spectra of native RC, Bphe B_replaced RC and Bphe A,B _replaced RC, respectively. Fluorescence components are well correlated to the binding of plant pheophytin. The decay of excited state of primary electron donor P in different RCs was also studied by measuring the fluorescence decay at 686.4, 674.1 and 681.1 nm, respectively. The decaying kinetics changed in different RCs, indicating that pheophytin replacement influenced the energy transduction and primary photochemical reaction in purple bacterial reaction centers. 展开更多

Triangular Au-Ag framework nanostructures (TFN) were synthesized via a multi-step galvanic replacement reaction (MGRR) of single-crystalline triangular silver nanoplates in a chlorauric acid (HAuCl4) solution at room temperature. The morphological, compositional, and crystal structural changes involved with reaction steps were analyzed by using transmission electron microscopy(TEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometry (EDX), and X-ray diffraction. TEM combined with EDX and selected area electron diffraction confirmed the replacement of Ag with Au. The in-plane dipolar surface plasmon resonance (SPR) absorption band of the Ag nanoplates locating initially at around 700 nm gradually redshifted to 1 100 nm via a multi-stage replacement manner after 7 stages.
