目的探讨护理专案改善在急性缺血性脑卒中患者诊疗流程中缩短患者到院至接受静脉溶栓时间(door to needle time,DNT)的应用。方法选取该院2017年11月—2018年10月实行护理专案改善活动前的60例急性脑卒中患者为对照组,2018年11月—2019...目的探讨护理专案改善在急性缺血性脑卒中患者诊疗流程中缩短患者到院至接受静脉溶栓时间(door to needle time,DNT)的应用。方法选取该院2017年11月—2018年10月实行护理专案改善活动前的60例急性脑卒中患者为对照组,2018年11月—2019年10月护理专案改善活动实施后54例急性脑卒中患者为观察组。对比两组溶栓患者的DNT。结果两组抢救后,病死率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组DNT平均耗时以及致残率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度评分(90.54±1.76)分显著高于对照组(77.28±1.33)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=45.650,P<0.001)。结论护理专案改善活动能有效规范脑卒中急诊救治流程,缩短急性缺血性患者DNT,为急性缺血性脑卒中患者治疗赢得了时间。展开更多
