采用爆炸焊接技术制备以AZ31B镁合金为基板,以6061铝合金为覆板的AZ31B/6061合金的层状复合板。对复合板界面的宏观形貌、微观组织、界面元素扩散行为及界面接合性能进行测试、分析。结果表明:AZ31B/6061合金爆炸复合板接合界面呈波状接... 采用爆炸焊接技术制备以AZ31B镁合金为基板,以6061铝合金为覆板的AZ31B/6061合金的层状复合板。对复合板界面的宏观形貌、微观组织、界面元素扩散行为及界面接合性能进行测试、分析。结果表明:AZ31B/6061合金爆炸复合板接合界面呈波状接合;靠近接合界面处的塑性变形程度最大,以孪晶和再结晶形式为主;在AZ31B一侧靠近界面处出现与界面呈45°的绝热剪切带组织,带内为动态再结晶形成的细晶粒组织;接合界面两侧的显微硬度分布为:随着距离接合界面的增大,AZ31B和6061侧的显微硬度值递减趋势;复合板的拉-剪试验结果表明,界面接合强度达193.3 MPa;复合板界面接合机制为压力焊、扩散焊及局部熔化焊综合作用的结果。 展开更多

Abstract: An alloy steel/alumina composite was successfully fabricated by pressureless infiltration of X10CrNil8-8 steel melt on 30% (mass fraction) Ni-containing alumina based composite ceramic (Ni/Al2O3) at 1 600 ℃. The infiltration quality and interfacial bonding behavior were investigated by SEM, EDS, XRD and tensile tests. The results show that there is an obvious interfacial reaction layer between the alloying steel and the Ni/Al2O3 composite ceramic. The interfacial reactive products are (FexAly)3O4 intermetallic phase and (AlxCry)2O3 solid solution. The interracial bonding strength is as high as about 67.5 MPa. The bonding mechanism of X10CrNi 18-8 steel with the composite ceramic is that Ni inside the ceramic bodies dissolves into the alloy melt and transforms into liquid channels, consequently inducing the steel melt infiltrating and filling in the pores and the liquid channels. Moreover, the metallurgical bonding and interfacial reactive bonding also play a key role on the stability of the bonding interface. 展开更多

With the concept of super-atom, first principles calculations propose a new type of super stable cage clusters AlnH3n that are much more energetic stable than the well established clusters, AlnHn+2. In the new clusters, the aluminum core-frame acts as a super-atom with n vertexes and 2n A1-A1 edges, which allow to adsorb n hydrogen atoms at the top-site and 2n at the bridge-site. Using Al12H36 as the basic unit, stable chain structures, (Al12H36)m, have been constructed following the same connection mechanism as for (A1H3)n linear polymeric structures. Apart from high hydrogen percentage per molecule, calculations have shown that these new clusters possess large heat of formation values and their combustion heat is about 4.8 times of the methane, making them a promising high energy density material. 展开更多

Modeling of void closure in diffusion bonding process based on dynamic conditions 被引量:5

The dynamic conditions for plastic deformation mechanism,surface source mechanism,interface source mechanism and creep mechanism in the diffusion bonding process are proposed.Based on these dynamic conditions,a model for void closure in the diffusion bonding process is derived.The effects of diffusion bonding parameters on the bonding mechanisms are analyzed.For the diffusion bonding process of TC4 alloy,at a low diffusion bonding temperature or pressure,or for a short time,the interface source mechanism plays a main role.But,the creep mechanism is the dominant mechanism and operates until the diffusion bonding is fulfilled.As the diffusion bonding time increases,the surface source and interface source mechanism enhance and then stop at a certain stage of diffusion bonding,while the creep mechanism enhances continuously.As the diffusion bonding temperature or pressure increases,the interface source mechanism weakens and the other mechanisms enhance.The maximum and average errors between the calculated and the experimental results in the diffusion bonding for TC4 alloy are 12.86% and 5.79%,respectively. 展开更多
