600 MPa级Ti、Nb析出强化车轮钢接头硬度及热影响区软化行为分析

采用连续闪光对焊技术,焊接600 MPa级Ti,Nb析出强化车轮钢,制造22.5×9.0车轮的轮辋。采用气体保护焊技术,焊接轮辋与轮辐的搭接接头。轮辋闪光对焊接头在扩口工序出现开裂、辊型工序出现减薄、扩张工序出现开裂,综合报废率37%。车... 采用连续闪光对焊技术,焊接600 MPa级Ti,Nb析出强化车轮钢,制造22.5×9.0车轮的轮辋。采用气体保护焊技术,焊接轮辋与轮辐的搭接接头。轮辋闪光对焊接头在扩口工序出现开裂、辊型工序出现减薄、扩张工序出现开裂,综合报废率37%。车轮径向疲劳试验80万转时,轮辋与轮辐搭接焊缝发生焊根部位的疲劳开裂。对车轮钢接头的断口、组织、硬度、析出相进行分析。结果表明,对焊接头硬度呈现“马鞍形”局部软化特征,搭接接头硬度呈现“盆地形”局部软化特征。热影响区中,过热区晶粒长大,20 nm以下第二相粒子大量溶解,正火区晶粒长大,20 nm以下第二相粒子消失伴随20 nm以上第二相粒子熟化,造成热影响区软化。 展开更多

采用焊剂带约束电弧超窄间隙焊接方法对U71Mn钢轨对接进行试验研究。结果表明,焊前坡口底部间隙宽度预留为4.5mm反变形角度设定为1.3°,焊接过程中对钢轨进行定位,可保证每层坡口间隙宽度稳定的保持在4~5mm之间,通过48层焊道... 采用焊剂带约束电弧超窄间隙焊接方法对U71Mn钢轨对接进行试验研究。结果表明,焊前坡口底部间隙宽度预留为4.5mm反变形角度设定为1.3°,焊接过程中对钢轨进行定位,可保证每层坡口间隙宽度稳定的保持在4~5mm之间,通过48层焊道可完成对钢轨的超窄间隙焊接。采用此种方法焊接时.使用H08Mn2Si焊丝,焊剂中不添加任何合金元素就能够获得焊缝区硬度与母材相当、热影响区硬度高于母材的接头,焊缝区组织为铁素体和珠光体,热影响区组织为晶粒较细小的片状珠光体。得到的接头冲击功远大于要求的6J。 展开更多

Brazing has a wide acceptance in industries and its simplicity in variety of application attracts more and more patronage. The strength of brazing joint determines the reliability of brazed engineering components. So the need to ascertain the reliability or to predict its failure (without some destructive testing) becomes high even with a computer aided analysis using the Finite Element Analysis. Here, we have employed the services of FEA software, Abaqus CAE, as a tool for the computer calculation to investigate a joint case of cemented carbide brazed with silver-based filler metal. In this paper, 2D analysis has been adopted because the thickness of the material (in 2D) does not influence the final calculation results. We have applied constant loading and constant boundary condition to explore data from the elastic and plastic strain analysis through which we were able to predict the maximum joint strength with respect to the joint thickness. The pattern of the meshing was also significant. And the result could be transferable to a real-life field situation. The final results showed that there is an optimum thickness of the filler metal with the maximum strength which matches that obtained from experiment. 展开更多

Effects of friction stir spot processing(FSSP)on the microstructures and microhardness of tungsten inert gas(TIG)welded TA15titanium alloy joints were investigated.The macro/micro structural observation and microhardness evaluation of the TA15alloy sheets and TA15TIG welded joints were carried out using optical microscope and microhardness tests.The results show that FSSP effectively improves the microstructure and increases the microhardness of the TA15sheets.As for the TIG welded joints,FSSP also effectively improves the microstructure of joints.And the average microhardness value in weld nugget zone is improved significantly,while a small increase of this value in heat affected zone is observed.The hardness in stirring zone is significantly higher than that in the base metal.Two peak values of hardness appear along the width direction in stirring zone.After FSSP,the average hardness of the weld zone of TA15TIG welded joint is significantly higher than that before FSSP.Under the present process parameters,both the surface oxidation in TA15sheets and in TIG welded joints after FSSP are not evident,while the surface forms the bright white layer,which is composed of a great multitude of fine grains. 展开更多
