目的探究活血接骨方联合分期针刺对胫骨骨折患者疼痛因子和骨愈合效果的影响。方法将2018年7月—2021年7月该院接收的80例下肢胫骨骨折患者随机分为对照组40例和治疗组40例。对照组予以常规西药治疗,治疗组予以活血接骨方联合分期针刺... 目的探究活血接骨方联合分期针刺对胫骨骨折患者疼痛因子和骨愈合效果的影响。方法将2018年7月—2021年7月该院接收的80例下肢胫骨骨折患者随机分为对照组40例和治疗组40例。对照组予以常规西药治疗,治疗组予以活血接骨方联合分期针刺治疗。比较两组治疗前后疼痛因子、炎症因子、血流流变指标,评价两组骨折愈合效果及并发症情况。结果治疗后7 d,治疗组的P物质(SP)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、组胺(HIS)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、高切黏度、低切黏度及血浆黏度水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的骨折愈合优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后并发症发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论活血接骨方联合分期针刺可有效降低疼痛因子及炎症因子水平,改善血液循环,对骨折愈合有积极促进作用,且安全性高。 展开更多

Details of applying this method to flight trajectory generation are presented including calculation of velocity and controls histories. And capabilities of flight and propulsion systems are considered also. Combined with digital terrain map technique, the direct method is applied to the three dimensional trajectory optimization for low altitude penetration, and simplex algorithm is used to solve the parameters in optimization. The phenomenon of anti-symmetrical bifurcation of periodic solutionsoccurring near an integral manifold is the intrinsic cause resulting in harmonic resonanceover-voltage in power systems. Due to this discovery, the principle of eliminating resonance byusing anti-bifurcation technique is presented, which makes that the theoretical bases of verymeasure to eliminate resonance are unified firstly from a point of view of basic theory. Ourdiscussion models depend on a class of nonlinear control model. Using the direct Lyapunov method, acomplete theoretical proof is given in accordance with the measure of eliminating resonance byconnecting nonlinear resistor in series to the neutral point of P. T., and the feedback control lawbeing applied. It comprises the action of parameters of resistor to eliminate resonance and theactual process of eliminating resonance, i.e., to go against bifurcation process which forces thebig harmonic solutions to retreat to the integral manifold gradually and disappear eventually, whichby using the nonlinear controllers. This makes it sure that the intrinsic cause of resonance iseliminated thoroughly. The obtained theory results and computing results are better than thepresented results. 展开更多

Two methods based on a slight modification of the regular traffic assignmentalgorithms are proposed to directly compute turn flows instead of estimating them from link flows orobtaining them by expanding the networks. The first one is designed on the path-turn incidencerelationship, and it is similar to the computational procedure of link flows. It applies to thetraffic assignment algorithms that can provide detailed path structures. The second utilizes thelink-turn incidence relationship and the conservation of flow on links, a law deriving from thisrelationship. It is actually an improved version of Dial's logit assignment algorithm. The proposedapproaches can avoid the shortcomings both of the estimation methods, e. g. Furness's model andFrator's model, and of the network-expanding method in precision, stability and computation scale.Finally, they are validated by numerical examples. 展开更多

A mathematical energy coupling model was developed to analyze the light transmission in the keyhole and energy distribution on the keyhole wall.The main characteristics of the model include:1) a prototype of the keyhole and the inverse Bremsstrahlung absorption coefficient in the keyhole plasma are obtained from the experiments;2) instead of using a parallel incident beam,a focused laser beam with real Gaussian intensity distribution is implemented;3) both Fresnel absorption and inverse Bremsstrahlung absorption during multiple reflections are considered.The calculation results show that the distribution of absorbed laser intensity by the keyhole wall is not uniform.The maximum laser energy is absorbed by the bottom of the keyhole,although no rays irradiate directly onto the bottom.According to analysis of beam focusing characteristics,the location of the focal plane plays a more important role in the laser energy absorption by the front wall than by the rear wall. 展开更多

For a complex flow about multi-element airfoils a mixed grid method is set up. C-type grids are produced on each element′s body and in their wakes at first, O-type grids are given in the outmost area, and H-type grids are used in middle additional areas. An algebra method is used to produce the initial grids in each area. And the girds are optimized by elliptical differential equation method. Then C-O-H zonal patched grids around multi-element airfoils are produced automatically and efficiently. A time accurate finite-volume integration method is used to solve the compressible laminar and turbulent Navier-Stokes (N-S) equations on the grids. AIM: To clarify the usefulness of the self-expanding metallic stents (SEMS) in the management of acute proximal colon obstruction due to colon carcinoma before curative surgery.METHODS: Eighty-one colon (proximal to spleen flex) carcinoma patients (47 males and 34 females,aged 18-94 years,mean = 66.2 years) treated between September 2004 and June 2010 for acute colon obstruction were enrolled to this study,and their clinical and radiological features were reviewed.After a cleaning enema was administered,urgent colonoscopy was performed.Subsequently,endoscopic decompression using SEMS placement was attempted.RESULTS: Endoscopic decompression using SEMS placement was technically successful in 78 (96.3%) of 81 patients.Three patients’ symptoms could not be relieved after SEMS placement and emergent operation was performed 1 d later.The site of obstruction was transverse colon in 18 patients,the hepatic flex in 42,and the ascending colon in 21.Following adequate cleansing of the colon,patients’ abdominal girth was decreased from 88 ± 3 cm before drainage to 72 ± 6 cm 7 d later,and one-stage surgery after 8 ± 1 d (range,7-10 d) was performed.No anastomotic leakage or postoperative stenosis occurred after operation.CONCLUSION: SEMS placement is effective and safe in the management of acute proximal colon obstruction due to colon carcinoma,and is considered as a bridged method before curative surgery. 展开更多

[Methed] Conven- tional punch method, test tube method and plate dilution method were adopted for in vitro susceptibility test of chicken E, coil strains O5 and O8 using 13 kinds of Chi- nese herbal medicines including Sanguisorba officinalis, Coptis chinensis, Anemar- rhena asphodeloides, Strobilanthes cusia, Agastache rugosa, etc.; chicken embryo inoculation experiment was adopted to screen Chinese herbal medicines resistant to chicken infectious laryngotracheitis virus. [Result] Sanguisorba officinalis, Fructus mume, Rheum officinale, Coptis chinensis, Herba Taraxaci, Anemarrhena asphode- Ioides, Scutellaria baicalensis and Rhizoma Fagopyri Cymosi had ideal antibacterial effect against chicken E. coil strain O5; Sanguisorba officinalis, Fructus mume, Rheum officinale, Coptis chinensis, Herba taraxaci and Rhizoma Fagopyri Cymosi had ideal antibacterial effect against chicken E. coil strain 08; other Chinese herbal medicines showed relatively poor or no antibacterial effect. Results of chicken embryo inoculation experiment showed that nine kinds of Chinese herbal medicines showed relatively strong anti-lLTV effect, including Forsythia suspensa, Radix Isatidis, Fofium isatidis, Flos Ionicerae, Radix codonopsis, Radix astragali, Atractylodes, Radix gly- cyrrhizae, and Pericarpium granati. [Conclusion] The study laid the foundation for fur- ther development of Chinese herbal compound preparations to treat chicken cofibacil- Iosis, infectious laryngotracheitis and other bacterial, viral diseases. 展开更多
