The sliding electrical contact behavior of AuAgCu brush on Au plating was investigated at various normal loads and sliding speeds.The contact voltage drop and electrical noise between the two brushes were measured and the resistance waveforms were recorded.The morphologies of the worn surfaces and wear debris of the brush and plating were observed.The results show that the contact voltage drop and electrical noise decrease with the addition of load whereas increase drastically with increasing sliding speed.With the electrical current in vacuum,the wear process of AuAgCu brush on Au plating involves adhesion,transfer of gold from the plating to the brush,rolling of wear debris between contact surfaces and arc-induced melt at the contact edge,and this gold-on-gold sliding electrical contact system is reliable within experiment period. 展开更多

A series of reduction experiments of iron ore pellets with hydrogen,carbon monoxide and their mixture were carried out in a laboratory scale shaft furnace.The sticking behavior accompanying reduction of iron ore pellets was investigated.And morphology of the sticking interface forming during reduction was analyzed by SEM equipped with EDS.In order to evaluate the effects of the temperature and gas composition on sticking properties,reduction of iron ore pellets were conducted at 800-1000 ℃.The results show that the sticking strength of the pellets increases with temperature,however,decreases with hydrogen content in reducing gas.For an efficient shaft furnace operation in direct reduction(DR),relative prevention of sticking such as coating of pellets was also developed to solve sticking problem.The results show that CaO is a suitable material for the coating method. 展开更多

Carbamates insecticides are used increasingly in organochlorine insecticides for the control of insect pests. It agriculture as a replacement for environmentally more persistent was the most used pesticides in Loukkous-Morocco. Conventional methods employed to detect/analyze carbamates residues are time consuming and require sophisticated equipment only available in well-equipped laboratories. In addition, the conventional methods usually require a lot of complex pre-treatment of samples. Therefore, convenient and rapid pesticide detection system is urgently needed. In this order, we aimed to develop a rapid ELISA (enzyme-linked immuno-Sorbent Assay) for detection of some carbamates such as carbendazim [methyl 2-benzimidazole carbamate] and carbofuran [2,3-dihydro-2,2-dimethyl-7-benzofuranylmethyl carbamate]. To develop an immunoassay for carbendazim and carbofuran we have synthesized molecules with acid function (haptens with 4 and 5 carbons) that are coupled with BSA protein and injected to the rabbits, collected antibodies are used for the achievements of the immunoanalytical assay. 展开更多

Cold Welding of Au Nanostructures at Room Temperature

The common Au nanostructures(nanospheres,nanorods and nanosheets)were prepared by the seed growth method to explore the cold welding phenomenon of these non-single crystal nanostructures at room temperature.Systematic studies show that the concentration of surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)and drying conditions are important factors to determine the evolution and final configuration of nanostructures during welding.The key factor of cold welding is the concentration of surfactant as low as 0.3 mm/L,and the welding should be carried out under the condition of slow evaporation and sufficient relaxation time,rather than rapid drying process.At the same time,the structural evolution during the welding process of gold rod head and tail is simulated by combining the electronic microscope characterization and density functional theory,which reveals that the stability of the welding nanostructure is better than that of the dispersed nanostructure.In the slow evaporation process of Au nanostructures with the same crystal structure,the low surfactant attached to the surface of the nanoparticles increases the attraction between the nanoparticles,which makes the nanoparticles close to each other adhere due to the interaction,and improves the physical properties of the intersection due to the diffusion,epitaxy and surface relaxation of the metal surface atoms.The results provide a research basis for the physical property analysis of nanostructures and the construction of defect devices. 展开更多

A compliant landing strategy for a trotting quadruped robot on unknown rough terrains based on contact force control is presented. Firstly, in order to lower the disturbance caused by the landing impact force, a landing phase is added between the swing phase and the stance phase, where the desired contact force is set as a small positive constant. Secondly, the joint torque optimization of the stance legs is formulated as a quadratic programming(QP) problem subject to equality and inequality/bound constraints. And a primal-dual dynamical system solver based on linear variational inequalities(LVI) is applied to solve this QP problem. Furthermore, based on the optimization results, a hybrid motion/force robust controller is designed to realize the tracking of the contact force, while the constraints of the stance feet landing angles are fulfilled simultaneously. Finally, the experiments are performed to validate the proposed methods. 展开更多

A vertex colored graph G is vertex rainbow connected if any two vertices are connected by a path whose internal vertices have distinct colors. The vertex rainbow connection number of G, denoted by rvc(G), is the smallest number of colors that are needed in order to make G vertex rainbow connected. In 2011, Kemnitz and Schiermeyer considered graphs with rc(G) = 2.We investigate graphs with rvc(G) = 2. First, we prove that rvc(G) 2 if |E(G)|≥n-22 + 2, and the bound is sharp. Denote by s(n, 2) the minimum number such that, for each graph G of order n, we have rvc(G) 2provided |E(G)|≥s(n, 2). It is proved that s(n, 2) = n-22 + 2.
