基于接触线方程是一个超越方程,砂轮安装角和接触线形态之间的关系无法用明确的函数表示的情况,首先以接触线形态的三个评价参数(超程量、偏移量、偏置量)为目标函数,以砂轮安装角为变量,建立接触线优化模型。其次在评价参数的求解过程... 基于接触线方程是一个超越方程,砂轮安装角和接触线形态之间的关系无法用明确的函数表示的情况,首先以接触线形态的三个评价参数(超程量、偏移量、偏置量)为目标函数,以砂轮安装角为变量,建立接触线优化模型。其次在评价参数的求解过程中,引入神经网络来求解,以砂轮安装角为神经网络的输入,接触线形态的评价参数为网络的输出,训练神经网络,结果表明训练后的神经网络不仅能做出正确的反应,而且具有其他方法所不具有的优点。最后以一种直线齿端齿向修形斜齿轮为例进行接触线优化,计算结果表明该方法可有效减小修形斜齿轮成形磨削中的磨削误差。磨齿实验验证了该方法的有效性。 展开更多

The contacts are also the direct carriers for signal transmitting of electronic equipments, passing the signal from the input end to the output end of electrical connector. The reliability of pin and socket contacts directly influences signal transmission. The goal of this study is to enhance the contact reliability of aerospace electrical connector. Computer simulation analysis was made on contacts performance data by utilizing the simulation system developed by PCL Language of MSC software. Furthermore, the results were experi- mentally validated so as to realize the objective of optimizing contacts design. 展开更多

The significant increase in speed of high-speed train will cause the dynamic contact force of the pantograph-catenary system to fluctuate more severely,which poses a challenge to the study of the pantograph-catenary relationship and the design of highspeed pantographs.Good pantograph-catenary coupling quality is the essential condition to ensure safe and efficient operation of high-speed train,stable and reliable current collection,and reduction in the wear of contact wires and pantograph contact strips.Among them,the dynamic parameters of high-speed pantographs are crucial to pantograph-catenary coupling quality.With the reduction of the standard deviation of the pantograph-catenary contact force as the optimization goal,multi-parameter joint optimization designs for the high-speed pantograph with two contact strips at multiple running speeds are proposed.Moreover,combining the sensitivity analysis at the optimal solutions,with the parameters and characteristics of in-service DSA380 highspeed pantograph,the optimization proposal of DSA380 was given. 展开更多
