高参数垃圾焚烧余热锅炉过热器控温防腐分析

为了解决垃圾焚烧锅炉过热器易腐蚀爆管的痛点问题,以某机械式炉排锅炉及配套余热锅炉为研究对象,分析主蒸汽参数和热负荷对过热器防腐控温设计的影响,得到不同主蒸汽参数、垃圾低位热值和处理量下过热器入口烟温、主蒸汽温度和减温水... 为了解决垃圾焚烧锅炉过热器易腐蚀爆管的痛点问题,以某机械式炉排锅炉及配套余热锅炉为研究对象,分析主蒸汽参数和热负荷对过热器防腐控温设计的影响,得到不同主蒸汽参数、垃圾低位热值和处理量下过热器入口烟温、主蒸汽温度和减温水量的变化范围。计算结果表明:MCR工况下,过热器入口理论最小烟温随着主蒸汽参数提升而增加,4.0 MPa/400℃参数下,其值为465℃,对于13 MPa/430℃(炉内再热)参数下,其值为620℃,高于13.5 MPa/450℃(炉外再热),存在较高的高温腐蚀风险。 展开更多

航天器精密控温技术是目前航天器热控制的重要组成部分,航天器、尤其是光学遥感卫星对精密热控的需求极为迫切。文章通过简明扼要的机理分析,获取了影响航天器控温性能的主要因素:热控设计、控温周期、可分辨的加热时间、加热控制方式... 航天器精密控温技术是目前航天器热控制的重要组成部分,航天器、尤其是光学遥感卫星对精密热控的需求极为迫切。文章通过简明扼要的机理分析,获取了影响航天器控温性能的主要因素:热控设计、控温周期、可分辨的加热时间、加热控制方式、测温精度、控温算法。在此基础上,着重调研和综述了国际上航天器控温算法选用及控温系统设计方法的研究现状,并进行了对比分析,从控温系统设计方法、控温算法、控温策略及控温系统性能验证方面指出了中国在该领域存在的不足,对中国航天器精密控温技术的发展提出如下建议:积极开展PI控制在航天器精密控温上的应用、基于被控对象热特性的控温系统设计方法及体现高精度控温策略的精确热分析技术等研究。 展开更多

In this paper, the mixture of dimethyl carbonate, ethyl methyl carbonate and diethyl carbonate was separated by middle-vessel batch distillation with feeding in middle-vessel and process control characteristics were researched. The steady state simulation results in Aspen Plus were exported to Aspen Dynamics. Then control effect of liquid level control with HighSelector, composition control(structure1, structure2) and temperature control(proportional action, proportional integration action) were proposed. Composition control structure 2 and temperature control with PI action were investigated to achieve a good control effect. 展开更多

The project has as its aim the design and implementation of the control of temperature in the cockpit of the prototype of neonatal life support equipment ESVIN based on the international standard IEC 60601-2-19 concerning the basic security and operation of the neonatal incubators. The prototype has been developed and is important because the cockpit is a new concept of medical equipment of neonatal life support. There was a modeling of the system of heating of the incubator using the concepts of system identification with the purpose of finding a mathematical model that describes the dynamic behavior of the system. Then, design and implement the strategy of feedback control with digital PID (proportional-integral-derivative) algorithm. The model allowed the design and implementation of a digital PID controller that meets in a satisfactory manner with the requirements, in accordance with the international standard. The control system implemented in the neonatal incubator ESVIN improved the effectiveness of the neonatal life support equipment in regard to temperature controller of the cockpit. 展开更多
