提高领导干部运用市场化思维和方式推动发展能力,是推动湖北高质量发展建成中部地区崛起重要战略支点的迫切要求,是以思想破冰引领湖北发展突围的迫切要求,是促进领导干部成为处理政府和市场关系行家里手的迫切要求。调研发现,大多数领... 提高领导干部运用市场化思维和方式推动发展能力,是推动湖北高质量发展建成中部地区崛起重要战略支点的迫切要求,是以思想破冰引领湖北发展突围的迫切要求,是促进领导干部成为处理政府和市场关系行家里手的迫切要求。调研发现,大多数领导干部自认了解并能够运用市场化思维和方式开展工作,然而市场主体普遍认为,领导干部的市场化思维和方式与市场需求和期望仍有一定差距。湖北在领导干部理念思维、推动发展的方式方法及干部管理体制机制方面仍然存在一些问题。为提高领导干部运用市场化思维和方式推动发展的能力,湖北应该敢于思想破冰,用市场化思维和方式武装干部头脑;善于发展突围,用市场化思维和方式培育有效市场;勇于自我革命,用市场化思维和方式建设有为政府;推进干部制度改革,用市场化思维和方式提高推动发展能力。 展开更多

The speed of a ship sailing in waves always slows down due to the decrease in efficiency of the propeller. So it is necessary and essential to analyze the unsteady hydrodynamic performance of propeller in waves. This paper is based on the numerical simulation and experimental research of hydrodynamics performance when the propeller is under wave conditions. Open-water propeller performance in calm water is calculated by commercial codes and the results are compared to experimental values to evaluate the accuracy of the numerical simulation method. The first-order Volume of Fluid(VOF) wave method in STAR CCM+ is utilized to simulate the three-dimensional numerical wave. According to the above prerequisite, the numerical calculation of hydrodynamic performance of the propeller under wave conditions is conducted, and the results reveal that both thrust and torque of the propeller under wave conditions reveal intense unsteady behavior. With the periodic variation of waves, ventilation, and even an effluent phenomenon appears on the propeller. Calculation results indicate, when ventilation or effluent appears, the numerical calculation model can capture the dynamic characteristics of the propeller accurately, thus providing a significant theory foundation forfurther studying the hydrodynamic performance of a propeller in waves. 展开更多

The unsteady performance of drag and double reverse propeller podded propulsors in open water was numerically simulated using a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method. A moving mesh method was used to more realistically simulate propulsor working conditions, and the thrust, torque, and lateral force coefficients of both propulsors were compared and analyzed. Forces acting on different parts of the propulsors along with the flow field distribution of steady and unsteady results at different advance coefficients were compared. Moreover, the change of the lateral force and the difference between the abovementioned two methods were mainly analyzed. It was shown that the thrust and torque results of both methods were similar, with the lateral force results having the highest deviation 展开更多

The simulation experimental rig of magnetic fluid sealing for propeller shaft was designed. The sealing ability experiment was conducted and results were analyzed. In this paper, we theoretically predict and experimentally measure the thrust efficiency of a biomimetic robotic fish, which is propelled by an ionic polymer-metal composite (IPMC) actuator. A physics-based model that consists of IPMC dynamics and hydrodynamics was proposed, and simulation was conducted. In order to test the thrust performance of the robotic fish, a novel experimental apparatus was developed for hydrodynamic experiments. Under a servo towing system, the IPMC fish swam at a self-propelled speed where external force is averagely zero. Experimental results demonstrated that the theoretical model can well predict the thrust efficiency of the robotic fish. A maximum thrust efficiency of 2.3x10-3 at 1 Hz was recorded experi- mentally, the maximum thrust force was 0.0253 N, recorded at 1.2 Hz, while the maximum speed was 0.021 m/s, recorded at 1.5 Hz, and a peak power of 0.36 W was recorded at 2.6 Hz. Additionally, the optimal actuation frequency for the thrust efficiency was also recorded at the maximum self-propelled speed. The present method of examining the thrust efficiency may also be applied to the studies of other types of smart material actuated underwater robots. 展开更多
