By examining the current situation of the child population in Fuyang and the overall facilities of the library, the article clarifies the opportunities and challenges for children’s reading in the local area, emphasizing the library’s active exploration in providing reading services for children. Subsequently, the article organizes the main strategies employed by the library in promoting children’s reading, covering various aspects such as the construction of book resources, innovation in service models, optimization of the reading environment, the establishment of cooperation and collaboration mechanisms, and the cultivation of digital literacy. Building on this foundation, the article discusses the problems faced by Fuyang Library in promoting children’s reading, such as uneven resource allocation, bottlenecks in service innovation, and difficulties in social cooperation. Finally, it proposes suggestions to address these issues, including optimizing resource allocation, innovating service models, and strengthening social cooperation, with the aim of further enhancing the library’s service capabilities and supporting the comprehensive improvement of children’s reading literacy.展开更多
