利用油井防砂前后的IPR曲线的对油井进行了产能预测,提出了合理的生产压差以及合理的提液量,以一口单井为例进行了计算,并以八口井进行了拟合。拟合结果表明,提出的单井合理提液量的计算方法与实际提液量是基本吻合的。

The determination method of 10-hydroxycamptothecin in Camptotheca acuminata fruits by high-performance liquid chromatogram (HPLC) was studied. The HPLC analysis was performed on a HIQ sil C18(4.6×250 mm) column with mobile phase of acetonitrilewater (3:7, V:V), flow rate 1 mLmin-1 and UV detective wavelength 266 nm. Extracting 10-hydroxycamptothecin by ultrasonic method from fruits of C. acuminata to prepare samples for analysis was systematically discussed. The optimal extraction condition was carried out by 60% alcohol solution at 60℃ for 50 minutes. 展开更多

In this paper, silt sediment is considered to be Bingham body, which is made up of coarse and fine particles in front of a hydraulic gate. The coarse and fine particles provide friction and shear stress in the course of opening the gate. They constitute together the adhesion force of the sediment. Based on this viewpoint, this paper puts forward a formula for the effect of silt sediment on the lifting force. The formula includes gate weight, down-suction force, sealing rubber friction, plus-weight, water-column pressure, plus-silted-sediment weight and rolling(or sliding)-bearing friction. Finally, the verification results show that the formula has certain reliability and the calculation accuracy can meet the need of practical engineering. 展开更多

In this study, we developed a novel and simple HPLC-DAD method for simultaneous qualitative and quantitative determination of five major components of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (GRR) in Xiaoer Zhike Tangjiang (XEZKTJ) with standardized reference extract (SRE). The five analytes (liquiritin apioside, liquiritin, isoliquiritin apioside, liquirigenin and glycyrrhizic acid) were well separated with good linearity, precision, stability and repeatability. The recovery rates ranged from 95.69% to 100.80%. The content of the five compounds in 34 batches of commercial XEZKTJ products was determined using standardized GRR extract (SRE method) and individual chemical reference standards (CRS method). Highly similar results were obtained from the two methods, demonstrating the feasibility of the proposed SRE method. Taken together, we proposed an efficient and low-cost way to perform multi-component quality control of XEZKTJ in this study. 展开更多
