色买提杏Armeniaca vulgaris‘Saimaiti’是新疆栽培果树中的重要品种,为了明确不同品系色买提杏果实采收特征及其差异,研究以3个常见色买提杏品系的果实为研究材料,分别测定果实形态特征、硬度、可溶性固形物、pH、色度(LAB)等指标,并... 色买提杏Armeniaca vulgaris‘Saimaiti’是新疆栽培果树中的重要品种,为了明确不同品系色买提杏果实采收特征及其差异,研究以3个常见色买提杏品系的果实为研究材料,分别测定果实形态特征、硬度、可溶性固形物、pH、色度(LAB)等指标,并对其进行核密度、相关性分析。结果表明:3个品系果实特征差异显著,果实直径、纵径、侧径、单果重均显示克孜勒色买提<色勒克色买提<木格亚格勒克。可溶性固形物是重要采收标志,分别为克孜勒色买提(14%~15%)、色勒克色买提(18%~20%)、木格亚格勒克(18%~23%)。硬度分化不明显,集中分布于21-30。L值表现为克孜勒色买提杏(58.30)>色勒克色买提杏(56.27)>木格亚格勒克(52.61),A值表现为木格亚格勒克(14.60)>克孜勒色买提(13.47)>色勒克色买提(11.52),B值的分布范围在39.82~46.20。综上所述,不同品系的杏果实采收特征差异明显,克孜勒色买提杏果实的品质相对较差。 展开更多

[Objective] The aim of this study was to further investigate and utilize the natural anthocyanidin from Rhododendron L. [Method] Using Rhododendron L. with four different colors including white, pink, red and purple as the test materials, its anthocyanidin extraction methods were analyzed in this study to evaluate the spectral properties and its stability of various anthocyanidin. [Result] The anthocyanidin from Rhododendron L. was perfectly extracted by methanol with 1% concentrated hydrochloric acid (V/V) and had better stability in this extraction solution. The further experiment in vitro indicated that the anthocyanidin from Rhododendron L. became stable with pH value of 0-3, but could not resistant to high temperature or strong light, and the alkaline condition had also great effects on its stability. [Conclusion] The methanol with 1% concentrated hydrochloric acid (V/V) has the best effect for extraction, and the anthocyanidin from Rhododendron L. is more stable in low temperature, weak light and acid conditions. 展开更多

This study aimed to explore the main factors influencing the extraction of anthocyanins from strawberry, such as solid-liquid ratio, concentration of solvent, duration of ultrasonic treatment and ultrasonic power. According to the results of sin-gle factor test, an orthogonal experiment was designed to determine the optimum extraction conditions. The effects of the four factors on anthocyanins extraction from strawberry were listed here in an decreasing order: ethanol concentration 〉 solid-liq-uid ratio〉duration of ultrasonic treatment〉ultrasonic power. And the optimal condi-tions of ultrasonic extraction of anthocyanins from strawberry were: ultrasonic treat-ment of 30 min, solid-liquid ratio of 1:15, ethanol concentration of 60% and ultra-sonic power of 300 W. Under such conditions, the content of extracted antho-cyanins was 33.247 mg/100g, which was 1.3 folds higher than that by extraction without ultrasonic treatment. 展开更多

The HPLC analysis was performed on a HIQ sil C18(4.6×250 mm) column with mobile phase of acetonitrilewater (3:7, V:V), flow rate 1 mLmin-1 and UV detective wavelength 266 nm. Extracting 10-hydroxycamptothecin by ultrasonic method from fruits of C. acuminata to prepare samples for analysis was systematically discussed. Wavelet decomposition and color information entropy are selected to construct vectors for KNN that is used to classify of the images. The distance function is modified according to the weight determined by the correlation degree between feature and class, which effectively improves classification accuracy. The result shows the mean accuracy of classification rate is up to 95.41% for freshwater plankton images, such as chironomid larvae, cyclops and harpacticoida. 展开更多

A method for the simultaneous separation and determination of organic acids and inorganic anions in Bayer liquors was developed by gradient ion chromatography with suppressed conductivity detection. Formate, acetate, propionate, oxalate, succinate, glutarate, fluoride, chloride and sulfate were separated and determined in 33 min. The samples were pretreated with solid-phase extraction, which has high selectivity for removing a large number of metallic ions in the Bayer liquors, and filtered with a 0.45 μm filter membrane before being injected into the ion chromatographic system. The separation of six organic acids and three inorganic anions was achieved on an IonPac AS11-HC column with KOH as the eluent, and the detection was performed by a conductivity detection mode. No interference is found in the presence of fluorate, chlorate and sulphate when organic acids are determined. The calibration graphs of peak area for all the analytes are linear over a wide range. The relative standard derivation of the peak area of analytes is less than 2.14%. Under optimum conditions the detection ranges from 0.2 to 100.0 mg/L. The average recoveries of the added standards are between 94.3% and 102.8%. 展开更多

The results showed that the content of GA3 in efflux extracted with alcohol is 10% higher than that with distilled water. With the increase of the durations of extraction, the content of GA3 increases and the dissolution of pigments also increase. For extraction of GA3 cultured in solid medium, the best decolorizing result was obtained when it was extracted with 75%-95% alcohol in static way for 1-3 h, or in a vibrating way for 30-60 min, and then to decolor in a static way for 30-60 min in 122 resin column. 展开更多

The extractions conditions were screened by an orthogonal test and the quantity of extracted pigments was determined spectroscopically. The results show that: (1) among the six organic solvents, acetone was the most effective one for the extraction; (2) the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the ratio of S/M (solvent volume/material weight) was 30 ml/g; fresh seaweed was extracted 2 times in 2h; (3) the average total content of pigments was 1.85 mg/g (calculated with dry L. japonica). 展开更多

The abundance of low-rank coals in China, such as bituminous and brown coals, makes studies of their composition and structure of great significance to both coal chemistry research and for efficient utilization of the coal. We describe how a Chinese brown coal was ultrasonically extracted with carbon disulfide (CS2) and the raw and extracted coals were characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). The corresponding extract was analyzed with a coupled gas chromatograph mass spectrometer (GC/MS). The FTIR analysis shows a great abundance of amidocyanogen, carbonyl, aromatic and hetero aromatic rings and single carbon-beteroatom bonds. This suggests the possible occurrence of compounds like alcohols, phenols, amines, esters, carboxylic acids, ethers, aromatics or heteroaromatics. The GC/MS analysis of the CS2 extract detected 62 compounds, among which the non-polar ones were of lower abundance while the polar ones were in higher abundance and were structurally diverse. This demonstrates the compositional and structural complexity of Shengli coal. 展开更多

This study aimed to qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate the production of aflatoxin in liquid media using strains of Aspergillus flavus obtained from peanuts marketed in the city of Fortaleza, CEo Strains of Aspergillus flavus were inoculated into a liquid medium malt extract and after 2 days inoculated into a second medium containing sucrose 5%, MgSO4·7H20 0.1%, KH2PO4 1%, ZnSO4·7H2O 0.0176 g, and cultured for 3 more days. The media were kept at room temperature ranging from 24°C to 32 °C with agitation of 130 rpm and aeration of 4.17 Llmin. Qualitative analysis was performed by thin layer chromatography and quantitatively by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection, demonstrating the production of aflatoxin B I (588 mg/L) and B2 (929 mg/L). 展开更多
