卷烟包装机搅动器控制系统改造

为解决CT条盒包装机在生产过程中因胶缸内乳胶结皮造成条盒纸上胶质量差、乳胶浪费等问题,通过电机驱动和采用PLC技术设计了乳胶搅动和补水装置。该装置通过独立的电机驱动,带动搅动器转动,在设备长时间停机时搅动器仍可以搅动乳胶,并通... 为解决CT条盒包装机在生产过程中因胶缸内乳胶结皮造成条盒纸上胶质量差、乳胶浪费等问题,通过电机驱动和采用PLC技术设计了乳胶搅动和补水装置。该装置通过独立的电机驱动,带动搅动器转动,在设备长时间停机时搅动器仍可以搅动乳胶,并通过PLC控制系统实现了乳胶的自动补水稀释。应用效果表明:该装置有效减少了胶缸内乳胶结皮现象,降低了操作人员的维护保养时间,每周因结皮损耗的乳胶由平均4.22 kg/台降低到1.08 kg/台,保证了乳胶稀释度和流动性的稳定。 展开更多

用“冰霜”代替“萘”做《晶体熔解》的实验

现行初中物理第二册第四章“物态变化”中“晶体熔解时要吸收热量,且温度保持不变”这一教学难点的突破,关键取决于《萘的熔解过程》实验的是否成功。由于萘是热的不良导体,在实际操作中往往出现温度计示数不到80℃试管中的萘就已开始... 现行初中物理第二册第四章“物态变化”中“晶体熔解时要吸收热量,且温度保持不变”这一教学难点的突破,关键取决于《萘的熔解过程》实验的是否成功。由于萘是热的不良导体,在实际操作中往往出现温度计示数不到80℃试管中的萘就已开始熔解的现象。而且,在熔解过程中温度计的示数不是保持恒定,而是缓慢升高。结果不能使学生得到“晶体都跟萘一样,在一定的温度下熔解”的正确认识,反而错误地认为“晶体都跟萘一样,不在一定的温度下熔解”。一旦形成错误的概念,就很难纠正。目前,电冰箱随着人民生活水平的提高已经走进了千家万户,晶体冰的获得已不成问题了,因此可以用“冰”或“霜”代替“萘”来完成“晶体熔解过程”的实验。我曾经在学生分组实验时做过尝试,效果很好。现介绍如下。 展开更多

The Modified Multiple Model Switching Tuning Control Application in AVC

In the complex mechanical vibration environment, the dominant frequency of the system varies remarkably and swiftly under various running conditions, which also characterizes uncertainty and time-variation. It is very impending and important to suppress or isolate the detrimental vibrations related to the above memtoned system with active vibration control (AVC) technology. This paper presented the improved linear quadratic gaussian (LQG) control scheme with a specified filter to realize broadband disturbance/noise attenuation and assure intensive suppression of vibration at the key vibration frequency, then applies and modifies the multiple model switching tuning (MMST) control method by disturbance observation to track the variation of dominant vibration component timely. The effectiveness and superiority of the presented control method were demonstrated by numerical simulation and AVC experiment on a flexible cantilever beam under sweeping excitation. 展开更多

The interaction between fluid and a down-pumping pitched blade turbine fixed with a flexible shaft in the stirred vessel, as a typical fluid structure interaction phenomenon, was simulated by coupling the Computational Fluid Dynamics and Computational Structural Dynamics. Based on the verification of the simulated impeller torque and dimensionless shaft bending moment with experimental result, the dimensionless shaft bending moment and various loads acting on impeller(including lateral force, axial force and bending moment) were discussed in detail. By separating and extracting the fluid and structural components from those loads, the results show that the shaft bending moment mainly results from the lateral force on impeller although the axial force on impeller is much larger. The impeller mass imbalance increases the shaft bending moment and the lateral force on impeller, but has little influence on the axial force and bending moment acting on impeller. The dominant frequencies of impeller forces are macro-frequency, speed frequency and blade passing frequency, and are associated with the impeller mass imbalance. 展开更多

It is believed that whether the instantaneous objective function curves of plug-flow-reactor (PFR) and continuous-stirred-tank-reactor (CSTR) overlap or not, they have a consistent changing trend for complex reactions... It is believed that whether the instantaneous objective function curves of plug-flow-reactor (PFR) and continuous-stirred-tank-reactor (CSTR) overlap or not, they have a consistent changing trend for complex reactions (steady state, isothermal and constant volume). As a result of the relation of the objective functions (selectivity or yield) to the instantaneous objective functions (instantaneous selectivity or instantaneous reaction rate), the optimal reactor network configuration can be determined according to the changing trend of the instantaneous objective function curves. Further, a recent partition strategy for the reactor network synthesis based on the instantaneous objective function characteristic curves is proposed by extending the attainable region partition strategy from the concentration space to the instantaneous objective function-unreacted fraction of key reactant space. In this paper, the instantaneous objective function is closed to be the instantaneous selectivity and several samples are examined to illustrate the proposed method. The comparison with the previous work indicates it is a very convenient and practical systematic tool of the reactor network synthesis and seems also promising for overcoming the dimension limit of the attainable region partition strategy in the concentration space. 展开更多

The recursive computation of Jacobian matrix is investigated. The stability of the closed loop model predictive control system is analyzed based on Lyapunov theory to obtain the sufficient condition for the asymptotical stability of the neural predictive control system. A simulation was carried out for an exothermic first-order reaction in a continuous stirred tank reactor.It is demonstrated that the proposed control strategy is applicable to some of nonlinear systems. 展开更多
