To analyze the influence of surface texture on friction properties of Crl2MoV', ordinary grinder and spinning technology were adopted to obtain the grooved surface morphology of samples, and then the impact of spindl...To analyze the influence of surface texture on friction properties of Crl2MoV', ordinary grinder and spinning technology were adopted to obtain the grooved surface morphology of samples, and then the impact of spindle speed and feed in z-direction on surface morphology in the process of spinning was studied. In addition, the corresponding friction coefficient of sample was obtained through friction and wear tests. The results show that the peak clipping and the valley filling were conducted on the grinding surface, which could improve the surface roughness effectively and make the grinding trench-type wear scar more uniform. Both the area ratio of groove and groove spacing increased initially and then decreased with the increase of the spindle speed or the feed in z-direction. As a kind of micro-process, the groove could influence the friction coefficient of sample surface, whose distribution was beneficial to the reduction of friction coefficient. Compared with the surface obtained through ordinary grinding, grooved surface morphology through spinning technology was more conductive to reduce the friction coefficient, which could be reduced by 25%. When the friction coefficient of sample was reduced to the minimum, the texture of groove corresponded had an optimal area ratio and an optimal groove spacing, 37.5% and 27.5 μm, respectively.展开更多
Appropriate base oils and homologous additives such as extreme pressure and anti-wear agents,oiliness agents and antioxidants were selected,and experiments testing the compatibility performance between additive,base o...Appropriate base oils and homologous additives such as extreme pressure and anti-wear agents,oiliness agents and antioxidants were selected,and experiments testing the compatibility performance between additive,base oil and other components were carried out to develop the SK and SD series of rolling oils for cold rolling of stainless steel.The developed oils were used in the stainless steel cold rolling lubrication experiments,and were successfully applied in the actual cold rolling operation of stainless steel.Compared with a foreign product,the tribological properties,the thermal oxidation stability,and the rolling lubrication performance of the developed stainless steel cold rolling oils were studied.Test results showed that the tribological properties of the thereby developed rolling oils and the reference one were almost at the same level,and to some extent the performance of rolling was even better than the foreign product,at the same time the stainless steel sheet could retain its well annealed performance.Meanwhile,within a certain range,the lubrication of the rolling oil became better as its viscosity increased at the same level of saponification value,which could provide a lower friction coefficient,so that a higher maximum reduction ratio of the rolled piece through a constant roll gap and a minimum thickness could be secured.Also,similar phenomena appeared as the saponification value increased at a same viscosity level of the rolling oils.展开更多

Comparison between the areas of scratches before and after the cutting experiment was used to evaluate the cutting performance of the blades. Results showed that friction coefficient of TiA1CrN/TiA1N coating was significantly lower than that of TiA1SiN coating. Analysis of the worn surface revealed that the TiA1SiN and TiAICrN/TiA1N coatings in the dry turning process exhibited sign of inhornogeneous adhesive wear and abrasive wear. TiA1CrN/TiA1N coating has a longer working life and better anti-wear property because of its duplex coating.展开更多
The tribological properties of ZrO2 ceramic and 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel rubbing pairs were investigated using a special tribo-tester under different concentrations of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) solution.The compariso...The tribological properties of ZrO2 ceramic and 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel rubbing pairs were investigated using a special tribo-tester under different concentrations of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) solution.The comparison analyses of the friction coefficients,worn volume rates,worn particles and surface roughness were conducted under the tested conditions.There were significant differences of the tribological properties of the rubbing pairs in the different concentrations H2O2 solution because of oxidation and corrosion.This research has revealed that the main wear mechanisms between the rubbing pairs are severe adhesive wear,abrasive wear and corrosive wear in the H2O2 solution with different concentrations.A model has been established to assess the most suitable concentration of the H2O2 solution for the tribological properties of the rubbing pairs.The result shows that 50% concentration of the H2O2 solution is the most suitable.The assessment result is consistent with the experimental result.It is believed that the knowledge gained in this study is useful for the optimization of the friction pairs in the extreme condition.展开更多
