This study investigates the relationship between acoustic parameters and phonetic features for five Handan Hanshan fricatives. In that, the eight acoustic parameters include normalized duration, normalized amplitude, spectral moment, F2 onset frequency and so on. While the phonetic features invove the place of articulathon, identity of the following vowel and gender. ANOVAs aralysis shows that the combination of all eight acoustic parameters resulted in 92.0% rate of recognition for five fricatives.展开更多
