经皮逆行耻骨上支通道螺钉入针点与重要生殖结构解剖学距离的观测

目的 测量经皮逆行耻骨上支通道螺钉导针入针点与周围重要生殖结构的解剖学距离,为临床置钉提供精准的解剖学数据,降低术中损伤重要生殖结构的风险。方法 选取14例防腐成年尸体标本,C臂机监视下,徒手自理想入针点完成经皮逆行耻骨上支... 目的 测量经皮逆行耻骨上支通道螺钉导针入针点与周围重要生殖结构的解剖学距离,为临床置钉提供精准的解剖学数据,降低术中损伤重要生殖结构的风险。方法 选取14例防腐成年尸体标本,C臂机监视下,徒手自理想入针点完成经皮逆行耻骨上支通道螺钉导针置入,对标本进行解剖,测量男性标本中导针入针点到精索、阴茎背神经、海绵体的最近距离,测量女性标本中导针入针点到子宫圆韧带、阴蒂背神经、阴蒂体基底部、阴蒂头的最近距离。结果 男、女性左、右两侧导针入针点与各重要生殖结构距离的数值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。男性标本导针入针点与同侧精索的平均距离(49.70±6.04)mm>对侧精索(20.57±9.59)mm>阴茎背神经(19.79±5.36)mm>海绵体(17.56±5.95)mm;女性标本导针入针点与同侧子宫圆韧带的平均距离(63.20±9.67)mm>对侧子宫圆韧带(55.25±6.52)mm>阴蒂头(39.82±3.03)mm>阴蒂背神经(23.80±6.04)mm>阴蒂体基底部(17.96±2.93)mm。入针点距对侧精索与对侧子宫圆韧带两者、入针点距同侧精索与同侧子宫圆韧带两者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),入针点距阴茎背神经与阴蒂背神经两者、入针点距海绵体与阴蒂体基底部两者,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 经皮逆行耻骨上支螺钉置入过程存在损伤周围生殖结构的风险,使用软组织保护套筒和避免多次经皮插入导针可减少损伤这些结构的风险。 展开更多

目前,烟草行业内的GDX1(GDX2)包装机组与PROTOS70卷接机组之间的烟支传递主要是通过烟支输送通道来进行输送的。在生产过程中,卷接机组的卸盘机的出口到包装机组的烟支烟库的入口之间经常容易出现乱烟支情况,导致烟库下烟通道烟支堵塞... 目前,烟草行业内的GDX1(GDX2)包装机组与PROTOS70卷接机组之间的烟支传递主要是通过烟支输送通道来进行输送的。在生产过程中,卷接机组的卸盘机的出口到包装机组的烟支烟库的入口之间经常容易出现乱烟支情况,导致烟库下烟通道烟支堵塞后出现烟库无烟支、弹性壁堵塞、烟支模盒缺支等故障停机,其中烟库无烟和烟支模盒缺支两种故障发生频次较高,且每次发生烟库无烟支和烟支模盒缺支故障停机后,都需要操作工手动对堵塞烟支进行清除,非常耗时且造成烟支消耗增大,严重影响设备的运行效率,降低台班产量。本文主要通过对烟支通道内发生的乱烟支进行分析,探索有效的检测方法。 展开更多

目的:探讨MSCT对冠状静脉窦闭锁合并侧支静脉回流的诊断价值。方法:回顾性搜集2011年8月至2021年7月在我院行冠状动脉、大血管或先天性心脏病MSCT增强检查中发现的60例冠状静脉闭锁患者,其中男30例,女30例,平均年龄(55.85±15.64)岁... 目的:探讨MSCT对冠状静脉窦闭锁合并侧支静脉回流的诊断价值。方法:回顾性搜集2011年8月至2021年7月在我院行冠状动脉、大血管或先天性心脏病MSCT增强检查中发现的60例冠状静脉闭锁患者,其中男30例,女30例,平均年龄(55.85±15.64)岁,对所有患者原始数据采用横轴面、失状面及冠状面的多平面重组(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、3D容积展现(3D-VR)等重建技术进行后处理,根据闭锁长度分为隔膜型(闭锁长度<2.0 mm)、节段型(闭锁长度为2.0~10.0 mm)及弥漫型(闭锁长度>10.0 mm)等3种类型;根据侧支静脉回流途径将回流方式分成8种类型。结果:60例冠状静脉窦闭锁患者中,闭锁平均长度为(5.6±4.1)mm,其中男性闭锁平均长度为(6.2±4.7)mm,女性为(5.0±3.5)mm,两者差异无统计学意义(P=0.264)。闭锁类型包括隔膜型14例(23.33%),局限型37例(61.67%),弥漫型9例(15.00%)。静脉侧支回流途径包括8类,分别单独或混合汇入左、右心房或双心房,其中Ⅰ类25例(41.67%)通过功能性永存左上腔静脉途径汇入右心房,Ⅱ类24例(40.00%)通过心小静脉途径汇入右心房,Ⅲ类12例(20.00%)通过心中静脉-右缘静脉途径汇入右心房,Ⅳ类2例(3.33%)通过心大静脉-室上嵴或圆锥静脉-右缘静脉途径汇入右心房,Ⅴ类4例(6.67%)通过桥静脉途径汇入下腔静脉或右心房,Ⅵ类21例(35.00%)通过间隔静脉途径直接汇入左心房,Ⅶ类6例(10.00%)通过左房主静脉途径汇入左心房,Ⅷ类8例(13.33%)直接通过无顶冠窦方式汇入左心房;其中最常见的静脉侧支回流途径为第Ⅰ类,与其它途径之间的发生率差异无统计学意义(P=0.136)。结论:MSCT对冠状静脉窦闭锁合并不同类型侧支静脉回流的诊断具有重要价值,可为临床治疗提供一定帮助。 展开更多

目的探讨钛弹性钉(titanium elastic nail,TEN)辅助耻骨上支逆行通道螺钉植入的手术技巧及临床疗效。方法回顾分析2021年1月—2022年4月收治并采用耻骨上支逆行通道螺钉治疗的31例骨盆/髋臼骨折患者临床资料,其中16例采用TEN辅助植入(... 目的探讨钛弹性钉(titanium elastic nail,TEN)辅助耻骨上支逆行通道螺钉植入的手术技巧及临床疗效。方法回顾分析2021年1月—2022年4月收治并采用耻骨上支逆行通道螺钉治疗的31例骨盆/髋臼骨折患者临床资料,其中16例采用TEN辅助植入(研究组),15例在C臂X线机引导下植入(对照组)。两组患者性别、年龄、致伤原因、骨盆骨折Tile分型、髋臼骨折Judet-Letournal分型及受伤至手术时间等基线资料比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术中记录每枚耻骨上支逆行通道螺钉植入的手术时间、植入过程中C臂X线机透视次数和术中出血量。术后复查X线片及三维CT,采用Matta评分标准评估骨折复位质量,采用螺钉位置分级标准评估通道螺钉的位置情况。随访过程中记录骨折愈合时间,末次随访时采用Merle D’Aubigne Postel评分系统评估患者功能恢复情况。结果研究组和对照组分别植入19、20枚耻骨上支逆行通道螺钉,研究组每枚螺钉植入手术时间、透视次数、术中出血量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后复查X线片及三维CT示,研究组19枚螺钉均未穿出皮质骨或进入关节内,优良率为100%(19/19);而对照组有4枚螺钉穿出皮质骨,优良率为80%(16/20);两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。根据Matta评分标准,两组均无复位差者,复位质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后两组患者切口均Ⅰ期愈合,无切口感染、皮缘坏死、深部感染等并发症发生。患者均获随访,随访时间8~22个月,平均14.7个月。两组骨折均愈合,愈合时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。末次随访时,采用Merle D’Aubigne Postel评分系统评价功能,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论TEN辅助植入技术可明显缩短耻骨上支逆行通道螺钉植入手术时间,显著减少透视次数,且术中出血量少、植钉精准,为骨盆/髋臼骨折的微创治疗提供了一种新的安全、可靠方法。 展开更多

Langevin simulation of the particles multi-passing over the saddle point is proposed to calculate thermal fission rate. Due to finite friction and the corresponding thermal fluctuation, a backstreaming exists in the process of the particle descent from the saddle to the scission. This leads to that the diffusion behind the saddle point has influence upon the stationary flow across the saddle point. A dynamical correction factor, as a ratio of the flows of multi- and first-overpassing the saddle point, is evaluated analytically. The results show that the fission rate calculated by the particles multi-passing over the saddle point is lower than the one calculated by the particle firstly passing over the saddle point, and the former approaches the results at the scission point. 展开更多

In Gengcun Colliery, Yima Coal Group Co. Ltd.the characteristics of the gateways of thick coal seam and the coal seam is with fully mechanized sublevel caving mining are that the thickness of roof coal seam of gateways is larger, their surrounding rocks are the whole-coal mass and the coal seam is prone to Spontaneous Combustion. With the natural equilibrium arch theory, the reasonable adjacent distance of No.11 mine-type metal supports was calculated in trapezoidal gateways based on these characteristics. Then, in-situ supporting experiments were carried out. The results indicate that under the action of virgin rock stress, the width of broken rocks zone of surrounding rocks is 1.7–2.0 m in return heading and 1.1–1.3 m in going headway. And their surrounding rocks belong to the Ⅳ-type soften rock and the Ⅲ-type common surrounding rock respectively. Therefore, under the movable abutment pressure, the gateways deformation is serious. It is suggested that the designed gateways have to use pre-broadened cross section to suit their deformation. At the same time, the accumulated water on gateway floor must be drained in time. These measures were taken in the 1302 and 1304 coal faces in Gengcun Colliery, and the satisfactory results have been obtained. 展开更多

To ensure running safety,the secondary spring loads of railway vehicles must be well equalized.Due to the coupling interactive effects of these hyper static suspended structures,the equalization adjustment through shimming procedure is quite complex.Therefore,an effective and reliable method in application is developed in this paper.Firstly,the best regulation of spring load is solved based on a mechanical model of the secondary suspension system,providing a target for actual adjustment.To reveal the relationship between secondary spring load distribution and shim quantity sequence,a forecasting model is constructed and then modified experimentally with consideration of car body’s elastic deformation.Further,a gradient-based algorithm with a momentum operation is proposed for the load optimization.Effectiveness of the whole method has been verified on a test rig.It is experimentally confirmed that this research provides an important basis for achieving an optimal regulation of spring load distribution for multiple types of railway vehicles. 展开更多

PARASOL(Polarization & Anisotropy of Reflectances for Atmospheric Sciences coupled with Observations from a Lidar) multi-channel and multi-directional polarized data for different aerosol types were compared.The PARASOL polarized radiance data at 490 nm,670 nm,and 865 nm increased with aerosol optical thickness(AOT) for fine-mode aerosols;however,the polarized radiances at 490 nm and 670 nm decreased as AOT increased for coarse dust aerosols.Thus,the variation of the polarized radiance with AOT can be used to identify fine or coarse particle-dominated aerosols.Polarized radiances at three wavelengths for fine-and coarse-mode aerosols were analyzed and fitted by linear regression.The slope of the line for 670 nm and 490 nm wavelength pairs is less than 0.35 for dust aerosols.However,the value for fine-mode aerosols is greater than 0.60.The Support Vector Machine method(SVM) based on 12 vector features was used to discriminate clear sky,coarse dust aerosols,fine-mode aerosols,and cloud.Two cases were given and validated by AErosol RObotic NETwork(AERONET) measurements,MODIS(Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer) FMF(Fine Mode Fraction at 550 nm) images,PARASOL RGB(Red Green Blue) images,and CALIOP(Cloud-Aerosol Lidar with Orthogonal Polarization) VFM(Vertical Feature Mask) data. 展开更多

旧日本关东军虎头要塞修筑在虎头周边完达山余脉的丘陵地带,整个要塞由猛虎山、虎北山、虎东山、虎西山、虎啸山等5个阵地组成。虎头要塞是日本帝国主义侵华期间遗留下来的极其重要的罪证遗存,也是世界反法西斯战争最后一役的战迹地。... 旧日本关东军虎头要塞修筑在虎头周边完达山余脉的丘陵地带,整个要塞由猛虎山、虎北山、虎东山、虎西山、虎啸山等5个阵地组成。虎头要塞是日本帝国主义侵华期间遗留下来的极其重要的罪证遗存,也是世界反法西斯战争最后一役的战迹地。虎头要塞分布范围广,工事规模大,军事设施全,被当年日本关东军吹嘘为东亚首屈一指的“北满永久要塞”,号称“东方马其诺防线”。虎头要塞由于战火的摧毁而被深深埋于地下。 1991年11月,虎头要塞遗址被黑龙江省人民政府列为省级重点文物保护单位。多年来,我们会同省革命博物馆的研究人员数次考察了要塞遗址。1977年4月旅游局清理整修一部分虎东山工事对外开放。1994年12月至1995年5月1日虎林县文物管理所对虎东山要塞地下工事另一部分通道进行了清理。 展开更多

Biomaterial scaffolds play an important role in maintaining the viability and biological functions of highly metabolic hepatocytes in liver tissue engineering. One of the major challenges involves building a complex microchannel network inside three-dimensional (3D) scaffolds for efficient mass transportation. Here we presented a biomimetic strategy to generate a mi- crochannel network within porous biomaterial scaffolds by mimicking the vascular tree of rat liver. The typical parameters of the blood vessels were incorporated into the biomimetic design of the microchannel network such as branching angle and diameter. Silk fibroin-gelatin scaffolds with biomimetic vascular tree were fabricated by combining micromolding, freeze drying and 3D rolling techniques. The relationship between the micro-channeled design and flow pattern was revealed by a flow experiment, which indicated that the scaffolds with biomimetic vascular tree exhibited unique capability in improving mass transportation inside the 3D scaffold. The 3D scaffolds, preseeded with primary hepatocytes, were dynamically cultured in a bioreactor system. The results confirmed that the pre-designed biomimetic microchannel network facilitated the generation and expansion of hepatocytes. 展开更多

The human ether-a-go-go related gene (hERG) channel is responsible for the repolarization during the action potential, and blockage of that may result in severe cardiotoxicity and sudden death. In this study, a dataset containing 1969 compounds was compiled from literature and FDA-approved drugs. Using a support vector machine (SVM), two groups of computational models were built to distinguish whether a compound is a blocker or non-blocker of hERG potassium ion channel. These mod- els fit generally satisfactory. The 100 models built with MACCS fingerprints (Model Group A) showed an average accuracy of 90% and an average matthews correlation coefficient (MCC) value of 0.77 on the test sets. The 100 models built with selected MOE descriptors (Model Group B) showed an average accuracy of 89% and an average MCC value of 0.74 on the test sets. Molecular hydrophobicity and lipophilicity were found to be very important factors which lead to block the hERG potassium ion channel. Some other molecular properties such as electrostatic properties, features based on van der Waals surface area, the number of rigid bonds and molecular surface rugosity also played important roles in blocking bERG potassium ion channel. 展开更多
