A two-step alkaline-acidic leaching process was conducted to separate the cryolite from spent pot lining and to purify the carbon. The influencing factors of temperature, time, and the ratio of liquid to solid in alkaline and acidic leaching were investigated. The results show that the recovery of soluble compounds of Na3AlF6 and Al2O3 dissolving into the solution during the NaOH leaching is 65.0%,and the purity of carbon reaches 72.7%. During the next step of HCl leaching, the recovery of soluble compounds of CaF2 and NaAl11O17 dissolving into the HCl solution is 96.2%, and the carbon purity increases to 96.4%. By mixing the acidic leaching solution and the alkaline leaching solution, the cryolite precipitates under a suitable conditions of pH value 9 at 70 °C for 2 h. The cryolite precipitating rate is 95.6%, and the purity of Na3AlF6 obtained is 96.4%. 展开更多

宋初国家藏书的来源主要有两个方面:一是收聚宋前遗书,包括北宋承袭后周国家旧典、收取亡国所有典藏和向天下征书、访书等;二是创制新的典籍,既有早期以照例修撰前代史籍为主的编纂新举动,又有利用旧典或前人著述编纂新典籍。仅从宋初... 宋初国家藏书的来源主要有两个方面:一是收聚宋前遗书,包括北宋承袭后周国家旧典、收取亡国所有典藏和向天下征书、访书等;二是创制新的典籍,既有早期以照例修撰前代史籍为主的编纂新举动,又有利用旧典或前人著述编纂新典籍。仅从宋初国家藏书形成的过程来看,可分为"西馆"时期、崇文院前期两个各有侧重的不同阶段,尤以后一阶段,实属宋初中央政府充分利用馆阁藏书的作用、发挥馆阁文士的才能而形成最富有创新力的阶段,不仅先后官修成《太平广记》《太平御览》《文苑英华》《册府元龟》四部大书,而且还有诸多新修其它各类典籍,其卷帙总量应与宋初国家所藏有的旧典基本相当。 展开更多

The cathode materials of spent lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)were recovered via reductive roasting,Na_(2)CO_(3) leaching,and ammonia leaching.The effects of roasting parameters,Na_(2)CO_(3) leaching parameters,and ammonia leaching parameters on the leaching efficiencies of metals were explored.The results show that the mineral phase of spent LIBs is reconstructed during reductive roasting,and more than 99%of Li can be preferentially leached via Na_(2)CO_(3) leaching.Ni(99.7%)and Co(99.9%)can be leached via one-step ammonia leaching,and Mn cannot be leached.Thus,good leaching selectivity is achieved.The kinetic study shows that the leaching of Ni and Co conforms to chemical reaction control. 展开更多
