目的 评价颌间Ⅲ类矫形力对颞下颌关节的作用及影响。方法 选用青春生长发育期雌性恒河猴 6只 ,分为 3月、6月实验组和对照组。实验组戴用Ⅲ类双阻板磁力矫治器 ,对照组不戴。实验前后拍摄X线头颅侧位片和CT断层扫描片 ,采用计算机头... 目的 评价颌间Ⅲ类矫形力对颞下颌关节的作用及影响。方法 选用青春生长发育期雌性恒河猴 6只 ,分为 3月、6月实验组和对照组。实验组戴用Ⅲ类双阻板磁力矫治器 ,对照组不戴。实验前后拍摄X线头颅侧位片和CT断层扫描片 ,采用计算机头影测量系统进行X线测量分析 ;电子游标卡尺、图像分析系统对颞下颌关节间隙进行测量并行统计学处理。结果 ①头影测量表明 ,与对照组相比 ,实验组位发生改变 ,上颌骨呈生长加快趋势 ,下颌骨呈生长减慢趋势 ,下颌骨长度未见变短。②CT片测量表明 ,实验组与对照组相比关节后间隙减小 ,前间隙增大 ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 0 1) ;但两实验组间差异无统计学意义。结论 在颌间Ⅲ类矫形力作用下 ,实验组位发生改变 ,上颌生长加快下颌生长减慢 ;颞下颌关节间隙发生改变 ,关节前间隙增大 ,后间隙减小。 展开更多

Membrane proteins are involved in various critical biological processes,and studying membrane proteins represents a major challenge in protein biochemistry.As shown by both structural and functional studies,the membrane environment plays an essential role for membrane proteins.In vitro studies are reliant on the successful reconstitution of membrane proteins.This review describes the interaction between detergents and lipids that aids the understanding of the reconstitution processes.Then the techniques of detergent removal and a few useful techniques to refine the formed proteoliposomes are reviewed.Finally the applications of reconstitution techniques to study membrane proteins involved in Ca2+ signaling are summarized. 展开更多
