改良Dewar手术治疗肩锁关节完全性脱位16例

我院自2000年开始应用改良Dewar手术治疗肩锁关节完全性脱位(AllmanⅢ度)16例,经6个月～2年3个月随访,疗效满意,现报告如下. 1临床资料 1.1一般资料:本组16例,男11例,女5例,年龄22～50岁,平均33岁.左侧6例,右侧10例.均有明显外伤史,其中车祸伤9例,压砸伤4例,坠落伤3例.均属Ⅲ度新鲜肩锁关节脱位.手术时间:伤后4h～18d.伤后患肩部肿胀,疼痛,患肢乏力,患侧肩锁部隆起,按压时有浮动感(即所谓琴键征,piano sign),患肩前屈、外展活动受限.X线检查:可明显显示锁骨远端向上移位约1.0～2.5cm.
