双级氨压缩机的停机操作通常双级氨压缩机的停机程序一般是关闭有关供液阀后,先关闭低压缸(机)吸汽阀,再卸载……。实际上双级氨压缩机有时停机时是在负压(表压)状态下运行。关闭吸汽阀后,往往等不到按停机按钮,氨压缩机油压差继电器就... 双级氨压缩机的停机操作通常双级氨压缩机的停机程序一般是关闭有关供液阀后,先关闭低压缸(机)吸汽阀,再卸载……。实际上双级氨压缩机有时停机时是在负压(表压)状态下运行。关闭吸汽阀后,往往等不到按停机按钮,氨压缩机油压差继电器就起跳而自动停机。经分析,原因是:吸汽压力较低情况下,关闭低压缸吸汽阀后,曲轴箱压力急剧下降,润滑油中的少量氨液剧烈蒸发,使润滑油变为泡沫状态,而使油压下降,油压差继电器起跳。解决方法有两种:(1)延长油压差继电器的起跳时间。(2)氨压缩机在负压状态下运行时,停机时,关闭有关供液阀后,先卸载,再关低压缸吸汽阀。因第一种方法容易造成氨压缩机润滑系统短时间缺油,还是第二种方法安全可靠。 展开更多

We find that the amplitude ofthe probe amplification for the case f = -1 can be about one order of magnitude larger than thatachievable for the case f = 1. In addition, with respect to the case f = -1 the probe amplificationcan be maintained all the time with weak incoherent pumping for a wide range of the probe detuning. 展开更多

An interrogation system based on two semiconductor optical amplifiers for weak fiber Bragg gratings (FBGs) was proposed. The first semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) was used to modulate the light, and the second SOA separated the reflected signal from the different FBGs through delayed switching. The proposed system has lower insertion loss and higher spatial resolution, and can interrogate the time- and wavelength-division multiplexed FBG array. Up to 50 FBGs, with a reflectivity of 0.2% and a spatial resolution of 5 m along the optical fiber, were distinguished to demonstrate the interrogation system. 展开更多

This study presents the use of a new chemical reactor network(CRN) model and non-uniform injectors to predict the NOx emission pollutant in gas turbine combustor. The CRN uses information from Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) combustion analysis with two injectors of CH4-air mixture. The injectors of CH4-air mixture have different lean equivalence ratio, and they control fuel flow to stabilize combustion and adjust combustor's equivalence ratio. Non-uniform injector is applied to improve the burning process of the turbine combustor. The results of the new CRN for NOx prediction in the gas turbine combustor show very good agreement with the experimental data from Korea Electric Power Research Institute. 展开更多

Influence of mechanical damage generated by small space debris on electrostatic discharge

Recent studies have indicated that hypervelocity impacts by meteoroids and space debris can induce spacecraft anomalies. However, the basic physical process through which space debris impacts cause anomalies is not entirely clear. Currently, impact-generated plasma is thought to be the primary cause of electrical spacecraft anomalies, while the effects of impact-generated mechanical damage have rarely been researched. This paper presents new evidence showing that impact-generated mechanical damage strongly influences electrostatic discharge. Hypervelocity impact experiments were conducted in a plasma drag particle accelerator, using particles with diameters of 200–500 ?m and velocities of 2–7 km/s. The impact-generated mechanical damage on a specimen surface was measured by a stereoscopic microscope and 3D Profilometer and it indicated that microscopic irregularities around the impact crater could be responsible for local electric field enhancement. Furthermore, the influence of impact-generated mechanical damage on electrostatic discharge was simulated in an inverted potential gradient situation. The experimental results show that the electrostatic discharge voltage threshold was significantly reduced after the specimen was impacted by particles. 展开更多
