A monetary endogenous growth model is well developed by taking into account the growth-enhancing effects of re- serve-augmenting seigniorage. If the government spends all the seigniorage revenue on the provision of a public input which has positive externality on the private sector’s production, some results to be utterly different from Bronx’s have been obtained: the economy has a unique saddle-balanced growth path, but it has nothing to do with reserve ratio. According to statistics, there are more than 500 colleges and universities opening animation specialty and more than thousands of universities having related courses. But in recent years, there has been a contradictory phenomenon. On one hand, it is really hard for large numbers of graduates to find jobs related to animation. On the other hand, it is difficult for domestic animation enterprises to recruit outstanding animation talents. The main reason for this phenomenon is that the animation education in colleges and universities can not satisfy the demand from market and can not meet the requirements of the animation industry development in china.So we have the necessity to discuss the suitable education mode for animation development.展开更多

This leads to a preference for productive expenditure in ...Being responsible mainly to their superiors, decision-makers at the county level in China pursue the maximum growth rate rather than their residents’ welfare. This leads to a preference for productive expenditure in their fiscal decisions. An empirical test based on 2,067 counties (cities) provides robust evidence for the existence of productive expenditure bias at the county level. Such bias causes a serious impediment to the construction of a system of public finance and the transformation to public service-oriented government in China. An appropriate solution to this problem is to gradually enhance incentives for county- level governments to satisfy the demands of local residents.View full textDownload full text展开更多
