The general objective of this study is to propose a method of analysis of the adequacy of policies, aimed at sustainable mobility and its impacts on urbanism. Methodologically, the analysis is based on the parameters proposed by the UN (United Nations), namely, sectorial planning, mobility funding, management efficiency of urban mobility systems; and mobility system and support for green technology. The object of study is the public policies expressed in urban mobility plans, master plans and regional development plans. Through the applicability of this method, the results show the possibility of verifying the adequacy of public policies as a mechanism that induces improvements in urban mobility with greater levels of sustainability and the possibility of universalized access to users.展开更多

As a result, organic agriculture has emerged. Organic agriculture in South Korea (hereinafter referred as Korea) and China has developed rapidly since the appearance of organic agriculture in 1970s and 1980s respectively. Organic agriculture in China and Korea has developed steadily through agricultural support policies, certification management, institutions construction etc. In the development of organtc agriculture, China and Korea are now facing some technical and extension problems. In general however the development of organic agriculture in China lags behind Korea. China can learn from the experience about the development of organic agriculture in Korea to solve contradiction between development of organic agriculture and food safety, to strengthen the organic food certification, to introduce a system of agricultural direct payment and other positive measures, thus will guarantee steady and healthy development of organic agriculture in China.展开更多

We use an original information risk model to contribute to the analysis of the crisis and to suggest some approaches for a possible early diagnosis. Using data referred to the three main financial markets and comparing the latest crisis with the previous one and with long-term quantitative evidence, we find out that the 2007-2009 crisis was very different in the information risk quality. That gap affected the market risk aversion and its equilibrium, reducing the efficacy of the authorities' intervention tools mainly based on payoff risk control and efficient market restoration. Since information risk is an endogenous element of the market dynamics that can be independent form contingent levels of market efficiency. Drivers of information risk in the European Markets differed strongly from the US and Japanese ones; that is why some global decisions had low impact while opportunities of local intervention were missed.展开更多
