Caving of mine roofs from water inrush due to anomalous pressure is one of the major disasters and accidents that can occur in mines during production.Roof water inrush can trigger a wide range of roof collapse,causin...Caving of mine roofs from water inrush due to anomalous pressure is one of the major disasters and accidents that can occur in mines during production.Roof water inrush can trigger a wide range of roof collapse,causing major accidents from breaking roof supports while caving.These failures flood wells and do a great deal of damage to mines and endanger mine safety.Our objective is to analyze the anomalies of water inrush crushing the support at the #6301 working face in the Jisan Coal Mine of the Yanzhou Mining Group.Through information of water inrush to the roof,damage caused by tectonic movements,information on the damage caused by roof collapse and the theory about the distribution of pressure in mine abutments,we advice adjusting the length of the working face and the position of open-off cut relatively to the rich water area.In the case of anomalous roof pressure we should develop a state equation to estimate preventive measures with＂transferring rock beam＂theory.Simultaneously, we improve the capacity of drainage equipment and ensured adequate water retention at the storehouse. These are all major technologies to ensure the control and prevention against accidents caused by anomalous water inrush in roofs,thus ensuring safety in the production process of a coal mine.展开更多

Though few has seen The Tempest as significant to Paradise Regained （1671）, Milton＇s brief epic extensively shares in this intertextuality Arguing this, the author will focus on how the poem engages with his reformist masque＇s interrogation of Prospero＇s cultural authority, especially as an author figure. Where Paradise Regained does not parallel this critique, it extends it. This, the author will conclude, indicates Milton＇s strong sense that many of his hopes for the function of literature had been realized rather than disrupted during the Restoration. If his poem does not explicitly comment on Restoration politics, it is because Milton＇s primary political-cultural argument has been achieved. Milton＇s emphatically contemporary public voice enacts the argument of his poem, advancing God＇s renovation of the human race, a renovation that predetermines a nation＇s politics. Culture, structure, system, and the knowledge holders within the organization also affect the transfer of personal knowledge. The company M, has successfully created knowledge based on transfer of personal knowledge by leveraging the organization mechanism ＂The board of advisors＂. The ba- sic content and the five implementation steps were described, and the implementation method and the program of every step were introduced. Some rules for the implementation of the whole process confirmation management in coal mine safety pro- duction were explained, such as during the process of preproduction, before descent, descent, after descent, walking in the roadway, post-operation, shift, and hoisting after work. The results show that the guardians and the executors should both con- firm the implementation, which can improve the workers＇ attention and self-awareness to avoid errors in detail and reduce the ＂three violations＂ phenomenon. To ensure the effect of the whole process confirmation management, relevant departments should designate a person-in-charge in the specific work in all stages, make a work plan, and strengthen the internal evaluation.展开更多

This article explores the potential of the narrative educational processes of autobiographical writing and interactive storytelling for foreign language education. In our Autonomous Learning Modules （ALMS） at Helsin...This article explores the potential of the narrative educational processes of autobiographical writing and interactive storytelling for foreign language education. In our Autonomous Learning Modules （ALMS） at Helsinki University Language Centre, students write various autobiographical texts as part of their language portfolios. The texts are discussed in the face-to-face counseling meetings. Finnish students＇ learner identities are influenced by the competitive role of English in Finland： mastering English is a must, and not mastering English can single them out as failures. This is especially true of self-identified ＂different＂ learners whose previous language learning experiences and classroom situations have caused them anxiety. In ALMS, counselors engage them in sharing stories about past learning experiences as a way of supporting them in planning their personal study programs. Storytelling also helps them to explore their ＂wounded＂ learner identities by creating safe spaces for reflexive self- study. The practice and research of such storytelling are explored in the article.展开更多
