However, perme...Permeation grouting is widely applied for its low grouting pressure and minor disturbance to the stratum in grouting engineering, especially in engineering with strict requirements on ground settlement. However, permeation grouting theory lags behind compared with other engineering disciplines, and the theoretical formulas now available cannot accurately be used to guide grouting engineering design and predict the cost and effects of grouting due to many factors affecting grout permeation in stratum. In this study, permeation grouting experiment devices were independently manufactured with the characteristics of easily controlling grouting pressure, simulating sandy strata grout, and detecting grouting effect. Using a uniform design, the sand consolidation agent, as grouting material, its spread in Shenyang sandy strata was tested with these experiment devices. The quantitative relations between grouting factors (grouting pressure, strata parameters, water-sand consolidation agent ratio) and grouting effects (grout spread radius, gell strength, grout amount) are obtained with regression analysis, and the influence degree of grouting factors on grouting effects is studied.展开更多

The charge recombination process and...An analytical model is presented to calculate the disassociation probability and the external quantum efficiency at high field in doped organic electrophosphorescence(EPH) devices. The charge recombination process and the triplet(T)-triplet(T) annihilation processes are taken into account in this model. The influences of applied voltage and the thickness of the device on the disassociation probability, and of current density and the thickness of the device on the external quantum efficiency are studied thoroughly by including and ignoring the disassociation of excitons. It is found that the dissociation probability of excitons will come close to 1 at high electric field, and the external EPH quantum efficiency is almost the same at low electric field. There is a large discrepancy of the external EPH quantum efficiency at high electric field for including or ignoring the disassociation of excitons.展开更多
According to the great demand for the" green" plastics processing technology of the low energy consumption, high efficiency and environmental protection in plastics industry, the plastics processing method and techn...According to the great demand for the" green" plastics processing technology of the low energy consumption, high efficiency and environmental protection in plastics industry, the plastics processing method and technology based on the elongation rheology, with continuing evolution and innovation of the plastics plasticating and conveying method, are presented and researched on the basis of the plastics dynamic processing method arid equipment, and the plastics plasticating and conveying process in the vane extrusion system, the technical characteristics and the applications of vane plasticating and conveying technology are discussed. The research results show that compared with the conventional processing equipment, this new technology and equipment shows many outstanding advantages, such as shortening the thermo-meehanical history of the plastics processing by more than 50 % , reducing the energy consumption by 30 % or so, improving the mixing and blending effects, improving the quality of the products and the adaptability to materials, etc. , and it is found that the new technology and equipment has special superiority in the fields of the processing for material systems, such as the multiphase and multicomponent composite materials, the shear heat sensitive macromolecular materials, etc.展开更多
A model that rapidly predicts the density components of raw coal is described.It is based on a threegrade fast float/sink test.The recent comprehensive monthly floating and sinking data are used for comparison.The pre...A model that rapidly predicts the density components of raw coal is described.It is based on a threegrade fast float/sink test.The recent comprehensive monthly floating and sinking data are used for comparison.The predicted data are used to draw washability curves and to provide a rapid evaluation of the effect from heavy medium induced separation.Thirty-one production shifts worth of fast float/sink data and the corresponding quick ash data are used to verify the model.The results show a small error with an arithmetic average of 0.53 and an absolute average error of 1.50.This indicates that this model has high precision.The theoretical yield from the washability curves is 76.47% for the monthly comprehensive data and 81.31% using the model data.This is for a desired cleaned coal ash of 9%.The relative error between these two is 6.33%,which is small and indicates that the predicted data can be used to rapidly evaluate the separation effect of gravity separation equipment.展开更多
