在已知的图像场景深度信息和大气散射模型的基础上,提出了一种基于深度的图像雾效模拟算法。算法引入了最大能见度概念,通过场景深度与雾透射率之间的比例关系将深度图直接转化为透射率图,使用引导滤波对透射率进行优化,最终通过大气散... 在已知的图像场景深度信息和大气散射模型的基础上,提出了一种基于深度的图像雾效模拟算法。算法引入了最大能见度概念,通过场景深度与雾透射率之间的比例关系将深度图直接转化为透射率图,使用引导滤波对透射率进行优化,最终通过大气散射模型生成雾效模拟图像。实验表明,算法所生成的雾效场景符合空间透射原则,在不同的能见度和大气光结合的条件下可获得变化丰富的有雾效果,具有较强的真实感。 展开更多

Molecular dynamics (MD) simulations of monocrystalline copper (100) surface during nanomachining process were performed based on a new 3D simulation model. The material removal mechanism and system temperature distribution were discussed. The simulation results indicate that the system temperature distribution presents a roughly concentric shape, a steep temperature gradient is observed in diamond cutting tool, and the highest temperature is located in chip. Centrosymmetry parameter method was used to monitor defect structures. Dislocations and vacancies are the two principal types of defect structures. Residual defect structures impose a major change on the workpiece physical properties and machined surface quality. The defect structures in workpiece are temperature dependent. As the temperature increases, the dislocations are mainly mediated from the workpiece surface, while the others are dissociated into point defects. The relatively high cutting speed used in nanomachining results in less defect structures, beneficial to obtain highly machined surface quality. 展开更多

An IGBT subcircuit model is proposed and optimized,which is fully SPICE compatible.Based on analytical equations describing the semiconductor device physics,the model parameters are extracted accurately from the measured data without device destruction.The IGBT n - layer conductivity modulated resistor is effectively modeled as a voltage controlled resistor.The proposed model can be used to accurately predict the IGBT output I-V characteristics and low current gain etc.The simulation results are verified by the comparison with measurements and found to be in good agreement with them.The error in average is within 8%,which is better than the results of semi-mathematical models reported previously. 展开更多

The electroplastic effect in AZ31B magnesium alloy sheet was investigated through uniaxial tensile tests. In order to show the athermal effect of the electrical pulses, two types of uniaxial tensile tests at the same testing temperature were carried out: uniaxial tension in environmental cabinet and uniaxial tension with electrical pulses. In addition, the distribution of temperature field in the cross-section area during uniaxial tension with electrical pulses was simulated. The results show that the distribution of temperature field along the cross-section area is homogeneous. By comparing the true stress?true strain curves of AZ31B alloy under uniaxial tensile tests, the athermal effect with electrical pulses was confirmed. The microstructure evolution after the uniaxial tension was studied by optical microscopy. The results indicate that the electrical pulses induced dynamic recrystallization plays an important role in the decrease of flow stress. Finally, a flow stress model of AZ31B sheet taking the influence of electroplastic effect into account was proposed and validated. The results demonstrate that the calculated data fit the experimental data well. 展开更多

In order to predict the long-term rutting of asphalt pavement, the effective temperature for pavement rutting is calculated using the numerical simulation method. The transient temperature field of asphalt pavement was simulated based on actual meteorological data of Nanjing. 24-hour rutting development under a transient temperature field was calculated in each month. The rutting depth accumulated under the static temperature field was also estimated and the relationship between constant temperature parameters was analyzed. Then the effective temperature for pavement rutting was determined based on the rutting equivalence principle. The results show that the monthly effective temperature is above 40 t in July and August, while in June and September it ranges from 30 to 40 Rutting development can be ignored when the monthly effective temperature is less than 30 t. The yearly effective temperature for rutting in Nanjing is around 38. 5 t. The long-term rutting prediction model based on the effective temperature can reflect the influences of meteorological factors and traffic time distribution. 展开更多

[Objective] This study aimed to scientifically improve the 1-deoxynojimycin (DNJ) yield of mulberry leaves in spring. [Method] "3414" experimental design was adopted to investigate the effects of different fertilizer application rates of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium on the DNJ content in mulberry leaves. The regression relationship was further simulated with DNJ yield as the objective function and fertil- izer application rates of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium as the regulatory factors. [Result] The results showed that nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium all have great effects on the DNJ content in mulberry leaves at different parts of mulberry tree (Morus alba); the DNJ content in mulberry leaves increases with the increasing single-factor fertilizer application rate and reaches the maximum under N2P2K2 level; different fertilizer application rates and combinations of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium can significantly affect the DNJ content in mulberry leaves; according to the simulated fertilizer effect function, the optimal economic yield of total DNJ in mul- berry leaves was 23.23 kg/hm^2, the recommended fertilization indicators were 286.11 kg/hm^2 N, 95.22 kg/hm^2 P2O5 and 159.62 kg/hm^2 K20. [Conclusion] After confirmation in productive practice, this optimal fertilization program can provide reference for the construction of mulberry plantation with high yield and high quality of DNJ. 展开更多

The concept of twin lamella strengthening zone was used in terms of the cohesive interface model to simulate grain-boundary sliding and separation. The model included a number of material parameters, such as grain size, elastic modulus, plastic strain hardening exponent, initial yield stress, as well as twin lamellar distribution, which may contribute to size effects of twin layers in Cu polycrystalline. The computation of the design load on culverts in the current Chinese General Code for Design of Highway Bridges and Culverts (CGCDHBC)is primarily based on the linear earth pressure theory, which cannot accurately reflect the changes in vertical loads on trench installation culverts. So the changes in vertical earth pressure and soil arching effect in the backfill for an unsymmetrical trench installation culvert are studied based on a full scale experiment and finite element (FE) simulation. The variation laws of foundation pressure and settlement are also analyzed. Meanwhile, the influence of eccentric load induced by an unsymmetrical trench installation on the interaction of a soil- structure system is discussed. Results show that soil arch is formed when the backfill on the culvert reaches a certain height. It can relieve the earth pressure concentration on the crest of the culvert, but it is instable. The earth pressures obtained by full scale experiment and numerical simulation are greater than those calculated by the current CGCDHBC method. The eccentric load effect on the culvert has a significant influence on the stress states and deformation of the soil-structure system. 展开更多

In this paper, stochastic model to compete the probability that target penetrates the defended area along any flight path is established by the state analysis and statistical equilibrium analysis of stochastic service system theory. The simulated annealing algorithm is an enlightening random search method based on Monte Carlo recursion, and it can find global optimal solution by simulating annealing process. Combining stochastic model to compete the probability and simulated annealing algorithm, this paper establishes the method to solve problem quantitatively about combat configuration optimization of weapon systems. The calculated result shows that the perfect configuration for fire cells of the weapon is fast found by using this method, and this quantificational method for combat configuration is faster and more scientific than previous one based on principle via map fire field. 展开更多
