[目的]目前,已投运城市轨道交通线路维保施工的安全性评价研究相对较少。为减少城市轨道交通线路运营的安全风险,应对城市轨道交通线路维保施工的安全水平进行综合评估,以指导运营生产及管理。[方法]以上海轨道交通线网内4条线路的19个维护工区为研究对象,建立了具有4层架构的城市轨道交通线路维保施工安全效能评价指标体系。基于线路维保施工指标的实际情况,对熵权法进行了改进,并与突变级数理论相结合,提出了基于改进熵权-突变级数的线性组合评价方法。采用此评价方法对19个维护工区的维保施工安全效能进行评价分析。[结果及结论]基于改进熵权-突变级数的线性组合评价法通过了一致性检验,其评价结果稳定、可靠。该方法有效扩大了熵权法与突变级数理论在城市轨道交通维保施工评价中的适用性,实现了城市轨道交通线路维保施工领域的动态综合评价。 展开更多

Regarding the complexity and inconsistency of results in existing evaluation methods of mine cooling system, this paper clarifies the advantages, disadvantages and application of various mine cooling sys- tems through principle analysis, and divides all the cooling systems into air-cooling, ice-cooling and water-cooling according to the transportation of cold energy. On this basis, the paper proposes a simple and efficient evaluation method for mine cooling system. The first index of this method is the air temper- ature at point C which is 15 m away from the return wind corner at working face. A cooling system will be judged ineligible if the air temperature at point C is above 30 ℃ during operation, because in this case, the combustible gases in coal will sharply overflow, inducing gas incidents. Based on the preliminary judg- ment of the first index, another two evaluation indexes are proposed based on the cooling ability and dehumidification of an airflow volume of 1000 m3/min at point C to evaluate the investment and opera- tion cost of mine cooling system. This evaluation method has already been successfully applied in the cooling system design of Zhangshuanglou coal mine. 展开更多

Energy-conservation based generation dispatching is the revolutionary change in operation mode which could reduce energy consumption and pollutant emissions, promote power industry restructuring, and achieve sustainable development. Social benefit evaluation of the energy-conservation based generation dispatching under the new situation and environment has come into being as an important theoretical issue. A new scenario analysis based social benefit evluating method, which is implemented by comparing the energy., consumption and pollutant emissions of different scenarios defined by the key indicators, i.e., load factor and coal consumption structure, is proposed in the paper. Then the composition of social benefit is analyzed from the point of the dispatching mode and the coal consumption structure. The method proposed is of clear physical meaning. It is not only practical, but also applicable for the implementation of energy-conservation based generation dispatching in diffferent phases and with different goals. 展开更多

针对电网主设备采购评标现状中存在的商务标和技术标严重脱节、忽视社会效益、权重设置不合理的问题,提出了一种基于全寿命周期成本(Life Cycle Cost,LCC)、效能评价方法(Availability Dependability Capability,ADC)以及社会效益的综... 针对电网主设备采购评标现状中存在的商务标和技术标严重脱节、忽视社会效益、权重设置不合理的问题,提出了一种基于全寿命周期成本(Life Cycle Cost,LCC)、效能评价方法(Availability Dependability Capability,ADC)以及社会效益的综合评标模型。该模型由考虑设备运维、退役成本的全寿命周期成本LCC指标,考虑设备有效性、可靠性和固有能力的技术效能ADC指标,以及考虑安全性、外观工艺和环保等因素的社会效益指标加权合成,所涉及的权重设置均由层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)进行一致性检验。算例分析表明,该模型能够对电网主设备的采购从经济、技术、社会效益等多个角度进行综合量化评价,从而弥补了现行评标方法中人为主观性太大的不足,避免暗箱操作,保证了评标的公平与公正。 展开更多
