敏化脱敏针法治疗八字脚50例疗效观察

目的观察敏化脱敏针法治疗内八字脚外八字脚的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2020年12月期间大连大学附属新华医院收治的100例八字脚患者,按数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。对照组患者给予常规推拿复位康复手法,治疗组患者采用... 目的观察敏化脱敏针法治疗内八字脚外八字脚的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2020年12月期间大连大学附属新华医院收治的100例八字脚患者,按数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。对照组患者给予常规推拿复位康复手法,治疗组患者采用敏化脱敏针法治疗。两组患者均连续治疗2个疗程后,观察比较两组患者治疗前后八字脚程度及髋膝踝活动功能情况及临床疗效。结果治疗后两组患者八字脚程度及髋膝踝活动功能评分均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组治疗后八字脚程度及髋膝踝关节活动功能评分均明显低于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组总有效率98.0%(49/50),对照组总有效率76.0%(38/50),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论敏化脱敏针法治疗内八字脚外八字效果确切,能够有效地改善患者的外观表现及颈胸腰髋膝踝的活动功能,值得在临床上推广和应用。 展开更多

The shape optimization is studied by adopting the domain integrated method which is based on the calculus of variations during the shape design sensitivity analysis. A new method of improving the efficiency of the design velocity field analysis and the quality of the finite element method (FEM) mesh is put forward. The sensitivity analysis which is based on the calculus of variations is used in the shape optimization. The design velocity field is solved by Herrmann method. An example shows that both the quality of the FEM mesh and the efficiency of the computing of the design velocity field are improved by Herrmann method. So the effect and the efficiency of the shape optimization are guaranteed. If using sensitivity analysis which is based on the calculus of variations in the shape optimization, the sensitivity analysis can be a relatively independent module. The efficiency of computing the design velocity field and the quality of mesh will be improved by using Herrmann method. 展开更多

Chemotherapy of cerebral gliomas directed by the chemosensitivity test in vitro: a clinical study 被引量:2

Objective: To evaluate correlation between chemosensitivity of tumor cells in vitro and their clinical responsiveness in vivo by comparing the difference of curative effect between chemotherapy of cerebral gliomas directed by chemosensitivity test in vitro and its routine chemotherapy. Methods: Sixty-two patients with cerebral gliomas were recruited as the experiment group, who had received total resection or subtotal resection of the tumor. The resected tumor cells were cultured in vitro, followed by chemosensitivity test using colorimetric MTT assay. Finally, chemotherapeutic protocol was made based on the results of the chemosensitivity test. Fifty patients with cerebral gliomas subjected to the routine chemotherapeutic protocol were simultaneously recruited as the control group, whose age, gender, survival functional status and operational fashion were matched with the experiment group. The two groups were equally followed up for the survival functional status, recurrence and death. All data were analyzed using SPSS 10.0 software. Results: At the time of evaluation, KPS values of 64.52 ± 35.84 were seen in the experiment group, and 33.60 ± 36.24 in the control group, showing statistical difference between the two groups (t = 4.5163, P = 0.000). During 2-4 years of follow up, a recurrence rate of 32.26% was seen in the experimental group, and 60.00% in the control group, showing a statistical difference between the two groups (X^2 = 8.620, P = 0.003). The fatality was 22.58% in the experiment group, and 48.00% in the control group, showing a statistical difference between the two groups (X^2 = 7.978, P = 0.005). The survival rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, showing a statistical differences between the two groups (X^2= 7.29, P = 0.0069). Conclusion: Chemotherapy of glio- mas under the guidance of chemosensitivity test in vitro contributes to obvious improvement on the current survival functional status, a clear decline of the recurrence rates and fatality rate, and raised survival rates of the patients. A close correlation between the chemosensitivity in vitro and clinical responsiveness in vivo is observed. 展开更多

AIM: To investigate potential antitumor effects of rAd-p53 by determining if it enhanced sensitivity of gastric cancer cells to chemotherapy. METHODS: Three gastric cancer cell lines with distinct levels of differentiation were treated with various doses of rAd-p53 alone, oxaliplatin (OXA) alone, or a combination of both. Cell growth was assessed with an 3-(4,5)-dimethylthiahiazo (-z-yl)-3,5-diphenytetrazoli- umromide assay and the expression levels of p53, Bax and Bcl-2 were determined by immunohistochemistry. The presence of apoptosis and the expression of caspase-3 were determined using flow cytometry. RESULTS: Treatment with rAd-p53 or OXA alone inhibited gastric cancer cell growth in a time- and dose- dependent manner; moreover, significant synergistic effects were observed when these treatments were combined. Immunohistochemical analysis demonstrated that treatment with rAd-p53 alone, OXA alone or combined treatment led to decreased Bcl-2 expression and increased Bax expression in gastric cancer cells.Furthermore, flow cytometry showed that rAd-p53 alone, OXA alone or combination treatment induced apoptosis of gastric cancer cells, which was accompa- nied by increased expression of caspase-3. CONCLUSION: rAd-p53 enhances the sensitivity of gastric cancer cells to chemotherapy by promoting apoptosis. Thus, our results suggest that p53 gene therapy combined with chemotherapy represents a novel avenue for gastric cancer treatment. 展开更多

The sensitivity analysis functions on globularized fraction ofαlamellae were established using a physically-based microstructure model and gradient method.These functions were applied to the sensitivity analysis on globularized fraction ofαlamellae in TC17 alloy.The material constants in these functions are determined using the genetic algorithm-based objective optimization technique.The globularized fraction ofαlamellae during isothermal compression of TC17 alloy was quantitatively analyzed based on scanning electron microscopy(SEM)observation.The results show thatαlamellae mostly change to equiaxedαgrains at a deformation temperature of 1083 K,a strain rate of 0.01 s^-1 and a strain of 1.2.The globularized fraction decreases with increasing strain rate because lower strain rate provides enough time for the spheroidization.The effect of deformation temperature on the globularized fraction is controlled by the strain rate.And,the predicted derivations of globularized fraction with respect to processing parameters show good agreement with the experimental values. 展开更多

Several randomized trials and meta-analyses demonstrate that this chemotherapy regimen decreases the morbidity and mortality rates and increases complete cytoreduction rates. If combined with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy(HIPEC), NACT could potentially further improve upon these already promising results. Moreover the use of NACT could help in evaluating the chemo-sensitivity of the cancer, thus preventing unnecessary HIPEC procedures in chemo-resistant patients. NACT should definitely be considered as a preferred regimen in the management of advanced ovarian cancer, especially in association with cytoreductive surgery + HIPEC procedure in the context of a multidisciplinary team management in an experienced cancer centre. 展开更多

The electromagnetically induced reflection(EIR)effect of graphene metamaterials has been investigated by finite difference time domain(FDTD)method.In this study,a metamaterial sandwich structure composed of silica(SiO2),gold and graphene on terahertz band is designed.By changing the width of the two ribbons of graphene length and the incident angle of electromagnetic wave,the EIR effect of the structure is discussed,and it can be found that SiO2 is a kind of excellent dielectric material.The simulation results show that graphene metamaterial is not sensitive to polarized incident electromagnetic wave.Therefore,such EIR phenomena as insensitive polarization and large incident angle can be applied to optical communication filters and terahertz devices. 展开更多
