Job creation and encourage the entrepreneurship to create more employment opportunities will be a long-term policy, which puts forward higher requirements on entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, we need for the current problem restricting the development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and the universities well as in-depth research. In view of the special practical entrepreneurship education, many universities invite entrepreneurial experience for the entrepreneurship lectures, entrepreneurial guidance. It should be worth promoting, but we also want to see, entrepreneurial faculty have their weakness. At the same time, the standardization of the teaching process appears to b...In the modern educational reality, as it is influenced by the social developments, the diversity of school potential is intensely highlighted. At the same time, the standardization of the teaching process appears to be insufficient to meet the modern instructive requirements, while it is vastly supported that differentiated teaching can sufficiently respond to the modern instructive needs. Moreover, it is pointed out that differentiated teaching is another way of thinking on the instructive work. On that basis and with a view to investigating the functionalist dimensions of differentiated teaching, a research of empiric character was attempted geared toward at the investigation of attitudes and opinions of Greek primary school teachers with regard to the differentiated teaching. The structured questionnaire was used as a research tool and the main conclusions showed not only the limited briefing of the sample teachers, with regard to the theoretical and applicable functionalism of differentiated teaching, but also the conviction that the differentiated teaching has the potential to treat students equally while functioning as a driving force for the dynamic forming of knowledge by the students themselves.展开更多

Simultaneously, Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) is becoming increasingly important. The change in the accounting profession and in accounting education offers an opportunity to formulate initial observations on the Italian university world in terms of the preparation of future professional accountants. This study uses the International Education Standards (lESs) published by the International Accounting Education Standards Board (IAESB), in particular the IES 2 (content of professional accounting education programs). The aim of the paper, which is of an empirical nature, is to understand the role of universities in Italy in the preparation of accountants in the light of the IES 2 provisions. Ac...Sustainability practice and reporting is gaining momentum due to the concerns and pressures arising from the Global Climate Change (GCC), limitation of resources, changed stakeholder preferences and expectations. Accounting degrees convey traditional, technical and narrowly defined knowledge with limited scope for non conventional approaches. Sustainability accounting education has the potential to allow departure from the conventional thinking and practice in accounting education. Sustainability educated graduates are being increasingly expected by business and industry as sustainability education allows the fostering of "soft skills" that conventional accounting courses do not address. In spite of these potentials and needs for sustainability accounting education, less than a quarter of Australian and United States accounting faculties are offering a stand alone sustainability accounting course. There is a degree of uniformity in relation to course content with majority of focus on internal and external sustainability reporting. Other areas such as sustainability history in the context of accounting are not included in the courses. Sustainability is a complex area that needs more serious attention in accounting schools in order to match graduate attributes with the increasing industry demands.展开更多
