This paper analyzes the relationship between the development of regional economic society and vocational education, stresses that there exists an interactive relationship between them. On the one hand, the regional economic society offers a good opportunity for the development of vocational education, meanwhile, restricts its reform and development; on the other hand, vocational education will promote the development of regional economic society, and it influenced by many factors within this region.

The Role of University in the Education of Professional Accountants： Degree of IES 2 Application

In the period following the beginning of the global economic crisis, the quality of the education provided to support the accounting profession was debated. Simultaneously, Education for Sustainable Development （ESD） is becoming increasingly important. The change in the accounting profession and in accounting education offers an opportunity to formulate initial observations on the Italian university world in terms of the preparation of future professional accountants. This study uses the International Education Standards （lESs） published by the International Accounting Education Standards Board （IAESB）, in particular the IES 2 （content of professional accounting education programs）. The aim of the paper, which is of an empirical nature, is to understand the role of universities in Italy in the preparation of accountants in the light of the IES 2 provisions. The study and its policy implications may contribute to the debate on accounting education at national and international levels, also in the light of ESD.

What Fails English as the Dream Language of Rural India？

Rural masses in India view English as the language of socio-economic empowerment through education. Education could be either in English or in regional languages, but children should learn English, because it is seen as the key to the world of opportunities in higher education and employment. The governments need to politically respond to the aspirations of the common masses keeping aside both politicised language policies and theoretical linguistic inputs that encourage one＇s mother tongue as the ideal medium of instruction. Onerous responsibility lays on men, methods, and materials over which government have the least say, but the practising teachers of English and academics who help bureaucrats in framing language policies in India are solely responsible for non-realization of dreams of the masses. There is something terribly rotten in the state of English-teaching enterprise in India. This paper proposes to examine the present state of affairs in the teaching of English to rural students and to offer constructive alternatives to the existing package of men, materials, and methods.

Methological Approaches of Seminal Importance for Synergetic Education and Social and Solidarity Economy in Promoting Creativity and Innovation

This paper examines whether and in what ways the education system and the pedagogical culture particularly prevailing in Higher Education could be enriched with an alternative pedagogical model. A model that is differentiated from the prevalent pedagogical concepts is inspired by values and principles that form the core of a synergetic education and a social and solidarity economy. From an epistemological perspective, ＂ssociationnisme＂ that social and solidarity economy promotes is at stake and education must play an important role. The paper also examines the attitude of students towards such a perspective, mainly through exploring the current options as well as its potential expansion thereof in a way that promotes creativity and innovation. This study draws on previous research by P. Vathi （2014） on the topic of ＂A multidimensional-interdisciplinary approach and evaluation of University students＇ creativity, with emphasis on the utilization of statistical analyses＂ in order to assess the influence of education on students＇ creativity

The Anthropology and the Social Construction of Development in Post-colonial Africa

Development is achieved neither from the vacuum nor from the abstract. It takes place in a social context and responds to specific social conditions. Many countries in Africa （especially in the sub-Saharan area） consider that the main potential contribution an agenda for socio-economic development could provide would be to put socio-anthropoiogical studies of development back at the center of concerns. Likewise, the nature of the commitment of theorists and practitioners of yesterday and today, in a context that is described as post-colonial, especially around development projects policies, is to encourage more comprehensive and effective new approaches with regard to development in Africa. Moreover, achieving development requires also global actions to deliver on the legitimate aspiration towards further economic and social progress, requiring growth and employment, and at the same time strengthening the education system by using academic institutions, and systems to the right to make decisions about programs, quality standards, and a veriety of other educational factors.

Inquiring Into the Current Dilemma on the Employment for College Graduates

The difficulty in employment has become a serious social problem, which caused widespread concern of the government and society, it is because the system of the current economy cannot mix together organically with the cultivating form of talented person in the popular higher education. Notions of Free Market and Social Welfare in Islamic Economics

Trading and business in Islam has been identified as the second best profession after agriculture and Prophet Muhammad （PBUH） himself has been engaged in trading. The Islamic theory of market aims to provide optimization of returns and satisfaction for all stakeholders. It also seeks to make ＂free market＂ an instrument of promoting equity and social justice for the welfare of society. It combines tenants from the free market model as well as those in command market economy. Islamic economics identifies certain functional parameters for the efficient functioning of the market to achieve the optimization of returns and social welfare like absence of middle men, prohibition of hoarding, mode of finance free from interest and usury, taxation and other wealth redistribution instruments like Zakat and Khums, asset-based and risk-sharing partnerships and stakes, etc.. It essentially creates conditions for proper functioning of a competitive market as an instrument of economic progress and social equity. In Islamic economics, the role accorded to the state is to ensure that institutions are set up and vigilance officers are appointed which create the specified condition for the proper and fair functioning of the market and hence preventing what is identified as ＂market failure＂. The role of the state is to improve the functioning of the market as opposed to that of systematic intervention. This paper tries to examine the Islamic notions of ＂free market＂ in the traditional sources like Qur＇an, Hadees, the early texts of Islamic Jurisprudence, and contemporary writings on Islamic economic system and to make a comparative analysis with theories of market in capitalist and socialist frameworks. The paper will examine the extent to which Islamic notions of free market offer an alternative model to resolve the problems of growth, inequity, and risk management.

Theoretical Perspective of Social Entrepreneurship： A Study of Determinants of Social Entrepreneurship in the Context of Saudi Arabia

The present paper discusses the different theories on entrepreneurship in general and social entrepreneurship in particular to investigate the different determinants of social entrepreneurship in the context of Saudi Arabia. The present research is a conceptual study. The data were collected to analyze the entrepreneurship theories in Saudi Arabia＇s context. The data related to entrepreneurship spirit, perception of society towards entrepreneurship, and other macroeconomic indicators are collected from different research journals, websites of different corporate houses, and government sources to analyze the social entrepreneurship theories, such as failure thesis, interdependence theories, welfare state theory, supply-side theory, entrepreneurship education, etc.. The theoretical hypothesis of interdependence theory, entrepreneurship spirit, and general education and the theoretical analysis of this paper in light of Saudi Arabia are in line with the theory. But the hypothesis generated out of failure thesis theory, welfare state theory, entrepreneurship education, and individualistic and collective society culture is not in line with these theories.

Cultural and Socio-economical Dimensions a- Human Reproduction and Sex Education in the Biology Textbooks of Eight Countries

This study was carried out within the European research project ＂Biology, Health and Environmental Education for Better Citizenship＂. It is a comparative analysis of textbooks from eight Mediterranean countries which differ by their cultures, their socio-economical levels, and their religions. This work is focused on the sensitive educational topic ＂Human Reproduction and Sex Education＂. And 43 biology textbooks are analyzed among eight countries： four are in Europe and four in Africa and Middle East. Grids were built to identify implicit values in the texts and images. It is a more precisely explicit or implicit presence of cultural, socio-economical, and ethical dimensions. The investigation concerns whether the authors of textbooks present differently this theme depending on the socio-cultural, ethical, and religious contexts. The content of the textbooks was analyzed as reflecting the conceptions of their authors and publishers. The outcomes of the analyses show that several textbooks present images of human beings restricted to only one ethnic type, usually white-skinned and with fair hair. The social, cultural, economical, and ethical dimensions were generally absent, except for some interest for them in few European textbooks.

Research on Novel Paradigm of Contemporary Accounting Education based on Project Teaching Method and Feedback Teaching Mode

In this paper, we conduct analysis on the novel paradigm of the contemporary accounting education based on project teaching method and feedback teaching mode. Along with the deepening of the reform and opening up and further deepening of market economic system reform, especially after the world trade organization （WTO）. In our country made claim for the higher update accounting education career. How to further deepen the reform of the accounting education, further improve the quality of education is the current university education work is facing the urgent task. To deal with the challenges, we propose the novel paradigm and innovative methodology for the task based on the project teaching method and feedback teaching mode. We theoretically analyze the feasibility of the method and will verify the effectiveness in the further research.

China’s Changing Family Structure and Adolescent Development

This paper examines the relationship between family structure and junior high school students’educational and psychosocial development and its intermediate mechanisms.Our findings show,firstly,that family structure affects children’s development,and children living with both parents have better educational and psychosocial development than those without one or both parents.Secondly,family structure affects children’s development to some extent through the two mechanisms of family socioeconomic status and parental participation in education.Thirdly,fathers and mothers play different roles in children’s development.Mothers are more important to children’s educational development,while fathers are more important to their psychosocial development.In addition,the distribution of family structure shows marked group heterogeneity,and families lacking both parents tend to be groups with a lower socioeconomic status.Since adolescent development is closely related to the acquisition of socioeconomic status in adulthood,the negative impact of parental absence on children’s development should not be neglected by academics and policy researchers.
