The Function of Education in Codification of Radif in Iranian Dastgahi Music

The goal of this research is to investigate the ideas that functioned in shaping thought of Radif in Iranian Dastgahi music. In this regard by preparing the reasons, we pay attention to the function of education in codification of Radif. Although Iranian traditional music has long history but its codification to seven Dastgah-s and five Avaz-es in the format of Radif is attributed to Qajar Dynasty in the 19th century. In this transformation, Mirza Abdollah, Tar-Player of the Nasser al-Din Shah Period, has played an important role in final codification of Radif. Due to the truth that the past masters scrimped in music education, and Mirza Abdollah had encountered with problems to learn music, hence he has mostly cared about music education in adulthood, and it is probable that one of the reasons in collecting Gusheh-s （approximately a small piece of the Iranian Dastgahi music） and organizing them into coherent sets was making simplicity for the students to learn. Furthermore, masters who seriously and continuously have taught after Mirza Abdollah, left a narration （version） of Radif. On the other hand, definite patterns in placement of Gusheh-s and phrases of the Radif have been organized in a manner that makes educational function for it.

Researches on the challenges and opportunities of smart phones on the ideological and political education

Mobile use of new media has played an important role in the healthy development of college students and provided convenient conditions whether in learning or school life,which also brings a new educational platform and opportunities for college ideological and political education.From the perspective of dialectical unity, this paper first analyzes the educational function of smart phones,than focuses on the opportunities and challenges for the ideological and political education brought by the smartphone.Results of this study will play a certain reference level to imorove the ideological and oolitical education.

Celebrating the Harvest and san yklk： Exploring Festival and Public Ritual as Collective Memory to Sustain Cultural Identity

This paper argues that ritual is not only restricted to religious activities, but can also be ethological, sociological, and ecological in nature. The artistic, stylistic, and functional characteristics of one particular festival of the Bamana in Mali to celebrate the harvest and new planting season will be analyzed. This festival primarily takes on the form of animal masquerades in which masks, puppets, drumming, singing, and dancing are blended into a ritualistic celebration of a certain cultural identity. The Bamana culture has lost religion as a marker, as Islam is now the dominant religion in Mali, but traditional social relationships and morals among the Bamana as a patriarchal society are concretized and objectified by their animal masquerades. Apart from being a seasonal festival, events from the past are commemorated; customary gender roles are defined; and some fundamental and complex social concepts are reinforced by a performance mode which relies on a collective memory and oral transmission.

Research on the Development of Linguistics and the Linkage Effect with the College English

In this paper, we conduct research on the on the development of linguistics and the linkage effect with the college English. It is imperative to strengthen the construction of teachers themselves. Self-care actions for the maintenance of the arteriovenous fistula:An integrative review

Objective:To identify self-care actions for the maintenance of arteriovenous fistula of renal patients.Method:An integrative review study was conducted and literature were searched in Medline/PubMed,Scopus,CINAHL LILACS,BDENF and SciELO Library databases using the descriptors chronic renal insufficiency,arteriovenous fistula,self-care,and knowledge.The inclusion criteria were that the documents be written in Portuguese,English,and Spanish,full text available,published in the last five years,and that they address the research question.Reflection articles,theses,dissertations,editorials of nonscientific journals,and research studies that did not follow the necessary methodological rigor were excluded.Data were analyzed with the IRAMUJTEQ software.Results:Fifteen articles were selected and comprised the final sample.Seven classes of self-care actions emerged from the text segments analysis and grouped into three categories:(1)Self-care actions that maintain the arteriovenous fistula;(2)Self-care actions for the prevention and the monitoring of complications with arteriovenous fistula;(3)Self-care actions directed at the perioperative period of arteriovenous fistula preparation.Conclusion:The results allowed us to identify important care for the maintenance of arteriovenous fistula functionality.The self-care actions identified in this study can guide a nursing care policy for implementation with protocols that help identify problems related to self-care actions and,thus,subsidize the development of actions aimed at the renal patient.However,more studies with high levels of evidence that identify self-care actions with arteriovenous fistula and the factors involved in its implementation are needed.

Female Leadership and Organizational Climate in a University Institute

This paper addresses the case of the Professional Institute of the Southern Region （IPRES）, an institute of higher education in the State University of Morelos, with the aim of showing the measurement results of organizational climate before and after the change of the principal to know some internal features and describe the organizational climate of workers＇ perception in a transition stage; besides, the influence of the current director＇s leadership is analyzed in the achievement of organizational goals and how the perception of organizational climate or working environment can be affected by female leadership is also dealt with. In Mexico, there are more and more women running various organizations, including those belonging to the field of education, and universities are no exception. On the other hand, the type of leadership being exercised can promote or hinder the proper performance of the institute and may be a factor of distinction and influence the behavior of those who integrate it; therefore, knowing how it works provides feedback about the processes that determine organizational behavior and the working environment.

The Benefit of a Punitive God： The Story of Ananias and Sapphira

In this narrative, we explore the story of Ananias and Sapphira from the book of Acts in the Christian scriptures. We examine the story in the light of a recent hook by Dominic Johnson （2016）, God Is Watching You, and other related research. The idea of a punitive God and/or the belief in a punitive God may have significant effects on group functioning. The troubling story of Ananias and Sapphira may be seen as a central cog in the cooperative coming together of what became the Christian Church. In our modem world, a punitive God is an idea we seek to avoid but it may be the one that is essential for a peaceful cooperative world.

Transplant Chinese Successful Experience and Improve Overseas Teaching of Chinese Characters

Chinese character teaching with a long history has rich experience. Teaching Chinese characters is popular all over the world, so Chinese character teaching experience at home should be made good use of and transplanted. Thus, we must first lay a good foundation of spoken Chinese to learn Chinese characters. Spoken language takes the lead, followed by literacy. At the beginning of teaching Chinese characters, we should focus on literacy, and implement in teaching materials and in classroom. Teaching should be paid attention to dispersing the difficulties, which should be progressively possessed step by step, with appropriate burden. We should take full advantage of the features of Chinese characters for teaching. From the reality of students, teaching arrangement is made. We should train teachers, and design teaching plans at different levels by judicious use of modem teaching methods. In the teaching materials, the amount of recognized characters is arranged, so that students can learn to read around 1,500 Chinese characters. We should select the species of new characters and arrange the order of emergence. We should teach students to use Pinyin, who should lay an emphasis on four bases. We should pay attention to vocabulary teaching and arrange proper training in writing. During classroom teaching, we should do a good job in： unified glyph, pronunciation, and meaning, and dominated with glyph; links among characters, words, and sentences, mainly based on characters; combination of reading and writing and dominated with reading; dual-purpose of using remembering, comparison, and speaking, mainly based on remembering.
