On ESP Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges-from the Perspective of Students＇ Needs

ESP （English for Specific Purposes） is an English approach which relates to certain specific profession, subject or purpose. It is in accordance with the training goal of higher vocational English with its characteristics of profession and practicability. Currently, some problems exist in the ESP teaching at HVC （Higher Vocational Colleges）, which leads to unsatisfactory teaching effect of ESP. Some suggestions will be devoted to improvement of ESP teaching in HVC from the perspective of students＇ needs.

Music Education professional goal is to train music teachers, so that the full breadth of knowledge, a solid foundation is solid and basic requirement for music education majors. The impact of Music education for college students is also reflected as follow： to enable students to cultivate the art of perceptual knowledge, this ability is an art feeling, to help students better understand the artistic charm, to strengthen their own requirements and strive for a more noble art. It is necessary for college music major to have Performance capacity, Teaching ability, Management quality and Innovation capacity, referred to as ＂PTMI＂ complex talent. This article makes an analysis on that training goal of college music majors should be shifted toward ＂PTMI＂ complex talent.

Feasibility of College Japanese Major and Japanese Joint Training Projects

In recent years, university exchanges between China and Japan is more active, we can see that in the joint efforts of China and Japan, the scale of cooperation is expanding, understanding and friendship between the young people are gradually deepened. The long- term stability of University conducted exchanges and cooperation in education with Japan is the concrete manifestation of China＇ s opening-up. Therefore, what＇ s the meaning of joint training of undergraduate education in universities？ This paper studies on ＂2 ＋ 2＂ program between our college and the west of the international University of Japan. We analysis the favorable and unfavorable factors in joint training programs, clarify the necessity and feasibility of acting joint training programs, and provide some reference for the development of our joint training program.
