对外汉语教师:国际化视野下的复合型人才——北京师范大学对外汉语教学培训札记

2014年暑假,笔者到北京师范大学参加了为期14天的国际汉语教师培训班,从中学到了很多对外汉语教学方面的前沿理念,并观摩了普林斯顿暑期中文培训班口语课,受益匪浅。

从“授之以鱼”到“授之以渔”

在长期的教学实践和教育实习的过程中,一些刚从教的音乐专业教师,自身的专业水平很高,可在教学中,面对学生却无所适从,不知该如何教学;甚至还有部分已从教多年,自己也积累了一些经验的教师,教出来的学生在专业技巧方面也可谓出类拔萃,但是走上教学工作岗位后,却表现平平。本文以高师音乐教育专业技巧课教学为视点,就教学中面临的困境进行论述,提出改进的方法和策略。

Significance of reading material： What should a teacher do before class？

In this paper, the author explores the significance of reading material to the reading class in terms of the teachers＇ teaching achievement and the improvement in students＇ reading skills. Some common problems with reading material are presented and some suggestions are provided on how teachers should do with the reading material.
