初中英语教师教学教研能力数字化转型发展的现状与策略

教师教学教研能力数字化转型发展是新时代教育质量持续提升的需求。本文以合肥市包河区初中英语教师为对象,分析在数字化转型发展过程中教师的现状和需求,并提出相关策略建议和基本原则。

小学全科教师教学教研能力的调查——基于重庆地区三所学校的样本数据

教学教研能力是小学全科教师发展的内在需求,也是评价小学全科教师满意度的重要依据。运用问卷法和访谈法对使用小学全科教师所在单位进行调查,有利于研究者从用人单位视角了解小学全科教师的教学教研现状,找出问题,从而为完善小学全科教师的人才培养方案提供参考依据。调查结果显示:从总体评价来看,小学全科教师拥有的教学教研能力处于较好水平,基本能够满足校方对小学全科教师的教学教研需求。但是,从教学教研能力对应指标来看,小学全科教师的教学教研能力还不尽如人意。对此,今后还应进一步对相关问题进行深入研究。

师范毕业生上岗适应期长,入职后专业发展缓慢,根源在于教师职前教育阶段忽视教研能力的培养。作者尝试开设教育研习类选修课"课型研究",配合教育见习和实习,对英语专业师范生的课堂教学研究能力的培养途径进行了实践探索。本文介绍了该课程的教学目标、教学内容选择与组织、研究活动设计以及学业成绩评价方法等改革措施。描述了该课程的教学过程和教学效果。在反思教育研习类课程的实践效果的基础上,对《教师教育课程标准》的出台将从源头上解决职前和在职教师专业的可持续发展问题进行了前景展望。
