案例教学法:观念、组织程式与制约

案例教学法在教学中的运用渐多,但是仍然存在对案例、案例教学法及如何运用案例法组织教学等问题认识不清的状况,有必要就其概念和教学组织程式进行说明;其中教学组织程式包括案例教学与理论教学的组织、案例教学资源的取得与整理、制订案例教学计划和案例教学过程与课堂组织;在案例教学过程与课堂组织的程式中,又分为个人分析、小组讨论和班级讨论三个环节。最后,从三个方面指明案例教学法应用存在的困难和制约,分别是案例教学的设施与布局、教学案例的编写与更新、案例教学教师的培训与培养。
