“筹台宗匠”蓝鼎元台湾基层治理思想研究

蓝鼎元是介于统一台湾的施琅到全面发展台湾的刘铭传之间承上启下的过渡人物,也是使清廷从消极治理台湾转为积极治理台湾的关键人物。他从治民、垦辟、保甲、团练、文教、易俗等方面提出许多宝贵的资政建议,尤其擅于以地方乡绅作为中坚组织力量,依据实际的自然村落和地缘宗族关系进行基层治理,规范基层治理行为,提高基层治理效能。蓝鼎元的建议有些被当局采纳,有些则在后世被重新提出并纳入实践轨道,足可见其基层治理思想的实用性和前瞻性。

Research on the Development of Daur Ethnic Education under the Influence of Big Data

In this paper, we conduct research on the development of Daur ethnic education under the influence of big data. Life in the river valley of Daur ethnic which is a nationality has a long history, splendid culture and the national spirit of national self-confidence, the foundation of national culture has a strong self-confidence. Combining the concept of big data and data analysis technique to the Daur ethnic education will largely enhance the result of the current education pattern. The survey of the research indicated that we should pay attention to the precious data captured.

Learning to Live with Religious Plurality in Personhood Formation

Every person has a more or less articulated worldview that I define in its most brief form as ＂a view on life＂. That might be a religious view and could be with or without a God-concept, but the religious domain forms a sub-domain of the embracing domain of worldview. We can make a distinction between organized and personal worldviews. I will argue that pedagogically speaking schools should be aware of the value and relevance of worldview education especially focusing on the development of the students＇ personal worldview as an integral part of their personhood formation （＂Bildung＂）. Worldview and/or religion are part of the public and the social domain, although not undisputed, and that is why I make a plea for worldview education as part of citizenship education. Already in the school as an embryonic society （John Dewey） students should learn to live together with differences and this should also include the ability to recognize differences between worldview/religious. The results of empirical research projects in the Netherlands and also from a European Commission granted project ＂Religion in Education＂ have shown that students really want to learn from and are interested in the worldview of their fellow students. They are also in favor of schools where they can meet a diversity of worldviews among teachers and students. Dialogue and encounter are important to them. So, worldview education as part of citizenship education can foster students to learn to live peacefully together.

Sister Founders in Sociology： Democratisation of Contemporary Sociological Education

Sister＇s founders in sociology as a coin term are formed by Mary ]o Deegan, in order to explain, reintroduction to female stream sociological theory. Even though there are more than 52 women considered to be founders of sociology, they are still not recognized in sociology, especially in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Aristotle＇s distinction between male and female, according to authoress Shipley, represents the key moment to ideological foundation of the women exclusion from academia and public life, because of their identification with natural and irrational. Results of wars, global ecological movements, and movements for the rights of the minorities were joined together in creation of significant subversion and counterpart of male stream patriarchal ordained theories in eco-feminist movement. The women and nature in male stream theories are considered to be the insignificant other, formed as counterpart for male principal which is culture, reason, and activity. Logic of dominance with its objectification, imperialism, colonialism, patriarchy, and European West racism must be rendered with the logic of nurturing as the prevailing concept of successful bioregional cooperation and interpersonal relationships, pacification and peace agreements. Postmodern sociology especially in works of Rosemarie Tong supports the admissions of all ＂exiled, alienated, deviant and marginal people＂, therefore, the posthuman society must involve the egalitarism in works of female and male in the sociology.

Multicultural Citizenship Education： A Study on Experiences and Opinions of Taiwan＇s Indigenous Elementary School Teachers

The author reports findings of multicultural citizenship education from a two-year in-depth study of indigenous principals and teachers in local elementary schools. Data were gathered and analyzed using a conceptual framework that consisted of a multicultural citizenship based on the liberal theoretical perspective. The results indicate that indigenous educators face dilemmas in being cultural elites while considered national education policy implementer. Findings illustrate that indigenous elementary school educators are expected to possess differentiated-group privileges in teaching practices; however, they are confronted with both internal restrictions and external protections during establishing of ethnic cultural identity while playing their roles in the national educational apparatus. The paper also gives conclusions and suggestions for future researches.

Study of the Relationship Between the Organizational Climate and the Campus Ethical Issues of Universities across the Taiwan Strait

The study applied the approach of empirical studies to select 176 teachers in 9 universities in Taiwan and Inland in China to deliver questionnaires. The study intended to explore the influence of organizational climate on campus ethics and its diversity between the universities across the Taiwan strait. The study explored that the organizational climate in the universities across the Strait was not ethically high. Yet, the universities in Inland emphasized more on campus restraint in teachers behavior, job performance and their sense of belonging to the school.The study result demonstrated that improving leadership of the universities could enhance teachers identification with their schools and could promote the level of campus across the Strait.

Educational Inequality： An Impediment to True Democracy in the United States

Many people believe that democracy is something that can lead everyone toward a better nation and a free and fair society. In 1954, Brown v. Board of Education fundamentally changed the education system in the United States and was a turning point in the evolution of U,S. democracy that made the beautiful American dream available for each individual. However, six decades later, the debate over educational inequality continues. People are still fighting for their equality and well-being. Along with dramatically influential political, economic, and social factors in the United States, educational inequality destroys the commitment of this democratic nation to offer equal opportunity, care, and social justice to younger members of the community. This paper discusses the current problem of educational inequality as it relates to racial and socioeconomic discrimination in urban schools. The aim of this study is to explore knowledge of inequality in the U.S. school system and to raise social and educational awareness to help American children to have equal chances in education and to achieve future success.

Research on Ethnic Culture Elements of Institute English Education for Three Minority Nations by Taking Man Zhouli College of Inner Mongolia University for Example

The paper focuses on the connotation of ethnic culture elements of college English education for Three Minority Nations in Inner Mongolia and comprehensive and scientific explanation for Three Minority Nations. Corresponding solutions were proposed from the aspects of teachers, teaching materials, curriculum and so on and feasible suggestions were put forward for nationality culture building by the English education of Three Minority Nations in Inner Mongolia on this basis.

Current Situation of University Poor Student

Education is rejuvenating the country, education is the talent in the country and rejuvenating the beginning. Popularization of higher education is thc ultimate goal in the development of the national education levcl, to enhance the knowledge of the entire Chinese nation, the quality level is important. In recent years, the university has gone through college enrollment, fee system reform policy changes, the gross enrollment rate is 40% in 2015, exceeding the average level of middle income countries, is a big step forward on education in China. Along with the change in universities, the proportion of poor students has been expanded, and therefore the state has increased concern about the poor students in colleges and univcrsities. To prevent students drop out of school because of family difficulties, the use of government scholarships, grants in thc form of direct or indirect funding for poor students in colleges and universities. However, many problems still arise in College student poverty measures to implement the process, such as a lack of material poverty Branch precision, ＂the material poverty, spiritual poverty of light＂, the students lack credibility, etc. These problems lead to the expected results of poverty alleviation has not really achieved. This article will be poor college students, the poor student＇s current development summarized and analyzed from multiple levels of student poverty problems generated in the process.

Cultural Identities of the Well-Educated Chinese Immigrant Children in the UK

Since the Reform and Opening-up in 1978, China has broadened and deepened its exchanges and relations with other countries. This has contributed to the increase in the migration of well-educated Chinese abroad and United Kingdom （UK） has become a most desirable destination for the elite Chinese immigrants. The impact of the migration of well-educated Chinese deserves particular attention and study, especially the second generation＇s cultural identities--this under-researched topic is the focus of this study. The study investigates the cultural identity differences between Chinese born children （CBC） and British born children （BBC） of the Chinese intellectual families living in Britain. Results indicated that both CBC and BBC had high pride in Chinese and British culture No significant evidence for cultural identity crises was found. The children investigated considered themselves as bi-culturalism and were content with ＂dual identities,＂ with the CBC a bit more Chinese, while the BBC a bit more British. Much smaller differences in views of cultural identity were reported.

Globalization and Education for All： The Challenge of the Twenty-First Century

Recently more and more people talk about ＂globalization＂ with loads of semasiological variety： mainly economic but also cultural. Many perceive it as a significant progress, others as an undisputed threat. However, despite the euphoria that faces this phenomenon, globalization is an evolving process. The fact remains that this is a progressive development of economic, scientific, political, and cultural aspects of all peoples of planet Earth turning it into a big city with many differences, in particular in education and educational activities. This paper will try to illuminate fundamental issues as： （1} understanding the notion of globalization in relation to both pedagogical principles in the field： the integrity and completeness; （2） elements of globalization, as a necessary process and development factor; and （3） ＂education for all＂ challenges for the twenty-first century. The content of global education in the scientific publication is given analytical processing, linking globalization in education with the development of democracy and human rights, global ethics, the influence of European norms, standards and the global world, the impact of European and world norms and standards, as well as the penetration of global civic cultural elements.

Research on the Relationship of Cross-Cultural Context and English Teaching from the Perspective of the Development of Linguistics and Pedagogy： A Theoretical Review

In this paper, we conduct theoretical review on the relationship of cross-cultural context and the English teaching from the perspective of the development of linguistics and pedagogy. To learn a foreign language is mainly used for the purpose of intercultural communication and successful communication depends on not only good language structure knowledge depends on understanding and grasp of the cultural context in communication. Diversified teaching mode should be designed according to different teaching goal. Teachers should according to the actual circumstance of various other class teaching, planning and design to reflect the personalized teaching. The words carry each other＇ s national culture information and reflect the national mentality of the humanities, represent the cultural background of different languages which have distinct and unique ethnic characteristics.

A comparative analysis on models of higher education massification

Four financial models of massification of higher education are discussed in this essay.They are American model,Western European model,Southeast Asian and Latin American model and the transition countrie’s model.The comparison of the four models comes to the conclusion that taking advantage of nongovernmental funding is fundamental to dealing with financial difficulty faced by higher education.As a result,it can be argued that the declining of higher education quality does not necessarily have to do with schooling system.On the contrary,the development of private higher education helps the activation mechanism of competition so as to cultivate talents needed by the society.

A survey on the democratic qualities of high school students and the schooling for democracy

Using the method of purpositive sampling,this research makes an empirical study on the relationship between the schooling for education and democratic qualities of public high school students in Beijing.The results show that the democratic qualities of the students in public high school of Beijing are better as a whole,but they are still lack of democratic knowledge and abilities,etc.The results of correlation analysis,multiple regression analysis and independent-samples T test show that there are four different kinds of relationships between the schooling for education and democratic qualities of students.Firstly,there is little distinct correlation between school reputation and democratic knowledge,attitude and abilities of students.Secondly,there is little distinct correlation between prospective achievement and democratic knowledge and attitude of students,but have a large correlation with the democratic abilities of students(P<.001).Thirdly,there is a large correlation between teaching and democratic knowledge,attitude and abilities of students(P<.001).Lastly,there is a large correlation between activities participation and democratic knowledge,attitude and abilities of students(P<.001)
