理想的教室是什么样子的?教室应该具备哪些育人功能?学生在教室里只是听、说和做习题吗?教室里的课桌椅都要一样吗?基于近20年对国内外课堂教学的观察与研究,北京师范大学教育学部部长朱旭东提出了"教室文化"这一概念。他强调,教室文化必须关注学生当下的生活、需求和欲望,"可以肯定地说,当学生在教室里作为生命个体存在的时候,其生活绝不只是拿一本教材坐在课桌前的生活,其需求也绝不仅仅是听老师讲课,其欲望更不仅限于在家长和老师面前考一个高分"。

日本师范教育课程体系的构成——和歌山大学教育学部的个案分析

一、日本师范教育课程体系的结构日本自从创立师范教育体制以来。在课程设置上,根据为实现国家主义教育思想服务为宗旨,重视现代科学知识,人格陶冶和教育方针。在实现开放型师资培养教育的,体现了大学的学术自由,提倡有特色的学科课程和教育内容。同时,根据《教育职员许可法》的规定,设立一般教育科目,有关学科的专业科目、有关教职的专门科目的标准及其最低分数,在施行规则中还规定具体的履修方法。

构建“学部制”教育模式 涵育学术性科创人才

为贯彻党的二十届三中全会提出的教育战略,推动我国科学教育系统性变革、跨越式发展,解决创新型人才培养的根本性问题,大连理工大学附属高级中学构建了“学部制”教育模式。“学部制”教育模式以“学术为本”为核心,秉承“创意、创新、创造”融合的教育理念,探索大学和高中的贯通培养模式。学校通过建设人文大美校园环境,营造科创内生氛围;构建科创特色课程体系,优化科创育人载体;充分利用属地资源优势,联合开发科技学域,涵育学术性科创人才,在科学教育和创新人才培养的道路上成果颇丰。

不同教育背景下的高校教师比较研究——以部属师范院校教育学部(院)教师为例

科学创新与理论创新依赖于学术人才的集聚。以六所部属师范院校下属的教育学部(院)中具有教授(正高)职称的教师为研究对象,以教师的履历信息为数据分析来源,以本硕博阶段就读的专业背景为划分依据,将从事教育学的教师分为科班出身与非科班出身,主要分析两者在成长周期、科研成果和学术荣誉称号等方面的差异。研究结果表明,科班出身教师的成长周期短于非科班出身教师,非科班出身教师论文成果被引率高于科班出身的教师,科班出身教师与非科班出身教师在学术荣誉称号方面平分秋色,鼓励教师进行跨学科学习、交往和研究,并且保持初心,不断进行专业学习。

多元驱动 项目载体 领导能力及教学团队建设实践研究——教育教学部体制下的教学团队建设

高素质的“双师”结构教学团队是提高高职人才培养质量的关键，本文结合淄博职业学院教育教学部体制下教学团队建设的实际，借鉴德国、新加坡等高等职业教育师资队伍建设的经验，按照开放性和职业性的要求，建立和改善教学团队建设的机制和环境，将学校和企业的优质资源整合于人才培养全过程，多元驱动，项目载体，提高教师的综合素质与教学能力，突出领导能力建设，重视教师的职业道德、工作学习经历和社会服务能力的建设，对于高职院校提高教学团队建设水平极具指导意义。

俄罗斯教育科学部颁布创新型大学评选标准

为落实俄联邦《教育体系改革主要任务》，建立高效的教育创新体系，俄罗斯教育科学部颁布了创新型大学评选标准。

变革与转型:“后罗宾斯时代”的英国大学拨款委员会

1963年《罗宾斯报告》的发表标志着"后罗宾斯时代"的到来。这一时期是英国高等教育由精英化向大众化转型的关键阶段。"后罗宾斯时代"的大学拨款委员会经历了一系列变革,其职能范围得到扩大,角色定位变得更加积极。但是,由于管理机构的调整,大学拨款委员会的实际控制力与影响力较之从前大为减弱。这些转型模糊了大学拨款委员会最初作为"缓冲器"的角色定位,降低了其在英国高等教育领域的权力地位,为委员会在20世纪80年代的最终衰落埋下了伏笔,也对当今中国高等教育中介组织的建立与发展有一定的启示意义。

Research on the current situations and countermeasures of the swimming elective course in colleges and universities in Chengdu

In college physical education, swimming elective course is one of the important contents of college physical education. By analyzing the current situation of the college swimming elective course in Chengdu city, the author of this article found that the characteristics of the elective courses of the college students are that the elective courses are diversified, showing the non competitive characteristics. And the author analyzes the characteristics of the swimming elective course, how to better combine with the implementation, and further discusses how to further carry on the reform of the PE teaching, and construct the elective course of the type of the sports club teaching mode. Using the questionnaire survey, the mathematical statistics and other methods, the author analyzes and researches on the status of the teaching of the swimming elective course in 7 universities in Chengdu. The results show that in the current teaching of the swimming elective course, there are some problems existing in the setting of the teaching goals and the curriculum contents, the present situation of the teams of teachers, the guarantee of the teaching materials and the teaching evaluation and other aspects. Aiming at these problems, the author puts forward the reasonable suggestions and the countermeasures, to make the teaching of the swimming elective course more perfect, and also to provide referential significance for the teaching reform of the swimming elective course in the colleges and universities in Chengdu.
