As the college counselors, in the new period, how can we implement the tasks in the college education and management？ In view of this, this paper carries on the analysis in the three aspects of the positioning of the roles of the college counselors, the challenges the college counselors face in the new period, and the countermeasures to improve the status quo of education and management of the college counselors on the college students in the new era, in order to promote the development of the physical and mental health of the university students.展开更多

In this situation, computer aided education （CAE） technology as a tool for simultaneous achievement of quality, cost and delivery （QCD） plays an important role. The hardware-software environment surrounding CAE has evolved. Though technological problems have been understood and general solutions have been derived and reflected in the CAE analysis software, research findings that boost the credibility of CAE have still not been incorporated fully enough into the development of design process. The real technical mechanism issue is not precisely capture. Therefore, it is important to clarify the real cause in CAE results through CAE simulation in order to assure product reliability and assurance. It is the aim of this study to realize the prediction of design analysis process through understanding of unclear technical mechanism in abnormal occurrences with the utilization of CAE simulation. In other words, it is the aim of this study to focus on issue in automotive transaxle oil seal leakage to understand, grasp, and visualize the main cause through usage of CAE analysis process. It is understood that the point of contact and pump volume was related and this could contribute towards seals quality design. The implementation of the Smart schools project was one of the seven flagships＇ initiatives of the Malaysian Government aims at optimalising ICT utilisation in schools in line with Malaysia＇s aim to position the cou...The implementation of the Smart schools project was one of the seven flagships＇ initiatives of the Malaysian Government aims at optimalising ICT utilisation in schools in line with Malaysia＇s aim to position the country as a globally competitive knowledge-based economy. However, research studies reported a lack of success of the project towards promoting effective ICT usage and developing teacher professionally. This situation became the impetus for the development of the e-CPDelT research project which intends to develop an online learning system based on action research and personal involvement for Smart school teachers. The model adopted is loosely based on the successful UK-based Improving the Quality of Education for All （IQEA） proiect （Ainscow et al., 1994） and the Communities of Practice （CoP）＇s approach （Wenger, 1998）. The data were obtained from the blog entries made by the 20 participating Smart schools teachers and triangulated with focus group interviews and mentor reflections. The preliminary findings revealed both internal and external problems. Drawing upon these findings, the eCPDelT learning system was designed and steps were undertaken to promote the new system. However, the response to this promotion was far from satisfactory. The paper concludes by discussing the reasons for such disappointing results and proposes a new plan of action that involves the introduction of the Critical Friends Group technique,展开更多
