The structure of the devices is ITO/PVK:TPD/Liq: Rubrene/Alq3/Al. The brightness of the devices comes to 3120 cd/m2(at a driving voltage of 25 V), the CIE coordinates of the typical devices is (0.308,0.347), and the coordinates is very close to the white equi-energy point. The emitting and luminescent characteristics of the devices were discussed.展开更多
