Matching the electric fields and magnetic fields atthe boundary of the junction, and multiplying the mode functions of the circular waveguide andcircular groove waveguide on both sides of the boundary equation, the scattering matrix equation isobtained, the scattering coefficients can be obtained from the equation. Then the scatteringcharacteristics of the iris with circular window in circular groove waveguide are analyzed. At lastthe convergent problem is discussed; when choosing a suitable mode group, convergent numericalresults are obtained, and the frequency response of the iris' scattering coefficients is also given.展开更多

In this paper, characteristic and mechanism of attenuation of sound wave in coal was researched according to acoustic theory and attenuation coefficients was estimated by acoustic parameter of coal. The research results show that the main attenuation mechanism of sound wave in coal is absorption attenuation and scattering attenuation. The absorption attenuation includes viscous absorption, thermal conduction absorption and relaxation absorption. Attenuation coefficient of sound wave in gaseous coal is 38.5 Np/m. Researches on attenuation characteristic of sound wave will provide the theoretical basis for power sound wave improving permeability of coal and accelerating desorption of coal bed gas.展开更多

Current research lacks a reasonable explanation for the extinction ...Bioaerosol, an important constituent of the atmosphere, can directly affect light radiation characteristics due to absorption and scattering effects. Current research lacks a reasonable explanation for the extinction abilities of bioaerosols in a broadband. Herein, we measured the reflectance spectra of 12 com m on biomaterials and calculated their complex refractive indexes. The peaks of the imaginary part of the complex refractive indexes are located at wavelengths of approximately 0.7, 2.7, 6.1 and 9.5μm. Based on photographs of the floating structures of bioaerosols, we constructed a model for calculating the extinction abilities of bioaerosols in the wavelength range of 240 nm to 14 (im. Taking AN02 spores as an example, absorption was found to account for more than 90% of the total extinction. In addition, the theoretical calculations and experimental data of transmittance corresponding to the smoke box show that bioaerosol exhibits significant broadband extinction ability from UV to IR bands, which provides new directions for the development of broadband light attenuation materials.展开更多
The complex permittivity of targeted objects is an important factor that influences its microwave radiation and scattering characteristics.In the quantitative research of microwave remote sensing,the study of the diel...The complex permittivity of targeted objects is an important factor that influences its microwave radiation and scattering characteristics.In the quantitative research of microwave remote sensing,the study of the dielectric properties of the vegetation to establish the relationship between its specific physical parameters and complex permittivity is fundamental.In this study,six categories of vegetation samples were collected at the city of Zhangye,a key research area of the Heihe watershed allied telemetry experimental research.The vector network analyzer E8362B was used to measure the complex permittivity of these samples from 0.2 to 20 GHz by the coaxial probe technique.The research focused mainly on the corn leaves,and an empirical model was established between the gravimetric moisture and the real/imaginary parts of complex permittivity at the main frequency points of microwave sensors.Furthermore,the empirical model and the classical Debye-Cole model were compared and verified by the measured data collected from the Huailai County of Hebei Province.The results show that the newly- established empirical model is more accurate and more practical as compared to the traditional Debye-Cole model.展开更多
