The study simulated the flow of PET/PA6 composite melt on the influence law for the velocity distribution and the micro hole's structure on the influence law for extrusion swelling based on the theory of the rheology and the spinning process and the structure of the spinning components by Polyflow. In addition by comparison with the previous experiments about extrusion swelling, the results show that the value of the swell ratio decreases rapidly at low values of length/ diameter and then levels off as length/diameter is increased further, whereas increases with the die exit angle increasing. The veincity distribution of the composite melt and the micro hole's structure have a significant influence on the extrusion swelling, which has very good guidance function for studying the forming mechanism of the composite melt and preparation of the high performance fiber.展开更多

The internal structures of the surrounding rocks of 76 belt roadway were monitored by borehole observation instruments: and then, we analyzed the reason of fhilure and deformation of surrounding rocks of several rise entry, and proposed the technical mea- sures for controlling interactive effect of several rise entry surrounding rock deformation at last. For the thickness seam rise roadway, two conclusions were drawn: one is that the co-deformation among roadway groups mainly reflect on that both shear failure and deformation in coal pillar among roadways have decreased the width of pillar core region and clamping action of coal pillar to roof strata, increased the actual span of roof strata, intensified the flexural failure of roof strata and prized the bed separation of roof deep rock strata. The other conclusion is that the factors controlling the interactive deformation among roadways is obvious when appropriate re-adjustment in construction sequence of the tunneling of multimine parallel roadways because the construction sequence among roadways also has great effects on deformation of the surrounding rock in roadway.展开更多

T-stress includes two components: the Tx-stress parallel to the tangent of the crack at its tip and the Ty-stress perpendicular to this tangent. The effects of contact and friction on both the Tx- and Ty-stresses on the crack flanks are considered in the method. Because the method uses a single standard elastic finite element analysis derived directly from the equation of the stress fields around the crack tip and does not require any assumptions or simplification, it can be used to determine the T-stress for any given geometry and loading condition. Theoretical results are used to calibrate the results, which exhibited good agreement and to discuss the T-stress computational methodology. Furthermore, the Tx- and Ty-stresses in center-cracked Brazilian disc (CCBD) specimens subjected to diametrical or partially distributed compression were numerically computed, and the effects of contact and friction on the Tx- and Ty-stresses are discussed.展开更多

文摘A method that uses finite element analysis to determine the non-singular stress (T-stress) at a crack tip is proposed in this study.
