ChatGPT等生成式人工智能在艺术“创造”中超越算法程序的隆规尚法而体现出拟人创造的创新生产特征表明,其已不再是单纯的技术工具,而体现出艺术创造的“主体”(数字“作者”)特征。与之相应,人工智能“艺术作品”则是人类进入“人—机... ChatGPT等生成式人工智能在艺术“创造”中超越算法程序的隆规尚法而体现出拟人创造的创新生产特征表明,其已不再是单纯的技术工具,而体现出艺术创造的“主体”(数字“作者”)特征。与之相应,人工智能“艺术作品”则是人类进入“人—机”共创时代后“艺术”本身变革的产物,是对“何为艺术”问题本身的观念重构。它作为一种褶皱“艺术”,其不同扇面所呈现的“古典—现代—后现代—智人代”艺术形式,所表现的“物—器具—艺术作品—艺术—符号”艺术内容,是“人—机”混合时代“更新代主体性”创造与理解的结晶。而人工智能“艺术作品”的意义则来源于AI算法逻辑所创造的新的数字形式,这一形式引导或重构身体自身的格式塔形式,带来身体感知形式(身体图式)的“陌生化”,作品的意义就既来自陌生化形式所激发的情感盈余感,也来自身体图式付诸实践时所激发的情感动觉感。人工智能艺术阐释学如上基本问题的追问,对于建构一种兼具普遍性与特殊性的“中国阐释学”而言,有着积极的意义。 展开更多

The Effects of Touch Button Size on Touchscreen Operability

The present study investigated the effects of touch button size on touchscreen operability and compared these effects between young adult and elderly participants. A total of 21 young adults (aged 22.3 ± 1.5 years) and 20 elderly adults (aged 68.1 ±4.9 years) were recruited and asked to press square number buttons (from 0 to 9) on an experimental touchscreen with their right index finger. The buttons' size changed during the experiment with six conditions (6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 mm). It was found that a decrease of the button size to l0 mm or below tended to increase the operation time and error rate, whereas it decreased the subjective overall operability of the touchscreen. Such effects were greater in the elderly adults than in the young adults. In addition, the reaction positions on the buttons were found to be close to the right side of them, which led the fingertip to approach the right outline of the buttons. These findings suggest that the use of small touch buttons should be minimised on touchscreens, especially for elderly users. 展开更多

How do colleges determine what the best college is? What are the differences in the excersise of power in the digital age? The authors analyze one of the mechanisms of relationship and contact between different universities: the rankings. They will discuss the practices that allow certain values and organizations they are becoming central nodes between universities and the influences of the information and communication technologies in the measurement mechanisms. The authors seek to show the rankings serve as mechanisms to exercise power among universities. These measurements become a tool and justification in competition between universities for resources such as funding, prestige, and student demand. The analysis is based on the University of Mexico, the authors use the ranking of the best universities in Latin America and the best universities in Mexico. 展开更多

During the operation of complex process, such as oil production or refming, abnormal situations may occur, leading to an alarm flooding. Alarm flooding is the signalling of a large number of alarms in a few minutes, in such a way that it is impossible for the operator to attend to all alarms. On these occasions, it is usual that the operator leaves the alarm summary list and gets an analysis of the plant through the screens of the DCS (digital control system), seeking to understand the situation. The alarm summary list ceases to be a useful tool. In such cases, the operator might have the aid of a filter that would present the highest priority alarms and other information associated with them, enabling him to gain a better knowledge of the situation. This paper describes the interface of a system aimed to help the operator to have a more comprehensive knowledge of the process (a better situational awareness) during process upsets that cause alarm flooding, recovering the utility of the alarm layer to the safety of industrial processes. 展开更多
