基于高中数学课堂教学的数学史挖掘及信息化展现的研究

《教育部关于全面深化课程改革落实立德树人根本任务的意见》中的核心素养体系引人关注,其中指出,学科核心素养,是指通过学习某学科的知识与技能、思想与方法而获得的重要观念态度、关键能力与思维品格。而数学核心素养不是指具体的知识与技能,也不是一般意义上的数学能力,它基于数学知识技能,又高于具体的数学知识技能。数学史蕴含了数学知识演化发展的过程、数学思想的形成、不同文化背景中的数学思考方式、数学家思考问题解决问题的方式,是一部推动人类科学进步和文明进程的历史,是科学思想逐步完善、发明创新不断涌现的历史,是宝贵的教育资源,在一定程度上具有“立德树人”的价值,体现了数学核心素养的指向。

挖掘小学数学教材的一点认识——以《找规律》为例

【摘要】随着新课改的深入开展，人们的教材观也在悄悄地发生变化。“用教材教．而不是教教材”．也已成为广大教师的共识。但是，在对待教材的问题上，很多教师还是不免显得有些漠然：要么照本宣科．不敢越雷池一步：要么刻意追求标新立异，将教材置于一边。对这些看似很老套、很传统的问题．笔者结合自已平时的教学谈谈自已的想法．主要从四个方面进行阐述。

反铲液压挖掘机挖掘图谱程序化绘制与实验

在对反铲液压挖掘机工作装置的运动学、动力学性能以及挖掘力数学模型全面分析的基础上,建立了反铲液压挖掘机整机的位置模型和挖掘力发挥模型。讨论了挖掘作业过程中各种限制因素对整机挖掘力的影响。编写了基于VB 6.0的计算程序,实现了作业区域内任意位置挖掘力的计算及以限制因素分区的挖掘图谱的程序化绘制。实验结果分析验证了计算方法的可行性。

Development of dynamic-mathematical model of hydraulic excavator

This work deals with analysis of dynamic behaviour of hydraulic excavator on the basis of developed dynamic-mathematical model.The mathematical model with maximum five degrees of freedom is extended by new generalized coordinate which represents rotation around transversal main central axis of inertia of undercarriage.The excavator is described by a system of six nonlinear,nonhomogenous differential equations of the second kind.Numerical analysis of the differential equations has been done for BTH-600 hydraulic excavator with moving mechanism with pneumatic wheels.

Improved nonconvex optimization model for low-rank matrix recovery

Low-rank matrix recovery is an important problem extensively studied in machine learning, data mining and computer vision communities. A novel method is proposed for low-rank matrix recovery, targeting at higher recovery accuracy and stronger theoretical guarantee. Specifically, the proposed method is based on a nonconvex optimization model, by solving the low-rank matrix which can be recovered from the noisy observation. To solve the model, an effective algorithm is derived by minimizing over the variables alternately. It is proved theoretically that this algorithm has stronger theoretical guarantee than the existing work. In natural image denoising experiments, the proposed method achieves lower recovery error than the two compared methods. The proposed low-rank matrix recovery method is also applied to solve two real-world problems, i.e., removing noise from verification code and removing watermark from images, in which the images recovered by the proposed method are less noisy than those of the two compared methods.

Experiments on the orientation of the bilingual learning majored in tourism management in independent colleges based on the data mining

This study takes two undergraduate courses of Grade 2011 and 2012 of tourism management in an independent college as the sample, uses the questionnaires and the interviews to obtain the relevant data, analyzes the tendency of the bilingual learning of the students, and then uses the data analysis to draw the factors influencing the bilingual teaching effect. Based on the above data analysis, the paper puts forward the composition elements and the implementation path of the bilingual teaching systems of the tourism management specialty in indeoendent colleges.

任务驱动法,全面挖掘初中生数学潜力

Analysis of drug use law and mechanism of prostate cancer based on data mining and network pharmacology

Objective: Excavate the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of prostate cancer, and predicting the biomolecular level mechanism of high-frequency drug compatibility. Methods: Relevant documents in CNKI, Wanfang Medical Network and VIP Chinese Biomedical Periodical Database Pubmed, EMbase were collected and collated systematically. Frequency statistics, association rule analysis and new party mining were carried out using TCMISSV2.5. BATMAN-TCM was used to analyze the interaction relationship and related pathways between high-frequency drug targets. Results: Huangqi (Astragalus membranaceus) was the single drug most used of the 102prescriptions included in the standard. There are 6 pairs of combinations with high confidence in association rule analysis. System entropy cluster analysis resulted in 20 core drug combinations and 9 new prescriptions. Through KEGG pathway analysis of Huangqi, Fuling (Poria cocos), Gancao (Glycyrrhiza uralensis) and Dihuang (Rehmannia glutinosa), it was found that the number of potential targets of the neural active ligand receptor rented pathway and purine metabolism pathway was the largest. Conclusions: Prostate cancer is mainly treated with deficiency-tonifying drugs, which are combined with drugs for promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, clearing heat, promoting diuresis, detoxifying and resolving hard mass. The mechanism of action of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine may be realized by interfering with the neuroactive ligand receptor interaction pathway and purine metabolism pathway.

Multi-disciplinary Conceptual Design Knowledge of Multi-stage Hybrid Rocket Using Data Mining Technique

This paper deals with the application of data mining techniques to the conceptual design knowledge for a LV （launch vehicle） with a HRE （hybrid rocket engine）. This LV is a concept of the space transportation, which can deliver micro-satellite to the SSO （sun-synchronous orbit）. To design the higher performance LV with HRE, the optimum size of each component, such as an oxidizer tank containing liquid oxidizer, a combustion chamber containing solid fuel, a pressurizing tank and a nozzle, should be acquired. The Kriging based ANOVA （analysis of variance） and SOM （self-organizing map） are employed as data mining techniques for knowledge discovery. In this study, the paraffin （FT-0070） is used as a propellant of HRE. Then, the relationship among LV performances and design variables are investigated through the analysis and the visualization. To calculate the engine performance, the regression rate is computed based on an empirical expression. The design knowledge is extracted for the design knowledge of the multi-stage LV with HRE by analysis using ANOVA and SOM. As a result, the useful design knowledge on the present design problem is obtained to design HRE for space transportation.

Optimizing medication strategies for liver cancer:unraveling the mechanisms of key drug combinations in the comprehensive guide to effective tumor prescriptions

This study delved into the formulaic patterns of liver cancer treatment outlined in“The Complete Book of Good Tumor Prescriptions”and explored the action mechanisms of core traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)combinations.Initially,liver cancer treatment formulas were extracted from the aforementioned book,and Excel 2017 was employed for calculating the frequency,properties,and meridians associated with the TCMs.IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 was utilized for the analysis of TCM association rules,and Cytoscape 3.7.2 was employed for the visualization of these rules.Subsequently,network pharmacology was utilized to analyze the action mechanisms of core TCM combinations,leveraging TCMSP,TCMID,Genecards,DAVID,and other databases.The results revealed the inclusion of 131 prescriptions encompassing 303 TCMs.The core TCMs predominantly comprised those invigorating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing heat,and tonifying deficiencies.The flavor of the TCMs was chiefly bitter or pungent,with a prevailing cold property entering the liver and spleen meridians.Association analysis indicated that the support of Angelicae sinensis radix-Trionycis carapax was the highest.Network pharmacology predictions indicated that Angelicae sinensis radix-Trionycis carapax possessed 20 target genes associated with anti-liver cancer properties,including IL-6,MAPK3,and SRC.Gene survival analysis demonstrated high expression of MAPK3 and SRC in liver cancer patients,correlating with a poor prognosis.KEGG analysis identified major anti-liver cancer pathways for Angelicae sinensis radix-Trionycis carapax,encompassing the cancer pathway,TNF signaling pathway,and prolactin signaling pathway.In summary,this study elucidated that TCMs for liver cancer treatment primarily consisted of invigorating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,antipyretic,and tonifying medicines.The core TCM pair,Angelicae sinensis radix-Trionycis carapax,appeared pivotal in this context.The underlying mechanism might involve the modulation of key genes,such as MAPK3 and SRC,and the regulation of pathways,including the cancer pathway,TNF signaling pathway,and prolactin signaling pathway.

Commonality and pattern analysis of acupoint selection in moxibustion treatment of asthma

Objective:To analyze and summarize the commonalities and patter ns in acupoi nt selectio n for moxibustio n treatme nt of asthma.Methods:Data retrieval was conducted using'moxibustion'and'asthma'as the keywords through China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Academic Journal Full-text Database(Wanfang)and Chongqing VIP Database(CQVIP).Excel 2010 was used to establish the major acupoint database for moxibustion prescript!ons in treatment of asthma;data mining methods in cludi ng associati on patter ns and clusteri ng were adopted to an a lyze the characteristics and patter ns in acupoi nt selecti on for moxibusti on treatment of asthma.Results:A total of 161 moxibustion prescriptions were recruited.The most commonly used acupoint was Feishu(BL 13),the most commonly used meridian was the Bladder Meridian of Foot Taiyang,and the most commonly treated region was the back.The association rule analysis showed that Feishu(BL 13)-Dazhui(GV 14)-Fengmen(BL 12)had the most significant correlation,and the clustering analysis discovered 5 effective acupoint clusters.Conclusion:In moxibustion treatment of asthma,topical acupoints Feishu(BL 13),Dazhui(GV 14)and Fengmen(BL 12)can be selected,along with the acupoints from the Bladder Meridian of Foot Taiyang and the back.

Genomic data mining for functional annotation of human long noncoding RNAs

Life may have begun in an RNA world,which is supported by increasing evidence of the vital role that RNAs perform in biological systems.In the human genome,most genes actually do not encode proteins;they are noncoding RNA genes.The largest class of noncoding genes is known as long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs),which are transcripts greater in length than 200 nucleotides,but with no protein-coding capacity.While some lncRNAs have been demonstrated to be key regulators of gene expression and 3D genome organization,most lncRNAs are still uncharacterized.We thus propose several data mining and machine learning approaches for the functional annotation of human lncRNAs by leveraging the vast amount of data from genetic and genomic studies.Recent results from our studies and those of other groups indicate that genomic data mining can give insights into lncRNA functions and provide valuable information for experimental studies of candidate lncRNAs associated with human disease.

Exploration on acupoint-selection patterns based on data mining for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis

Objective:To analyze the features and patterns of acupoint selection in acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)by data mining technique.Methods:Relevant clinical studies published before 25 June,2017 were searched in databases including PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane library,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),China National Knowledge infrastructure(CNKI),and Wanfang Academic Journal Full-text Database(Wanfang).Results:A total of 122 papers were included,involving 69 points.It was found that the top three points on the frequency list were Zusanli(ST 36),Zhongwan(CV 12)and Weishu(BL 21).The points selected were distributed in 11 meridians,in which the Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangming,Conception Vessel,and Bladder Meridian of Foot Taiyang ranked the top and accounted for 74.0%of the total frequency.Of the involved specific points,Five Shu-Transmitting points,crossing points and Back-Shu points ranked the top,accounting for 47.1%.The analysis of association pattern has shown that Zusanli(ST 36)and Zhongwan(CV 12)won the highest support rate in the paired groups;Zusanli(ST 36),Weishu(BL 21)and Zhongwan(CV 12)had the highest support rate among the point groups.The Five Shu-Transmitting points and the Lower He-Sea points had the highest support rate among the specific point groups.Conclusion:The data mining results of the studies on acupuncture-moxibustion for CAG are substantially in line with the acupuncture-moxibustion treatment theories in traditional Chinese medicine.The results can reflect the acupoint selection patterns in treatment of CAG and provide reference for acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of CAG in clinic.
