针对传统纺织材料回潮率测试方法——烘箱法存在的测试周期长、能耗高、劳动强度大、测试效率较低等问题,以生丝为研究对象,研制开发出了生丝回潮率双模式快速测试系统。该系统能够实时记录生丝在一定温度环境烘箱烘燥过程中的质量,通... 针对传统纺织材料回潮率测试方法——烘箱法存在的测试周期长、能耗高、劳动强度大、测试效率较低等问题,以生丝为研究对象,研制开发出了生丝回潮率双模式快速测试系统。该系统能够实时记录生丝在一定温度环境烘箱烘燥过程中的质量,通过对数据结果的分析,得出烘燥时间与生丝失水质量间呈一定函数关系的规律,利用一次累加生成算子(1-AGO)等数据处理,建立了烘燥时间与生丝失水质量间的指数关系预报分析模型。根据所建立模型,烘燥周期40min内,生丝回潮率的预测结果与标准烘箱法实际测试结果间误差为2.08%。 展开更多

光伏企业生产的硅棒智能组合主要是针对不同高度的硅棒,在遵循搭配基本原则的基础上,利用智能算法,给出搭配结果,以提高实际的生产效率。基于目前单凭经验组合硅棒的情况,根据实际生产情况,将硅棒剩余量最少作为目标函数,以搭配组合规... 光伏企业生产的硅棒智能组合主要是针对不同高度的硅棒,在遵循搭配基本原则的基础上,利用智能算法,给出搭配结果,以提高实际的生产效率。基于目前单凭经验组合硅棒的情况,根据实际生产情况,将硅棒剩余量最少作为目标函数,以搭配组合规则作为约束条件,建立了光伏硅棒智能组合的数学模型,使用MATLAB语言给出了模型的解。最后将智能组合模型应用于实际硅棒数据中,与经验搭配组合相比,提出的智能模型不仅能够快速给出组合结果,而且剩余硅棒量最少,从而验证了模型求解的正确性及可行性。 展开更多

A fuzzy neural network (FNN) is constructed by the integration of fuzzy logic and artificial neural network (ANN). The structure and process of this network is clear. Fuzzy rules (knowledge) are expressed in the model explicitly, and can be self-adjusted by learning from samples. Genetic algorithm (GA) is employed as the learning algorithm to train the network, and makes the training of the model efficient. The task assignment problem of robots in a smart warehouse environment (TARSWE) based on cargo-to-person is investigated. Firstly, the sites of warehouse robots and the order picking tasks are given and the task assignment problem for picking one order is formulated into a mathematical model to minimize the total operation cost. Then a heuristic algorithm is designed to solve the task assignment problem for picking multiple orders. Finally, simulations are done by using the orders data of online bookstore A. The results show that using the heuristic algorithm of this paper to assign robots, the cost was reduced by 2% and it can effectively avoid far route and unbalanced workload of robots. The feasibility and validity of the model and algorithm are verified. The model and algorithm in this paper provide a theoretical basis to solve the TARSWE. 展开更多
