The solubility of meropenem trihydrate in water+acetone mixtures and water+tetrahydrofuran mixtures were determined from T=(278.15 to 303.15) K by static method under atmospheric pressure.Effects of solvent composition and temperature on solubility of meropenem trihydrate were discussed.To extend the applicability of the solubility data,experimental solubility data in two kinds of binary solvent mixtures were correlated by the Apelblat equation and NIBS/Redlich–Kister model.It was found that the two models could satisfactorily correlate the experimental data and the Apelblat equation could give better correlation results. 展开更多

This paper considers a problem of unsupervised spectral unmixing of hyperspectral data. Based on the Linear Mixing Model ( LMM), a new method under the framework of nonnegative matrix fac- torization (NMF) is proposed, namely minimum distance constrained nonnegative matrix factoriza- tion (MDC-NMF). In this paper, firstly, a new regularization term, called endmember distance (ED) is considered, which is defined as the sum of the squared Euclidean distances from each end- member to their geometric center. Compared with the simplex volume, ED has better optimization properties and is conceptually intuitive. Secondly, a projected gradient (PG) scheme is adopted, and by the virtue of ED, in this scheme the optimal step size along the feasible descent direction can be calculated easily at each iteration. Thirdly, a finite step ( no more than the number of endmem- bers) terminated algorithm is used to project a point on the canonical simplex, by which the abun- dance nonnegative constraint and abundance sum-to-one constraint can be accurately satisfied in a light amount of computation. The experimental results, based on a set of synthetic data and real da- ta, demonstrate that, in the same running time, MDC-NMF outperforms several other similar meth- ods proposed recently. 展开更多

The solubility data of diosgenin in mixed systems of ethanol + 1-propanol (1 : 1), ethanol + 1-butanol (1 : 1), ethanol + isobutyl alcohol (1 : 1), methanol + isobutyl alcohol (1 : 1), methanol + isobutyl alcohol (1 : 4), ethanol + 1-pentanol (1 : 1) and carbon tetrachloride were measured over the temperature range from 289.15 K to 334.15 K by a laser monitoring observation technique at atmospheric pressure, with all mixtures mixed by volume ratio. The Apelblat equation, the ideal solution model, and the 2h equation are used to correlate the solubility data. The results show that the three models agree well with the experimental data, providing essential support for industrial design and further theoretical study. 展开更多

The solubilities of 2-naphthalenesulfonic acid monohydrate and sodium 2-naphthalenesulfonate in sulfuric acid solutions were measured at temperatures ranging from 278,15 to 338.15 K by using a dynamic method. The concentration of sulfuric acid solution ranged from 0 to 80wt%. The solubilities of 2-naphthalenesulfonic acid monohydrate and sodium 2-naphthalenesulfonate increased with temperature, and both of them were the lowest at 70wt% of sulfuric acid solution ( w3 0 = 0.70) while the highest in pure water. The solubility data were correlated by the modified Apelblat equation. Based on the solubility difference between 2-naphthalenesulfonic acid monohydrate and sodium 2-naphthalenesulfonate, a new technique in which sodium sulfate was used to replace sodium sulfite in the neutralization reaction was developed. The suitable mole ratio of H20 to Na2SO4 in the neutralization reaction was 80 : 1, and that of 2-naphthalenesulfonic acid monohydrate to Na2SO4 was 3.2 : 1. The material balance under the suitable mole ratios was given and discussed. 展开更多
