基于压缩数据集的挖掘算法研究

关联规则挖掘是数据挖掘领域中一个非常重要的研究课题。本文对压缩数据的关联规则挖掘进行研究,提出了挖掘算法,与传统的关联规则挖掘算法相比,本算法不但效率高,而且具有较好的伸缩性。

提出了一种面向大规模数据集的单类支持向量机(OCSVM)方法.该方法基于k近邻思想得到表征数据集合分布特征的集合内点,并依此生成集合边缘点,而后由二者重新组成数据集合,用于OCSVM训练.该新建数据集不仅极大压缩了原有大规模数据集的样... 提出了一种面向大规模数据集的单类支持向量机(OCSVM)方法.该方法基于k近邻思想得到表征数据集合分布特征的集合内点,并依此生成集合边缘点,而后由二者重新组成数据集合,用于OCSVM训练.该新建数据集不仅极大压缩了原有大规模数据集的样本数量,还可以保留原有大规模数据集的分布特征,从而有效解决了OCSVM在处理大规模数据集时所存在的训练时间长、模型复杂以及预测效率低等问题.最后,通过在典型数据集合上进行的对比实验,表明了所提方法的有效性. 展开更多

针对传统的压缩图像数据挖掘方法中由于频繁项集过多造成的方法复杂性增加的问题,提出基于关联规则的压缩图像数据挖掘方法研究。以压缩图像数据库作为基础,利用完全项集前缀树获得所有频繁项集,根据计算的置信度和支持度,从频繁项集中... 针对传统的压缩图像数据挖掘方法中由于频繁项集过多造成的方法复杂性增加的问题,提出基于关联规则的压缩图像数据挖掘方法研究。以压缩图像数据库作为基础,利用完全项集前缀树获得所有频繁项集,根据计算的置信度和支持度,从频繁项集中提取出强关联规则,考虑压缩图像数据的安全性,对强关联规则集合进行进一步的处理,获得候选规则集合,扫描集合中的每个规则,选择最少错误的规则,形成分类器,利用分类器实现数据挖掘。实验结果表明:设计的基于关联规则的压缩图像数据挖掘方法的计算时间和通信时间所需较少,数据挖掘效率高,该方法适合应用在实际项目中。 展开更多

The effect of recycled coarse aggregate on concrete compressive strength was investigated based on the concrete skeleton theory. For this purpose, 30 mix proportions of concrete with target cube compressive strength ranging from 20 to 60 MPa were cast with normal coarse aggregate and recycled coarse aggregate from different strength parent concretes. Results of 28-d test show that the strength of different types of recycled aggregate affects the concrete strength obviously. The coarse aggregate added to mortar matrix plays a skeleton role and improves its compressive strength. The skeleton effect of coarse aggregate increases with the increasing strength of coarse aggregate, and normal coarse aggregate plays the highest, whereas the lowest concrete strength occurs when using the weak recycled coarse aggregate. There is a linear relationship between the concrete strength and the corresponding mortar matrix strength. Coarse aggregate skeleton formula is established, and values from experimental tests match the derived expressions. 展开更多

This paper presents the result of an experimental study on the compression of mechanical vibration signals. The signals are collected from both rotating and reciprocating machineries by the accelerometers and a data acquisition (DAQ) system. Four optimal sparse representation methods for compression have been considered including the method of frames ( MOF), best orthogonal basis ( BOB), matching pursuit (MP) and basis pursuit (BP). Furthermore, several indicators including compression ratio (CR), mean square error (MSE), energy retained (ER) and Kurtosis are taken to evaluate the performance of the above methods. This paper presents the unsteady data acquisition system used to measure the pressure field in high speed compressors.Details and electronic sketches are given for the conditioners developed in-house that have been used to amplify and to filter the pressure signal with the aim of acquiring data up to 150 kHz.A discussion of the experimental results carried out in a centrifugal compressor is proposed.Through different processing of the pressure signals and a comparison with URANS simulations,the excitation of the pressure transducers by the pressure waves generated by shock waves that occur between the impeller and the diffuser is highlighted.The levels of pressure fluctuations measured when entering into surge are also presented and reveal very repetitive behaviour of the flow instabilities. 展开更多
