A highaccuracy programmable timer is therefore the key to implementing UWB signal data acquisition. A high-accuracy programmable timer based on the principle of ramp generators is described in this paper. The counting range of the timer is up to 16 bits, the timing precision is 8 ps, and the equivalent sampling rate is up to 50G Hz. No other identical product has been reported so far. Phylogenetic relationships among the superfamilies within this infraorder have been uncertain, especially for the Eutrichophora. The previous studies were based on morphological characters, or just mitochondrial or nuclear genes, or only partial 18 S rDNA and COI. In this study, we used maximum likelihood(ML) and Bayesian inference(BI) based on massive molecular datasets(18S rDNA, 28 S rDNA, Hox and mitochondrial genes totaling 21 loci and 12,538 characters) to infer a robust phylogeny for this terrestrial group. Results strongly support the monophyly of all superfamilies; the superfamily status of Aradoidea and the following relationships:(Aradoidea +(Pentatomoidea +(Coreoidea +(Lygaeoidea + Pyrrhocoroidea)))) in Pentatomomorpha, and(Coreoidea +(Lygaeoidea + Pyrrhocoroidea)) in Eutrichophora. Our results suggest that sampling greater numbers of genes is an effective tool for resolving phylogenetic problems.展开更多

Considering the vehicle’s hard environment such as vibration, high and low temperature, electromagnetic disturbance and so on, the most suitable project is selected. PC104 transfers data with ECU by serial communication and a solid state disk is used as a FLASH ROM. Some techniques including frequency division of data is adopted in the software design in order to ensure the sampling frequency. The analysis and debug software is also contrived according to the characteristic of the ASS. The system plays an important role in the development of the ASS because of the good reliability and practicability in the application.展开更多

Meanwhile, this paper designs relevant simulation components to implement the input and output data, which can guarantee the real-time and universal of the data transmission. To improve question answering (QA) performance based on real-world web data sets,a new set of question classes and a general answer re-ranking model are defined.With pre-defined dictionary and grammatical analysis,t...To improve question answering (QA) performance based on real-world web data sets,a new set of question classes and a general answer re-ranking model are defined.With pre-defined dictionary and grammatical analysis,the question classifier draws both semantic and grammatical information into information retrieval and machine learning methods in the form of various training features,including the question word,the main verb of the question,the dependency structure,the position of the main auxiliary verb,the main noun of the question,the top hypernym of the main noun,etc.Then the QA query results are re-ranked by question class information.Experiments show that the questions in real-world web data sets can be accurately classified by the classifier,and the QA results after re-ranking can be obviously improved.It is proved that with both semantic and grammatical information,applications such as QA, built upon real-world web data sets, can be improved,thus showing better performance.展开更多

In recent years, remote ECG monitoring systems have been applied in the monitoring of various kinds of heart diseases, and the quality of the transmission and re- ception of the ECG signals during remote process kept advancing. However, there remains accompanying challenges. This report focuses on the three components of the remote ECG monitoring system: patient (the end user), the doctor workstation, and the remote server, reviewing and evaluating the imminent challenges on the wearable systems, packet loss in remote transmission, portable ECG monitoring system, pa- tient ECG data collection system, and ECG signals transmission including real-time processing ST segment, R wave, RR interval and QRS wave, etc. This paper tries to clarify the future developmental strategies of the ECG remote monitoring, which can be helpful in guiding the research and development of remote ECG monitoring.展开更多
AIM:To investigate the in vitro effects of pantoprazole on rat lower esophageal sphincter(LES)tone.METHODS:Rats weighing 250-300 g,provided by the Yeditepe University Experimental Research Center(Yü-DETAM),were u...AIM:To investigate the in vitro effects of pantoprazole on rat lower esophageal sphincter(LES)tone.METHODS:Rats weighing 250-300 g,provided by the Yeditepe University Experimental Research Center(Yü-DETAM),were used throughout the study.They were anesthetized before decapitation.LES tissues whose mucosal lining were removed were placed in a stan-dard 30-mL organ bath with a modif ied Krebs solution and continuously aerated with 95% oxygen-5% carbon dioxide gas mixture and kept at room temperature.The tissues were allowed to stabilize for 60 min.Sub-sequently,the contractile response to 10-6 mol/L carba-chol was obtained.Different concentrations of freshly prepared pantoprazole were added directly to the tis-sue bath to generate cumulative concentrations of 5×10-6 mol/L,5×10-5 mol/L,and 1.5×10-4 mol/L.Activi-ties were recorded on an online computer via a 4-channeltransducer data acquisition system using the software BSL PRO v 3.7,which also analyzed the data.RESULTS:Pantoprazole at 5×10-6 mol/L caused a small,but statistically insignif icant,relaxation in the car-bachol-contracted LES(2.23% vs 3.95%).The 5×10-5 mol/L concentration,however,caused a signif icant relax-ation of 10.47% compared with the control.1.5×10-4 mol/L concentration of pantoprazol caused a 19.89% relaxation in the carbachol contracted LES(P<0.001).CONCLUSION:This is the fi rst study to demonstrate that pantoprazole has a relaxing effect in isolated LESs.These results might have signif icant clinical implications for the subset of patients using proton pump inhibitors who do not receive full symptomatic alleviation from gastroesophageal reflux disease.展开更多
