针对板式家具行业开料作业时低效率、高人工成本以及板材高消耗的问题,设计了一款全自动化数控开料单元。单元采用拨料机自动拨料、板件自动化传输与加工、机械手自主下料与物料分配,保证板件全自动、不间断加工,极大地提高生产效率,节... 针对板式家具行业开料作业时低效率、高人工成本以及板材高消耗的问题,设计了一款全自动化数控开料单元。单元采用拨料机自动拨料、板件自动化传输与加工、机械手自主下料与物料分配,保证板件全自动、不间断加工,极大地提高生产效率,节约人工成本。通过提高贴标系统效率,对比原有模式减少1台贴标设备,实现设备成本节约。通过对余料板件识别回收、废料板件自动传输,实现板材的二次利用及废料处理。同时,采用“PLC+工控机”的控制模式,对单元进行控制系统设计,满足全自动化、高效率需求。全自动化数控开料单元经过设计与内部测试,投放于国内外众多家具厂使用,在加工效率、单元运行稳定性等方面达都到了预定指标。 展开更多

Two basic platforms are discussed: A uniform transmission network and a uniform data warehouse. An actual,ControlNet based,transmission network plat-form suitable for the Jining No.3 coal mine is presented. This network is an information superhighway intended to inte-grate all existing and new automation subsystems. Its standard interface can be used with future subsystems. The net-work,data structure and management decision-making all employ this uniform hardware and software. This effectively avoids the problems of system and information islands seen in traditional mine-automation systems. The construction of the network provides a stable foundation for digital communication in the Jining No.3 coal mine. 展开更多

In this paper, a new hybrid algorithm based on exploration power of a new improvement self-adaptive strategy for controlling parameters in DE (differential evolution) algorithm and exploitation capability of Nelder-Mead simplex method is presented (HISADE-NMS). The DE has been used in many practical cases and has demonstrated good convergence properties. It has only a few control parameters as number of particles (NP), scaling factor (F) and crossover control (CR), which are kept fixed throughout the entire evolutionary process. However, these control parameters are very sensitive to the setting of the control parameters based on their experiments. The value of control parameters depends on the characteristics of each objective function, therefore, we have to tune their value in each problem that mean it will take too long time to perform. In the new manner, we present a new version of the DE algorithm for obtaining self-adaptive control parameter settings. Some modifications are imposed on DE to improve its capability and efficiency while being hybridized with Nelder-Mead simplex method. To valid the robustness of new hybrid algorithm, we apply it to solve some examples of structural optimization constraints. 展开更多

The cumulative blasting using PVC slotting pipe was tested for rapid driving in hard-rock roadway construction. First, the outhors optimized blasting parameters on 2.2 m scheme, and did both-sides comparative experiment of the surrounding holes after the blasting success. The results show that the application of slotting tube obtains four more cut contours than the case without it. Finally we did full-section control and non-control blasting comparative experiment, the results show that the rates of half-hole marks and the non-smooth grades of the cut contours can reach 95%, hole spacing is expanded to larger than 550 mm, and 550 mm is the best under the K2 limestone conditions. 展开更多

In the developed system, the generation method of the optimal voltage reference to eliminate the limit cycle oscillation of output voltage due to the AD/DA resolution is proposed. The aim of this work is to evaluate the feasibility of applying the technology of oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) control on the municipal wastewater treatment system for nitrogen and phosphorus removal. Meanwhile the relation between the optimal ORP ( ORPopt ) and influent C/N ratio was evaluated, in which the influent chemical oxygen demand ( COD ) concentration was stabilized at (290 ± 10 ) mg/L, the influent total phosphorus (TP) concentration was stabilized at (7.0 ± 0.5 ) mg/L. The results indicated that: (1) the ORP in the second anoxic zone had effect on nitrogen and phosphorus removal capability, and the average percentages of phosphorus uptake in ANO2 zone ( ηa ) increased with increasing ORP, i. e. , increasing from 12. 0% at - 143 mV to 22.0%,30.0%,37.0%, and45.0% at -123, -111, -105 and -95 mV, respectively; (2) the ORPopt as function of influent C/N ratio could be calculated by the equation: y ffi 252. 73e〈 -x/3.39) _ 131.01 ; the maximum percentage of phosphorus uptake in ANO2 as function of the ORPopt could be calculated by the equation: y ffi -0.49e(x/15.58) + 1. 51. The ORPopt was the important process control parameter that must be optimized for operation of enhanced biological phosphorus removal ( EBPR ) system. Moreover, ORP sensor is very simple, and the industrial applications of this strategy is practical. 展开更多
