以数控机床进给轴的滚珠丝杠副为研究对象,结合滚珠丝杠疲劳损伤寿命的定义,分析了工艺参数对滚珠丝杠副寿命的影响,提出了一种滚珠丝杠副使用寿命预测建模方法。该方法通过对疲劳损伤寿命的进一步理论推导,使疲劳寿命公式更为详细且可... 以数控机床进给轴的滚珠丝杠副为研究对象,结合滚珠丝杠疲劳损伤寿命的定义,分析了工艺参数对滚珠丝杠副寿命的影响,提出了一种滚珠丝杠副使用寿命预测建模方法。该方法通过对疲劳损伤寿命的进一步理论推导,使疲劳寿命公式更为详细且可以对不同切削路径和切削参数进行使用寿命的预测,得出丝杠上不同位置的使用寿命情况。在现有数控机床的基础上,选用三向测力仪器,采集卡等组成实验的切削力数据采集部分,运用VB开发的采集软件对数控机床OPC系统进行信息采集,建立不同工艺参数的切削实验,对特定零件进行加工,采集实际加工过程中的信息。运用MATLAB结合使用寿命预测模型对实验数据进行分析。实验结果表明,所建立的使用寿命预测模型能够反映各种工艺参数下的丝杠疲劳损伤寿命情况及变化规律。 展开更多

In this paper,a monitoring and controlling system for the safety in production and environmental parameters of a small and medium-sized coal mine has been developed after analyzing the current domestic coal production and security conditions. The client computer can convert the analog signal about the safety in production and environmental parameters detected from the monitoring terminal into digital signal,and then,send the signal to the coal mine safety monitoring centre. This information can be analyzed,judged,and diagnosed by the monitoring-management-controlling software for helping the manager and technical workers to control the actual underground production and security situations. The system has many advantages including high reliability,better performance of real-time monitoring,faster data communicating and good practicability,and it can effectively prevent the occurrence of safety incidents in coal mines. 展开更多

A novel experimental system for performance evaluation of water powered percussive rock drill

A set of water powered excavation test system was developed for the comprehensive performance testing and evaluation of water powered percussive rock drill indoors. The whole system contains hydraulic power section, electronic control system, test and data acquisition system, and assistant devices, such as guideway and drilling bench. Parameters of the water powered percussive rock drill can be obtained by analyzing testing data, which contain impact energy, front and back cavity pressure, pressure and flow in each working part, drilling velocity, frequency and energy efficiency etc. The system is applied to test the self-designed water powered percussive rock drill SYYG65. The parameters of water powered percussive rock drill with impact pressure of about 8.9 MPa are 58.93 J for impact energy, and 8.97% for energy efficiency, which prove the effectiveness of system. 展开更多

A new method of measuring gas pressure in vacuum insulation panels(VIPs)is reported in this study,which provides a fast and efficient quality control option of production.Although there are different methods of measuring gas pressure for VIPs,connecting an internal measurement gauge to external data acquisition units is problematic.The thin high barrier film covering the panel’s core usually prevents external electrical wires or mechanical devices being connected to the inside of the VIPs.To solve this problem,a micro capacitive pressure sensor with 0 to 250 Pa detection range is developed to detect the vacuum pressure.The sensor has high linearity and a sensitivity of 10 mV/Pa.Moreover,through the communication mode study,an ultrasound communications system for VIPs is designed.It shows from operation that this system is stable and reliable,and quick for communication speed.This new method enables the quality detection of VIPs to be completed within 1 second.The minimum detectable pressure of VIPs is below 1 Pa,and the measurement error can be controlled around 5%. 展开更多
